Bayview On-Site is amazing. This must be one of hardest working teams we've ever seen. The crew went above & beyond with the service. Owner Robert offered exceptional customer service, and when an issue came up Robert addressed it immediately to resolve it. They care deeply about results and the customer's satisfaction. Our blinds now look like new. Thank you Bayview. read more

My experience with Bayview On - Site Drapery Cleaning was exceptional. We were having a last minute visit from out of town family and needed our Linen Roman Shades and Linen Drapery cleaned. I reached out to Bayview On-Site through their website. Bobby contacted me within 15 minutes of submitting a request online. He was genuine, polite and professional. Bobby asked me a few questions, informed me of the cleaning process and gave me an estimate. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate my scheduling needs. Bobby made it happen! The technicians were Wilder and Verna. They arrived on time, provided a quote and worked meticulously until the job was completed. In the end my shades and drapes looked brand new. I highly recommend Bayview On-Site Drapery Cleaning for anyone seeking a drapery cleaning service that delivers exceptional quality, professionalism, and convenience. read more

In over 18 years we never cleaned our 16 large Hunter Douglas Silhouettes. Luckily, we contacted Bobby at Bayview On-Site Drapery Cleaning. Just as planned his team arrived promptly and diligently worked around the house meticulously and professionally. Moreover, we were so impressed with how clean our Linen colored Silhouettes returned to life. I would never recommend waiting as long as we did after noticing how much dirt, dust, and bugs were removed. So don't be like us and wait 18 years to call Bobby...give him a call in 18 seconds! read more

I looked all over for a cleaning service that could clean my Hunter Douglas Luminette blinds. After calling 7 different businesses I was referred to Bayview. What a relief, these guys really know their trade. They had the required equipment, they were polite, organized, and professional. I live in the South Bay and they drove down from Concard for this job. I was very impressed with the follow-up and the quality of their work. I will use this service again in a minute. read more

We are very pleased with the value of the on site drapery cleaning service provided by Bay View On-Site. Bobby promptly gave us an evaluation and up-front estimate. The technicians did a superb job of caring for our property and the many-years-old fabric of our window hangings. They paid close attention to every detail throughout, treating each pleat with care. It was as much a pleasure to have them in our home as it was to have our challenging drapes looking new again. Cheers. read more

Wilder and his team came by for a dog vomit stain on my brand new dining room rug. Bobbie was VERY honest about what could happen with spot cleaning and the challenges that he could face in cleaning it, which I greatly appreciated. He did not overpromise - was honest from the jump - but he did over-deliver! The stain is out and I so appreciated his honesty and also education. He taught me what to do if it happens again. Oh yeah and he was not only on time but he was early! When does that ever happen! Will definitely be using him and his team again for future drapery and upholstery cleaning. read more

I live in San Francisco, and wanted to find a cleaner for (1) a few couches for a maintenance cleaning (I have dogs!), (2) cellular shades for a maintenance cleaning, and (3) drapes (which had mold damage). Bobby and team came recommended from The Shade Store and did a really fantastic job. They were able to clean the couches and one of the drapes on site. They took the other drapes that needed more extensive mold remediation back to their office. The drapes came back as good as new! I couldn't believe it. Bobby was also very honest with me that the cellular shades were not in good enough condition to undergo a cleaning. Bobby seemed very passionate and knowledgeable about this area, giving me a lot of good tips about maintenance. The price, particularly on the drapes, was a little more expensive than I had originally anticipated (though to be fair, I had no idea what price to expect for this kind of service). However, Bobby did a good job explaining the rationale -- that it requires a lot of man hours to clean such extensive mold -- and ultimately I think it was good value considering the great work he did. I would definitely call Bobby and team again and highly recommend them for anyone needing a routine maintenance clean or an emergency spot treatment. read more

Clients had both Hunter Douglas Silhouette sheer and honeycomb blinds throughout their home. Not only had they not been cleaned in 5 years, some were extremely filthy/stained. I found Bayview On-Site Drapery Cleaning on Yelp! The owner picked up the phone, which is a plus in itself lately, and was accomodating to my needs. Bobby arrived on time, w/ more equipment than I could imagine, and went to work. Some 4+ hours later, he pulled off an amazing job. All the blinds/headrails were in much better condition then expected. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to clean their blinds. read more

Wow, Bayview on-site cleaning is a wonderful service. Bobby, wilder, and team are extremely thoughtful, professional, and go above and beyond. I had my 12 foot Hunter Douglas blind cleaned along with a sofa, 2 chairs and ottomans. The amount of dirt pulled out was embarrassing. He did an amazing job with everything. The sofa is a different color now and the blinds look wonderful. It is more expensive than others but definitely worth it! read more

I gave this service a try because I was at a loss after my long-time service for my custom window treatments had closed up (and I won't use Coit because they had once destroyed my drapery panels.) The Bayview Cleaning has made my window treatments look more clean than ever before. I have six accordion shades and four swags with cascades. One expert service person did the entire job meticulously on site without removing the shades nor the swags. He worked with precision, handcleaning every inch using his equipment and cleaning solutions. He worked one day for four hours to clean all the shades; and he worked the next day for four hours to clean the swags and cascades. The charge was $1,700. The price was so well worth it to me because the custom-made window treatments are quite expensive; and as an investment in home decor, they need to be well maintained. My window treatments now look very bright and brand new! read more

Bobby did a great job on some Roman shades that hadn't seen any real love in 10 years.

Living with the grime of 20+ years on curtains is not something to be proud of. Having the wisdom to select an ethical professional to come into your home definitely makes me a bit boastful. The excellent Performance and diligence in providing the best possible outcome to the challenges presented is something you can expect when hiring Bayview to come into your home. Both Bobby and Alfredo are masters of their chosen profession. Their personable customer service, professional service and excellent pricing makes the call to book them a simple decision. I recommend this company, and the team specifically, with the highest personal endorsement. Let them bring life back to your drapes, sheers, and upholstered furnishing with confidence. Walt cleaned nine silhouette blinds in my house and they look amazing! They are over 9 years and have never been cleaned. He nailed it all -- process, customer service, communication and excellent work. I was impressed that he promptly called me from my email inquiry. He explained the process and showed up as promised. He is so personable and professional. He gave me a quote and went to work. He was very open to my questions throughout the process and worked with me to fix a blind that was falling off of the bracket (including going to the hardware store to get a part). read more

Bobby asked Alfredo, et al. to clean 13 silhouette shades which had not been cleaned in at least 10+ years. They did a phenomenal job! (and I don't say this often). They were meticulous in how they went about setting up, the cleaning itself, and putting each and every item back in its original place. Five-plus hours later my shades look as if they were just installed. If you need your shades or blinds cleaned do not start shopping around if you think you can save a few dollars. Walt Pelot knows customer service the way it should be done. I hired Bayview on-Site drapery cleaning company to clean my salon drapes and salon chairs. After eight years of wear and product exposure they were not looking so good. But I had spent a fortune on them when we opened and wasn't ready to just toss them out. Walt arrived on time with a smile and PPE gear and a positive attitude. He told me the quote over the phone and stuck to it. He spent most of the day returning my custom linen drapes to new! Kind, clean, careful and considerate. I felt safe and respected. If you have a water stain and don't think it'll ever come out. You have to call Walt. He is kind, caring, considerate and honest. Second time I've had these folks clean my shades and I could not be more pleased. This time Bobby did the work. He was extremely conscientious, skilled at his work, unusually courteous. He started by asking if I wanted him to take his shoes off before he entered and continued to exceed my high expectations for great customer service and work ethic. He felt badly that a stain, which had been there for a few months, could not be removed and worked for a long while to improve the situation to the point only he and I will ever know there is a stain there! I cannot recommend these people highly enough! read more

They arrived 10 minutes early. they looked very neat, clean, professional, and they conducted business professionally, with great respect and care. Plus they were knowledgeable, and skilled at cleaning my 15' luminette and 4 other silhoutte. They got the 17 years of dust and grime all out and look beautiful. They worked very hard, and definitely had a system. they came in with a lot of gear, but it is so they could be prepared to take of what every issues they came across. They were careful to keep my beige carpets clean as well. I told had called many drapery cleaning businesses, before I settled with Bayview. I love it when I find a local business that is so wonderfully run it puts all other similar businesses to shame. Bayview On-Site Drapery Cleaning is one of those businesses. Bayview is owned by Walt and Marci Pelot, two of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever meet. Walt and Marci are true professionals and very easy to work with. Quite honestly, I don't let just any person into my home or business. I have to get a good vibe from the person, it's kooky, but that's how I am. From the get go I had a good feeling about Walt, he is so nice and competent. He had me help him with some measurements (ok I held the tape measure) and I was amazed at how diligent and precise he was. I just knew that the dimensions he was measuring were going to be perfect. I hate having to settle for a mistake, you feel me. Oh yeah, that's right! They do more than just drapery cleaning. Marci is truly fantastic when it comes to ideas about window dressings. She's a super decorator. She just starts giving you these wonderful ideas about how to dress up your windows. From a sun shade, like I needed, or blinds, or very high quality drapes, which she actually makes. I rave about Walt and Marci to all my friends. Since you want your home or business to reflect you in the best possible fashion, I highly recommend Walt and Marci of Bayview On-Site Drapery Cleaning. read more
