    Cracked radiator put a new one in still can't start

    From day 1I took my car home it overheated also battery died no I can't start it it stuck at my Dad's house not e en 3 days and I can't do anything with the car I dealt with the owner who sold me the car nice guy real down to earth staff very friendly I hope get another car that works I pray you guys can do something I really want to give 5 stars after Update I got to switch cars liloa and Ed is da bomb

    I normally don't do this but i can't just keep my mouth shut about this!! If you are thinking about getting a car DON'T EVER I REPEAT DON'T EVER GO TO BAYVIEW AUTO SALES IN WAIPAHU!!! They are the worst people ever they gave me a Nissan Armada my first week of having it the breaks needed to be changed, not even a week after there was a problem with the tires both back tires were going to blow because of the dent that was on the car (due to previous owners) caused the axle to mess up the tires!! Few months later there was a problem with the armada it wouldn't start, and now the transmission mind you i have warranty for the armada and with the warranty they have me pay 100$ deductible for the car to be serviced now it's been 1 month without the armada they told me that it would be 18 weeks to have it fixed due to them having to order the parts and what not and not only that they want me to pay 1800 for it to be serviced and to be making car payments while it's being serviced!! But they offered me temporary car a Honda Pilot the car needed an oil change i told them if they do the oil change I'll take it he goes and tells me no because it don't effect the driving so i take it home anyways luckily my dad knows how to fix cars he changed the oil added transmission fluid cuz that was low and to top it off the breaks were bad so he also changed the breaks we had the car for not even a full 3 days and the car starts driving weird all these lights come on i call them up and lost my cool told him the worker at Bayview (Lailoa) that the car they gave me is a piece of shit and he just laughs what a fucking shame i put up with them for a year for a shitty ass car and to be treated like that hell no!! The pilot tho the safety sticker wasn't for the right plates, the interior was shit and to top it off i demanded a refund on the repairs for the car and they tell me no what is your opinion on this here's some pictures and videos of both cars tell me what you think

    I brought a 2013 Ford Fiesta S in July 2018 from Bayview and the car was working fine minus the fact no A/C and back passengers right window is broken but couple weeks later I had to change my tire because one got bald (went to sams club to get a new one $80) Then transmission needs maintenance in August 2018, had to take my car to Honolulu ford to get it fixed and I had to rent a another car on top of that which I had to pay $300. Went to Honolulu Ford January 2019 they had told me that my odometer was messed around with so I checked out the car fax (posted the picture for evidence)in March 2018 before I got the car the mileage read 99,188 but when I got the car the mileage was at 61,651. On top of all these other repairs my airbag light came on recently would cost me $500 to get it repaired. Will never come back to Bayview and will not recommend Bayview to anyone.... very upset because now I'm left with paying a car loan of $9k I owe to the bank (always on time with payments to the bank). I'm expecting soon (march 19,2019) and baby has to suffer in this car that's suppose to be our family car!!! I haven't had this car for a year yet I'm very very upset with all the problems I'm facing pretty sure I'm gonna be facing more problems in the future, worried for baby to come in this car.

    OMG! OK, so let me start off by saying that the salesperson that helped me he was friendly, funny, good customer service, his name is Liloa. So for months my husband and I were "sharing" one vehicle to where he would drop and pick me up from work and he goes work when he can. Eh, i got my taxes and i was like i am getting me my own car. I have heard of this place from friends that had financed cars from them and being that my credit wasn't so great, i just went straight to this dealership. My main point aside of having a vehicle to get to work and then some was to build my credit. Prior to going in i spoke with, (i am not sure if it was Liloa but i think it was) on the phone and he asked how much down payment will i be able to put down, i told him the amount and he was like oh OK that should be good. The day came when my husband drove me there and i already knew what car i wanted because i viewed it online but Liloa told me that it was used as a loaner car or something like that so right away i was like oh OK show me another car. So he showed me 2 cars, forgot the other car but i ended going with the car i have now and been having for just about a year. I did express to Liloa that i wanted to build my credit and he told me that i will be with in house financing so i was good. Then down payment came, bruuuuhhhh he went in the back office came back and even though i told him what i could only put down, he asked for more, anyways i ended putting $500 more than i originally told him, ugh. I just found out about a month or two ago that this car i am financing hasn't been reported to the credit bureaus and so my credit hasn't been building since i got this car up until today. Yep i surely was pissed off. I called bayview and this entire time making my monthly payments, which is higher than i wanted it to be, i had great customer service from their finance manager, yeah shes really nice. She told me that in house financing doesn't get reported to the credit bureaus so i asked her so if i don't make my payments and the car gets repossessed will you guys report that to the credit bureaus and the answer was, YES they will. Now listen, what in the tard world is that? I mean you guys will report a repossession of a vehicle on in house financing but not report that the person/customer is making their payments on time? That is some bs!!! Gosh darn it that is so not fair and when I was told that my credit will be building up, WOW!!! So now i am going to be turning in this car, even though i love this car and it gave me NO problems (knock on wood) I am getting another car that will start to help build my credit. Whether it was a mistake or overlook, we in Hawaii, everybody is struggling here, why you going rip people off like that? It is what it is. I won't, don't ever recommend anyone to get a car from here, unless you OK with in house financing to where it won't do crap for your credit. I guess i should've done research or have someone that knows about car financing come with me. (my sister is probably saying, yep, you should've called me) LOL :) So for customer service i will give Liloa and the in house finance manager, Kekau 5 stars. Also i was on time with most of my payments although i was charged $50 late fee then started paying $150 a month because my rent increased and i did communicate that with the finance manager too but she couldn't change my monthly payments, oh well!!! Lesson LEARNED!!! and i will carry on...Have a blessed day

    This is the best purchasing experience I've ever had. I have purchased 20-30 cars in my lifetime. I have even purchased cars from Ed and Dayle previously before they had their own business. They offered me the best deal and the best financing options. I can also talk for days about their awesome customer services. If anyone has any questions you can just message me.

    I think it goes without saying don't touch your customers personal items that don't belong to you!!

I did test drive the vehicle but for 15 minutes. No lights are warning signs came on. They sold me the vehicle knowing there was an engine issue and that I was shipping the vehicle an extra cost of $700 to a neighboring island. Also, because it took time for the purchase of the vehicle and organizing the shipment I incurred rental vehicle costs. A representative from TCA Auto drove the vehicle from their dealership to Young Brothers in Honolulu The distance between the two would have made the engine act up and the radiator go dry. Upon arrival the temperature warning light was already on in the vehicle and I could smell smoke. We drove immediately to the gas station and check the water and gas and filled it. I was still concerned since the temperature light was on. My daughter drove the vehicle 16 minutes and 10 mi to our home. I was concerned about her driving the vehicle I had a neighbor come over and just check everything out including tire pressure. The next day she drove the vehicle back from the house to my office which is about the same distance 10 miles and 16 minutes depending on traffic. By the time she got to our office the engine was acting up and shut off. We had another person come to check out the vehicle to find out what was going on so we could let the dealership know the problems we were having with the vehicle. We reached out to the dealership to inform them of the difficulties we were having with the vehicle. They never offered to return the vehicle and refund our money. We felt like we were in a bind because I couldn't purchase another vehicle I have multiple car loans two daughters with two loans that I have cosigned on. I made an agreement with TCA Auto so they could take the vehicle back and absolve the loan. They made me pay the return fee of the vehicle and refunded me $500 of the $3,000 I put down on the vehicle. I made this agreement so we could move forward I couldn't afford to continue paying for rental car costs and a loan at the same time. I felt like the dealership was going to drag it out and not pay me the money that was due to me based on the situation. After they've received the car and the loan was absolved I did reach out to BBB to let them know the situation. I'm warning others about this car company Do not purchase a car from them. Obviously, they have no care or concern what type of vehicle they're selling you no business ethics and customer service is horrible. All they cared about was their bottom line. I spent almost $1,000 a month in rental costs waiting for the vehicle to arrive and then once it did rental cost because it didn't work the entire time I had it in my possession. They only gave me two options They actually offered two options to take off $1,000 off the sale price if I kept it. Or I could return the car pay the return fee for shipping get $500 back and the loan absolved. Of course, that's the option I took due to facing the fact our family was facing hardship through not only paying the loan on a vehicle but also paying $1,000 a month in rental car fees. Returning it within the 30 days also saved me a lot of money in the return shipment with young brothers. It was apparent TCA Auto was not going to refund any of my money and only drag this out creating more of a hardship on my family. Do not use this company. If you're looking to purchase a used vehicle purchase it from a car dealership that has used and new cars on it. I did learn something from the experience and that those dealerships have to hold a higher standard of customer service and they would have immediately return the vehicle not charged me and paid the shipping fees.

I provided my information and paid with my debit card. After processing my card, I was told I would receive an email with a transaction receipt and a copy of the sales contract for review and approval, and that once the repairs were finished, I would be contacted to return to the dealership and complete the sale. However, on my way home, I received messages saying "Congrats on your new car loan." Confused, I checked my email and saw that the application had been signed electronically without my knowledge, leaving me with a loan on a vehicle I never even sat in. I went back the very next day and expressed my disgust that this contract was e-signed without my consent. Finally, two hours later, he said he would cancel the loan and that we could start a new contract once the vehicle was serviced and the safety check was completed. Ten days later, and eight phone calls to the finance company asking for the loan to be canceled for fraud, I received a text message from the dealership stating that the loan had been canceled, and "I will fix the paperwork for you. Please take your car today, it is ready." Soon after, I received another text saying, "Congrats on your new car loan." Shaking my head in disbelief, I checked my email, and sure enough, there was another sales contract e-signed by the dealership without my consent. In the end, Im stuck with a loan on a vehicle that I was never given the chance to inspect or test-drive.

Went back they scanned the code and said they will order the parts and fix it. One month later no parts and zero fallow up with the situation. They scammed me saying 90 day in house warranty and will fix everything but don't do anything. They just stalling time so the in house warranty runs out. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THE MOST DISHONEST PEOPLE..... I just reported them to the BBB I have recorded phone calls and tex messages from han the salesman hope they get what they deserve.....
