If you're looking for a company of excellence, integrity, professionalism and superior customer service, you need look no further. They always responded very quickly to my texts and phone calls, which I so appreciated. They make you feel like you not only matter, but like you're the only customer they have. Never once did I feel rushed. Tony and Sean are the BEST! They know their stuff. They took all the guess work out of picking window coverings for my home. They are such an absolute joy to work with. I needed to replace window coverings in three rooms and over my slider. They came into my home. Clearly figured out my style through listening and looking at what I already had. Then they got to work presenting me with options... giving suggestions and explaining the pros and cons of each items. Once I choose the blinds, they went right to work picking out the color that would best blend with what I already had. They were absolutely fascinating to watch. I felt like I was watching a reality show. These guys absolutely love ebay they do. They strive for absolute perfection. I was having a hard time deciding what kind of covering for he slider. They showed me several options not only in the books; but pictures from other jobs. When I asked if they had a show room, Tony told me that they did not. However, he had the same window coverings over his own slider at home that I was considering and I was welcome to come by and see them in person. That was a major help. I decided to go with them. They gave me a very fair price, measured everything perfectly, always called me a half hour before arriving at me request, we're always punctual, always had a smile on their faces, and always expressed customer satisfaction was their top priority. They were not just saying that. When my blinds arrived, they scheduled an instal. They put them up and I was thrilled. However, they were not. Their was a tiny spot I didn't even notice. They tried to clean it to perfection. When they could not, they informed me that was unacceptable. They were ordering me new ones. I could keep the old ones until the new ones came in. They are perfectionist. When the new ones came in they came out and installed them to perfection. I love all my blinds. I thought this was to be an update on my first review and I can't find it. I'll be horrified if I never sent it. Ugh. Update: After having my blinds for three months, I went to sit in my recliner and it did the strangest thing. It tipped back and ripped a little hole in my new blinds. I figured I'd just have to live with it. I threw up a quick prayer, and the Holy Spirit impressed on my heart to reach out to Catalog Blinds to see if they had any way of repairing it. Tony told me they did not. However, he had totally forgotten to send back my original order. I knew then that my God was looking out for me. They would come out and install my first order at no charge to me! Upon​ arriving they saw the tiny rip and thought it was so low and unnoticeable that it would be best to keep the ones with the rip.... as well as leave me the other blinds in case the rip got worse. They would then come back and reinstall the first ones at no cost to me in the future. They would eat the difference. They just wanted me to be happy. I've never seen any two people love their jobs so much and truly want their customers happy above all else. These two were true gifts from God to me. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ABOVE ALL OTHERS! HANDS DOWN! MAY GOD BLESS THEM, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THEIR BUSINESS ABOVE ALL OTHERS. AS THEY SEEK TO GIVE OTHERS EXCELLENT SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO RISE ABOVE THE REST. He worked within my budget, answered all my questions, and even offered advice on issues outside his scope. For example, while other vendors insisted I'd need roller shades for my French door, Yoav suggested a simple handle extender--a practical solution that showed real experience. Delivery took a little over a week. Isaac handled installation promptly, and when one shade arrived defective, he and Yoav immediately arranged a replacement. Yoav returned about a week later to install the new shade in minutes. If not for that one damaged shade, the whole process--from quote to install--would've taken just two weeks. Overall, efficient service, great communication, and solid value. I'll definitely call Yoav and his team again for future window projects.

If I wanted a call, I would have requested a call. Budget blinds communicated promptly and professionally at all times and even gave me an accurate quote via text based on his requested measurements. Of course they still came out in person to handle the final measurements and the order but it was refreshing to do business the way I requested prior to that point. The third time was after we moved into our current home a few months ago. Each time he was absolutely amazing. Start to finish. He is a very honest and transparent person who is also very good at what he does. He's an absolute pleasure to be around as well. His price is totally fair and the quality of his product is excellent. Rather than just trying to sell you on the most expensive option, he genuinely thinks about what would be the best thing for your home and then goes and prices that accordingly. And if you have any questions or need any adjustments afterwards, Miguel makes it happen. In fact for our current home, the 3rd time we hired him, we did not even bother to get quotes from anyone else. Well my 95 pound German shepherd crashed through one screen once but that is not Phantom Screen's fault. So today I added 2 more. I got so tired of one traditional screen door that had to be repaired frequently which involved borrowing a truck and dropping it off several miles away. Then borrowing the truck again to pick it up. Finally I realized I had two doors that could use a Phantom Screen and Screens of Northern California was still at the same address so I sent out an e mail. And everything moved quickly. The design is different but the company's responsiveness and quality of work remains stellar. I will miss the push/pull to release the magnets of the original screen door. It is a pretty effective bad guy deterrent at the door to my garage along with another big German Shepherd sleeping at the inside enjoying the breeze! But the new doors' release is welcome at the new locations. And the installer threw in a can of silicone spray. I'd say the only drawback is the screen door seems to be a magnet for dog hair. JK. It has taken time to get around to this review, as we were pretty unhappy with the issues and lengthy process, considering the cost. Order to final install was 5 months. We ordered the shades during a sale (25% off shades and 50% off installation), without the sale we would not have proceeded. Do we love our shades? Absolutely. The motorized sun shade makes a huge difference in keeping our home cooler and the roller shades are exactly what I wanted. Would we use TSS again? I might have considered going back, when another sale is happening, and choose lower priced shades, but there were just too many issues with this project. Our story: (11/11/2023) Our consult was easy and quick. We picked out what we wanted in no time, had rough costs and proceeded to have our window trim completed. (12/9) TSS came out and did free measurements. (12/12) Bid approved and paid. Install was scheduled. (1/12) At the install it was discovered the shades were too large to install, as ordered on wrong measurements. (1/13) New blinds ordered, install sched. (2/13) At install, motorized sun shade installed, later did not run smoothly. Both roller shades were damaged during shipment. Installer advised this is an issue. We never opened any of the boxes, and recommend leaving that for the installer in case something is damaged. They installed the damaged product, so we could have coverage on the windows and advised new blinds would be ordered in 1-2 days. (2/21) 9 days later I emailed to check on reorder, since we hadn't heard anything and advised the motorized shade was not running smoothly. Replacement roller shades were ordered only after I sent this email (?). (3/19) Replacement shade received, one damaged-installer unable to fix. Installer also worked on the motorized shade, which had issues again after a few uses. Both roller shades were installed and a replacement part was to be ordered for the one that was damaged. (3/25) Received a random email to schedule an install. Assumed it was for the broken piece of the roller shade. (4/12) Installer fixed motorized shade. When he opened the box with the replacement part for the roller shade, it was the wrong part. It wasn't a part for any of the shades we had. (4/15) em TSS reps requesting the correct part be ordered. (4/20) Received email to schedule install, again. (4/30) Installer arrived, we had not received a part and he didn't have it either. (5/3) Installer texted to see if we had any contact from TSS - None. (5/8) I em TSS to find out what was going on. Received quick reply, install scheduled too soon. Part to be shipped to us. (5/21/2024) Installation complete.

The biggest issue was the scheduling of the blinds. This much money they could call before scheduling and assist with a date that works for the customer. Buy from someone else.
