The umbrella needed to be replaced, but none of the new ones would fit in the sleeve. I designed an adapter which would fit over my existing tube and would add an adjacent sleeve for the new umbrella. Pawl fabricated it for me. His work was perfect, with great attention to detail and with great care for the aesthetics. It's a beautiful job, and he's a pleasure to work with. My original glass top table cantilevered over 3 instead of 4 supporting points thus causing the glass top to be unstable. The glass top is very heavy so it never tipped over. But for 30 yrs, I had to religiously warn my guests to never lean over and rest their elbows on my table. Otherwise, it'll tilt the glass and scare everyone when the elbows are removed the glass makes a thud noise when it pops back to rest. The speed of SteelWerx was 1 day (or less than 24 hrs actually). Paul came over at 10am yesterday morning to see my table. Within the hour, he gave me a reasonable quote. By 9am today, he installed it for me. Paul has a good eye for aesthetics. I had wind damage to my dual metal gates so had to get the bracket for Liftmaster LA500dc fixed and…read morestrengthened up. Wanted to add a maglock to help prevent further damage. I decided to save and bought the motor and maglock myself after getting various quotes for labor and parts. Isaiah's quote was at the lower end and he was responsive to emails and calls. This helped me to decide on his services versus other quotes. Isaiah and Ismael were both pleasant and knowledgeable. He made me comfortable with the work to be done fixing the bracket and adding the maglock. He offered to brace the working bracket just to ensure that is stronger too which I did for a small extra cost. I was planning on installing the motor myself to save money but he took on that task and helped programmed the limits. They helped touched up some things I wanted to see after the install/fix and even help touched up paint on the gate. We tested the operation of the gate and maglock multiple times using the keypad, remote and MyQ before he left. They did run late but I had the day set for the work and it was done in a timely matter so no issues. I would recommend his services and may reach out in the future for maintenance such as painting.

We ended up changing our mind after seeing the samples, so this was really helpful to us. Later on, he came out to measure multiple times--before and after the floors were down--to make sure everything was perfect. He matched the wood to our floor in to help create a seamless look. He was super careful when he installed them not to damage any of the new construction. Everything came out perfectly. The glass railings look beautiful and well worth the investment.
