Initially he answered me briefly and when I told him I wanted to come purchase it, he stopped answering. I contacted him for two weeks trying to buy the truck. After two weeks of him not answering he then lowered the price $3000. Seeing as Mike is a realtor and post a lot on Facebook I can only suspect that he spends a lot of time on his phone and was receiving my messages. Desperately needing the truck I then reached out to him through text message, phone calling, emailing, and even going as forward as to call City Hall when googling his name revealed he's the mayor of his town. Mike never answered me back after over three weeks of trying to purchase the truck, Mike sold it to someone else. I saw a review on yelp stating Mike was not found of out of town people and I have to wonder if this was the case and why he would not sell me the vehicle after trying for so long. If this is how he acts selling a vehicle I can't imagine using him to sell my house or using him to purchase a house. The client wanted to hire a friend, I needed a bulldozer. After interviewing several realtors I know Jean was the one. She helped me work with the client and made a bad situation go very smoothly! I knew the community we were looking for and I called Jean. We looked at several homes in the community and some didn't work, one other had just had a contract put in on it when I was ready to put in a offer. I was using the realtor app, 8:30 pm my phone gave me an alert there was a property just listed. I was just getting ready to call Jean and she was on it she was calling me!! We got over to the home the next morning at 9 AM, keep in mind I know her and she is a morning person because she has to let the dogs out. (Ha ha) We looked over the home and having done the research on the community and the condition I knew that the asking price was more than fair. Their was another home I was interested in that was listed at a fair price it turned in to a bidding war and I walked away. We decided to put in an offer over the listing price, she had the contract in by 11 am, we had a contract that night. Her professional representation of my offer helped me seal the deal! It was annoying that in every conversation she had to tell me "how much she had done for me" when it seemed like something she should be doing and in some cases charged extra for like $300+ for fliers. Right from the beginning of the process when I told Charisse that I'd added my daughter's name on the house title several years back, and she insisted that my daughter DID NOT have to sign the paperwork, my gut told me to select another realtor. I didn't, because I really wanted to give my business to someone who looked like me. Let me say this, "Do not let this be your reason for selecting a realtor." I learned the hard way. She placed my house on the web on a Wednesday and advertised an Open House on the upcoming Saturday. Saturday evening after the Open House, she closed down the webpage to accepting offers after just a few hours and four offers. I wanted to know why and was told that "four offers was enough." She went over the offers with me and I was guided to one of her fellow realtors, which I agreed to, thinking that the process would flow smoothly with a realtor as the buyer... My mistake. From this point forward everything went south! From my daughter's signature NOT BEING INCLUDED on the documents and me being told that I WOULD pay for this correction at closing, to the realtor/buyer lowering her offer by $18,000, to being notified two days before closing that the realtor/buyer would not be able to close on the DAY THAT SHE SELECTED, etc... I could go on, but I think you get the point. I should inform you that during the entire process, the lack of communication as to keeping me informed what was going on, was atrocious! The 'strange' thing to me was the several calls I'd receive after maybe a week or so of hearing nothing from Charisse, she'd call and recite a lengthy dialogue on how she prides herself on being attentive to her customers. What? I don't know if she'd be punking, me or actually being serious. I suppose "I was not to believe my lying eyes?" Anyway, after a month-and-a-half of, the agreed on price being lowered by $18,000, added closing cost (no fault of mine), long periods of non-communication, closing date being changed twice with no definitive date ever being given, etc... "I called it quits!" This was a horrible experience! Then...I went through weeks of more non-responsiveness trying to get Charisse to VIOD the contract I signed with her. I never expected to have this type of experience in what was being called "a seller's market." To this day I suspect that I was in the midst of a scam. I say that because the buyer/realtor made her offer WITHOUT NEVER SEEING THE HOUSE! I mentioned this to Charisse and she 'assured' me that the "buyer/realtor was not like that"... Thoughts? Anyway, my review of this realtor is, "NO, NOT THIS ONE, KEEP LOOKING!"

After 12 years of renting, we were more than ready to buy a home. We just wanted to make sure we were treated fairly and with respect. After applying for a home loan and getting pre-approved, Steve Wolff was assigned to be our real estate agent. On the same day the pre-approval came through, he called us and set up a buyer's consultation at his office. To me, that was impressive. For one, the turn around time from him was quick and it was during the evening hours on a Friday, when most people are getting off and are in weekend mode. We were very impressed but still, scared and nervous. Those feelings vanished that following Monday when we met Steve for the buyer's consultation. The material he had laid before us was impressive and it outlined the entire buying process, from putting in an offer to taking possession of the property. He knew what he was talking about and that truly put us at ease. We knew from that point on, we were in good hands. After that, using a list of potential properties from Steve based off where we wanted to buy, we went house hunting. Before long, we found the home we wanted, put in an offer, got a counter offer and we accepted. Steve said he could get us want we wanted in the counter offer and he did. We were very pleased. All in all, from the initial offer to close, everything took just over a month.
