When we went to sit at a table, a waitress told us they had a designated dog area to the side at two broken tables in the sun and that we could not sit at any of the shaded tables. She also told us we could not order food with our dog there. We asked if we could move an umbrella over so we wouldn't have to sit in the sun--the waitress said she would ask and then never came back. When we realized no one was going to help, we asked a second time and were told there was no way to give us shade, so we left. It was disappointing as we liked coming here but it felt like they were deliberately trying to make dog owners uncomfortable and unwelcome.
