Cashier was a young man and wasn't informative as first time customers. They had a combo but it doesn't come with anything just but the food. No drink nothing. The fried rice was heavily flavored of sesame oil. Honestly would not come back. Their house water tasted like pure tap water & the rice had solely rice, barely any chicken, bell peppers and an egg. I was excited for its arrival since I had it in socal. I came in on a Wednesday evening after placing an order online. Given that it recently opened, I was expecting some adjustment period, but wow was it bad. Dozens of patrons at the store, dining in or doing take out, were waiting for their orders beyond 40 minutes. Clearly there was some miscommunication in the kitchen and front staff. Partial orders sat on the counter for 20+ minutes waiting for their parts of their order. I ended waiting nearly 50 minutes for my food to be ready even though it said it would be ready online 50 minutes prior. No manager on-site or nothing was done to rectify the situation. It's a shame because the fried chicken is pretty good for boneless options. I would consider coming back at this location, but not for a good while until they get their act together. read more

Haven't left a Yelp review in more than a year, but this was such a bad experience I feel that I need to break my silence. I ordered online at 6:30, and saw that it'd be more than an hour til pick up time at 7:40. Long wait, but I've been wanting to try this place out so I just decided to go with it. Got to the restaurant a bit late at 7:50, and the food wasn't ready, and we were told to come back 20 minutes later. Like, what? Why does it take over an hour and a half for chicken wings? You know what that tells me? It means I ordered online, and then my order just sat there for an hour not even being made until I got to the restaurant. So what's the point of even ordering online if the process doesn't work? The restaurant wasn't even busy when we walked in as over half the tables were empty. I get that the restaurant just opened and they're working things out, but let's be for real here. Why come here if I can get food from any other multitude of Korean fried chicken places in the area in less than half an hour? Finally got my order at 8:15. Yep that's right, ordered at 6:30 and got food at 8:15. I could have googled how to make Korean fried chicken, gone to the grocery store for ingredients, and cooked the whole thing myself in that time. Plus, when we got home and checked our order, they forgot to include items we ordered. Not even worth driving back to the restaurant. Just gotta cut the losses. Placed order online at 6:24 pm and was told to come pick up around 7:25-7:30 pm via text. At 7:01 pm, text came in saying that the order is ready for pick up. I was on my way anticipating the order to be ready around 7:25pm. I got there around 7:15 pm and found my order looking like the picture I posted. When I saw my order, I was not happy since from the looks of the packaging and the fact that it sat in a steamy wet bag that I was going to have soggy chicken and not fried chicken. I asked the front staff why the order was done 30 min before the initial ETA provided and also why they would pack fried chicken sealed in such a way that would get the entire bag steamy and wet and sealing in moisture. Front staff immediately gave an attitude and blamed doordash for the timing and said they have no control over the provided ETA. I am here to tell you that they do have full control over ETA. Order wasn't even ordered via the DD app. My order was placed direct on their website. I also asked what am I supposed to do with soggy chicken when I ordered fried chicken and the reply was to complain to the manager. I just walked out, came home to confirm that I got an order of soggy nasty chicken instead of fried chicken and threw out the whole bag. Never seen a franchise fried chicken who does not know how to pack fried chicken properly to avoid soggy chicken. Will not return. read more
