On May 5, 2026, I instructed my staff to select a company vehicle suitable for work purposes. Our company acquired two Tacoma trucks from Servo, located in Mapunana, with the other in Leward. She was assisted by Mr. Mike Gomez, who exhibited discourteous behavior and lacked professionalism. She contacted me by phone to inform me of her experience, and I advised her to visit another dealership. She expressed her interest in the vehicle and indicated her intention to pay in cash. However, her negative experience has led her to consider alternative dealerships. This morning, upon noticing the new vehicle while having my Tacoma serviced at the same location, I asked her to inspect it. She has stated she will not return to that dealership, which has caused me to reconsider the possibility of purchasing company vehicles from that location. read more

So when i first bought my vehicle they set a appointment for me at 6 months or if the oil change light comes on. Well i had the oil light come on back in jan or feb in which i got serviced. Now common sense would be to update the system. Nope. Now with my oil change the first one. It was down right ridiculous and even more so after speaking to the rep, which i had to stop her from talking because she just made them look even worse. According to her the service managers tell them who can schedule, which would not be an issue except for emergency situations like a warranty with tires (punctures). Now a nail in a tire is an emergency situation, they will not allow you to come in right away so they would rather have you drive around for a month, then send you back out with a nail in the tire if there is no tire currently available. They wont tell you its a safety issue and blame you if for driving off in the car. Now here is were it gets interesting. The head of servco waipahu Charlie Wong will call you and try to ease your feelings saying that they do have emergency spots everyday for situations like this. However according to the rep says the service managers does not allow that. Which means managers under him can ignore their superior. This makes me realizes how poor chevrolet servco is. 1 their head CEO or tope guy their Charlie Wong. Has no idea what is happening under him or does in which you have the head or CEO of waipahu servco fall under the stereo type sleazy car salesman. 2. Service managers dont care about your safety have you wait a month on a bad tire. 3. The rep that suppose to take care of customers for the appointments lead person to call. Well they can take notes or put notes or relay them. 4. The call center cant make common sense situations like bring customers in for the supposed spots the ceo says there is. read more

I would not recommend using these guys for service. I went in for my usual oil change on my Silverado, and they jacked the price from $215 (my last visit) to $400. Who in their right mind thinks a near-doubling in price is acceptable? I called Cutter to check if this was some new Chevy dealership standard--nope, they're still around the $200 mark. This review is for their service department. I bought a 2018 Colorado from facebook marketplace and I've been doing all the DIY maintenance myself. Been experiencing some minor issues. Had to change the thermostat. After that, truck ran ok, but I figured take to the dealership for the "professional touch". Met with Michael as my service advisor. He was great, professional, friendly and patient. He walked me there whole process and even after I turned my truck in, he was texting me frequently with updates. Dropped it off on a Friday and Saturday morning, truck was ready to pick up. Now my Colorado seems to be running even better. Thank you Michael and thank you to the maintenance crew. Update 8/13/24 So they did finally get the part in, and fixed my car. They covered all labor costs and I did not need to pay for anything additional. I really appreciated Ron helping get this done - great job, Ron! However.... As I was driving the vehicle to work two days later after being "fixed," I noticed that the USB port on my car stereo and the turn signals were not properly functioning. I brought it back to the dealership this past weekend for them to diagnose and repair. These two problems identified were not prior issues with my car and had never been an issue before they had my car. The turn signal stick itself was identified as an internal part, and the USB port was apparently fried somehow. They told me that the USB was not connected to anything they did under my dashboard in the steering wheel area although I DO NOT tend to believe that because the wiring underneath there is all very interconnected. Then they told me that they had nothing to do with my turn signal damage, except they were digging around underneath my steering wheel, and it's foreseeable AND reasonable that somebody hit it with their shoulder, accidentally, or their arm, or their leg... As they were digging around underneath my dashboard in the steering wheel area. They had to order a part to fix the turn signal, as there was an internal broken piece, so now I have to take my car BACK whenever the part comes in. The technician Matt tried to tell me that I should pay for that part and I politely told him over my very dead body would I be paying for something that was not damaged when I initially left the vehicle in their care. Hopefully Ron got that message from Matt... As for the USB damage, they are not taking responsibility for that so I guess I will not have a working USB port in my radio, which means I cannot listen to my music on my phone as I commute from Waianae to Honolulu. This is extremely disappointing and annoying. Also, not OK. What's more annoying is that I leave the car in their care and it comes back with additional broken things... whoever bumped my turn signal and didn't say anything about it before giving me back the car needs to have a come to Jesus moment. I've had enough problems with this dealership, fixing my car and I don't need that on top of everything else. I also have to get it inspected next month and I'm not sure I can with a malfunctioning signal... I will update again when the part comes in and they deal with the problem - next time. read more

Today I was helped by Jeff Venzon. I brought my car in for a very old airbag recall. I told him I would need my car earlier if possible because I had to pick up my husband in town. He was very nice and communicated updates for the car, which was done in great time. The service staff was very friendly as well. All the employees I had contact with were friendly and professional. I will say I had an extremely terrible experience over 10 years ago. I hope this means the company is going in a better direction. At least their employees seem better. read more

What a breath of fresh air Victoria was! I been trying to have my truck serviced and called JN and Cutter. Both other dealerships are short staffed and either not taking appointments at all or are 5-6 weeks out. Both don't even answer or return phone calls. One call to Servco waipahu and was assured I'd be taken care of! Victoria scheduled me an appointment 2 weeks away but also said I could bring it in as an emergency walk in. So I dropped it off the next day! Matt was my service consultant that checked me in. He also was very nice. This place is just as busy as the other dealerships but they run like a well oil machine vs others being a hot mess! First off I really want to give them 0 stars. Beware of the service writer name Matt Greedy. My daughter brought her Toyota Sienna for an oil change which cost $336.26. When my daughter asked me to go with her as I just arrived to the island to pick up the van ,she got a text stating that her battery needs to be replaced as well as she needs 3 brand new tires. Who in their right mind is going to spend $1000.00 for 3 brand new tires and the other tire was at 25% also recommended that the battery needs to be replaced. Well the next day after picking up the van the tire sensor light came on and shortly after that the tire was completely flat. My daughter and I went to Costco in Kapolei and had 4 brand new tires put on for 1000.00, not 3 Matt. Also we went to auto zone In Kapolei and there is nothing wrong with the battery or charging system. If Servco recommends a battery go to auto zone to have it checked out. We found a car online that we were EXTREMELY interested in buying, I even got pre-approved for an auto loan because we wanted that car. I filled out their "request a quote" online, did the "chat" online, AND called the dealership THREE different times! NEVER received ANY responses. The chat online sent a text to my phone with all the questions to provide to the dealership, I answered their questions and still NEVER got ANY responses from the dealership for TWO DAYS in a ROW .. Well, I almost feel obligated to leave a really good review because my brother has been a salesman here for close to 20 years. But honestly, I do think this is a great dealership. Strangely, up until 2014 when I bought a prius, I'd always just bought some of the used trade ins that my brother told me they got in. I got a prelude back in the late 90s and bought a really nice '94 pickup with a/c about 6 years ago. The prius has had me coming back here every 6 months to get the included service and their service department is awesome. One of the times, I couldn't get an appointment around the time I wanted so went to the dealership in town and gotta say, the Waipahu dealership is much better. This place is much newer and MUCH nicer than the one in town. They have a much more comfortable waiting room with couches that don't look like they were yanked from the dumpster at the back of Goodwill. One awesome thing this service department does that the town one doesn't is they offer to wash your car if you get it serviced here...nice! I definitely recommend hitting up this dealership if you're in the market for a new Toyota or Chevrolet...oh, and if you are, ask to see my brother Keith. :) read more

Purchased a brand new vehicle in October 2023. I was pleasantly surprised when someone contacted me within a week to schedule my first service appointment in January. Unfortunately, the "service" experience has not been pleasant at all since the initial phone call. On the way to work one day in December, the vehicle started acting weird with several service notifications and the check engine light. I called to see about taking the vehicle in. The nice lady on the phone stated that there were no appointments available before my scheduled appointment, and that if the vehicle broke down, it needed to be towed to a safe location OTHER than the dealership because they have a ban on vehicles being towed in unless they have an appointment for that day. Today is January 17, 2024, the day my vehicle was scheduled for maintenance and diagnostic. FYI, the check in process takes a good 30+ minutes. Once the service advisor got to my vehicle he told me that ALL of the express lube vehicles would be serviced before mine, and that I will be charged $195 for the diagnostic test that they won't get to until later in the afternoon. Asked me where I purchased the vehicle from, then asked if my phone number was a good contact number to call when the vehicle is ready, if they can even finish it today. So this instantly pisses me off because first off, I purchased an extremely expensive extended warranty with this brand new vehicle, which covers diagnostic charges, and I told the woman on the phone months earlier that I will be waiting while the service is performed. Ironically the vehicle started having the same problem with "service" notifications on the dash while I was driving to my appointment, and disappeared while I was waiting at the red light to pull in. Now, I was already expecting to spend several hours, and even the greater part of my day, but NEVER EVER have I made an appointment for any vehicle ANYWHERE and then when I arrive I'm told that it won't even be looked at until till later in the afternoon or the next day. Shouldn't I have been told this months ago when the appointment was made, OR even when I called about coming in sooner due to the check engine light? I asked him whats the point of making the appointment if they aren't even going to get to the vehicle within a few hours? When I mentioned that I'd have to have a loaner if they had to keep it over night, the Advisor laughed at me and said, no, there aren't any loaners. So then he says he's going to see what he can do, and he will let them know I'm in the waiting room........ When you've grown up only owning Toyotas and Datsuns aka Nissan (yes, I'm dating myself), it's inevitable that I'd own a Toyota. This review is for their SERVICE DEPARTMENT only. We've been taking our cars to Servco for a while now and our experience with their customer service has been excellent! We are pretty timely people and when we know that there is a scheduled maintenance or unforeseen repair to be done, we quickly call and make the appropriate appointments. Getting an appointment has never been a problem. I try to be as specific as I can as to what I want done or looked at so that nothing is overlooked. Each experience with this department has been wonderful (wonderful in the sense that there were NO financial surprises or long wait)! There is a shuttle service available that will take you as far as Ko'Olina, Whitmore area in Wahiawa and as far east as Pearl Harbor. Before today I thought the shuttle service was only available one way but I found out from my very pleasant and friendly driver was that they can arrange for a return trip. Good to know!!! I do cringe whenever I know that there is an upcoming service call or unknown repair for our cars however, the estimate they give up at the time of the appointment as well as the estimate at drop off is pretty accurate. They err on the side of overestimating versus underestimating the costs, which is easier to stomach when the final bill rings up. The waiting room of the service department is comfy and clean with coffee and sodas (via soda machine) available as well as a clean bathroom conveniently close by. There is a TV for those who choose to wait and watch as well as free Wi-Fi. There is a sign up sheet for shuttle service at the service desk but it is advisable to arrange that service when you schedule your car to be worked on. I went in for an oil change on a 2019 Colorado, and waited for 20 minutes while no one addressed if I had been helped. Then when someone finally got to me they said the oil change was $230. The breakdown I was told was $90 for the oil change and the rest was for rotating the tires and inspecting the rest of the vehicle. Location: This dealership is located off Kamehameha Hwy in Waipahu across from Bank of Hawaii and Times. There is a handful of parking for customers but the parking spaces are small. Salesperson: Our salesperson was Justin Ludwig. He helped us with our used 2010 4Runner 8 months ago. We were impressed with his down to earth personality that we knew we wanted his help when we decided to trade in the 4Runner. We told him we were interested in the 2014 Chevy Silverado Crew cab 4x4. He informed us that the only Crew Cab 4x4 coming in would take a month or so to arrive in Hawaii. He kept us updated on the vehicle and let us know when it got to the dealership. We picked up our truck the day after it arrived at the dealership. Financing Dept: We were able to get financed without the help of the finance department but you still need to sit down with them to go over all the paperwork. Make sure you understand everything your signing and that they don't make mistakes. There were a few errors during this process for us; the person who helped us wrote the amount for the check wrong and he forgot to ask me (consigner) for my signature on the check. Thankfully I caught the wrong amount on the check and he corrected it right away. But I had to go back to the dealership a week later to sign the check. Price: The price of our vehicle was reasonable. We came in knowing what kind of discounts were eligible for us and the vehicle we wanted. We knew what price we needed it to be at in order for us to walk away with the vehicle. We got the vehicle less than MSRP. Service Dept: I've scheduled appointments for my Camry and Silverado here. Just call the service department for appointments. Appointments are normally a month or more out. Dropping off my vehicle has been a smooth process and my vehicles are normally ready by lunch time. I love that new vehicles get a complimentary 2 year service. Overall, we had a great experience with this dealership. I recommended this place to my sister and have recommended to friends. read more

It is my first time to get my car serviced in this branch. Very basic fundamentals of costumer service is to greet your costumers politely, instead Service consultant Barry who came and said "You are not supposed to hang your the card number on your center mirror", i wasn't informed, Sir! We were lied to when buying our truck, told that it had "sold" in order to feel rushed to come back and make a quick buying decision. THEN months later we made an appointment to get a recall serviced. It was booked weeks in advance. An hour later we got a call saying that they never had the parts to fix it!! No apology. Just bought in my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in for a dying battery on 3/11/22. Saw my Service Advisor Craig Okamura because it was a last minute thing because truck battery was weak . Without hesitation he took my truck in and at the same time my truck needed oil service , he took it in for it also at same time so I won't have to come back . Truck was done in a reasonable time , I was happy and it gave me some time to do some walking exercise around the car lot. When truck was done , he notified me it was done . I am updating this review after the Manger Ron called to help resolve the mess. He went above and beyond to take care of a bad situation and I am very appreciative. Horrible customer service thus far. I brought my brand new Chevrolet Corvette in for service after getting a check engine light warning with 1200 miles on the car. Just a note this is a brand new 2021 C8 that I ordered and waited for to arrive for a year and a half. After 3 weeks I was finally told that the parts are on back order with no ETA. This upcoming Monday will be 6 weeks the car has been sitting rotting in the shop. I am the one that has to initiate calls and emails to the service center or I would get no response. Last Friday I was told it would be complete Tuesday or Wednesday since Monday was a holiday. Today is Thursday and no follow up at all. The dealership, GM and Chevrolet have no empathy for its customers what so ever and I still have no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer service on all levels-shameful actually. We were appointed Mike as our salesman when we walked in. Within less then a minute i knew this guy was a duche bag. My gf is not from here and doesnt understand well when people talk to fast. So i told Mike i needed a minute to explain and he said ok. In the middle of my explanation he would talk over me and interrupt me. He made us feel like we werent there to buy and we were wasting his time just by how he was talking i could tell he hated his job or hated us. When ever we asked a question he would respond like we were stupid by saying "i told you that already. Just look at the rims and you will know what kind of car it is" or if i said some thing like "is this the one with the special color?" He would say something like "i told you already ...." ok you told us but you also told us a 100 things in less then 30 minutes. We havent memorized everything you said. Then he seemed so proud that he was there since 97. Im surprised hes been there that long without getting fired from being rude or little sales. He would have looked better if he told me he just started. Then at the end we asked him what he can do for us with the price. He said with the cheapest model theres no room for discount. I was told by Manager Ron Do, since I modified my Chevy truck that I voided my Warranty, Ron further stated if I took it back to the shop and have them put it back to it's original condition that he would honor back my Warranty. I did so and came back. Mr. Ron Do fixed my truck problem and everything worked fine. The knocking noise were gone and Ron explained to me that the mechanic at the other shop may have done something to the truck and that may have been the reason for the noise. Brah you da best.
