Update: the company contacted me on Yelp and the bottom and the contact information provided wasn't…read moreeven the correct person so I did not receive help. This dealership has always been very pushy with trying to sell their cars. This time I came by to look at a used car. The sales person we had, Luke, was new so he wasn't as pushy as his manager. He was very laxed and honest. It was obvious that he was new there since he was unsure about a lot of our questions but he got them all answered. He wasn't pushy and was very patient with us. But his manager was very pushy and kept pressuring us to sign for a car even when we were unsure. The used car we looked at was initially priced was over what it was worth especially considering damage, the mileage, and the year. We were able to get the price down but I found the listing online a on their website and saw that they initially overcharged us by $2,000 in person compared to their online listing. I brought it up but was told that listings fluctuate. We said we were going to look at another car that was newer for a cheaper price and the manager demanded to see the listing as if I were lying. It was rude of them to do that and completely unnecessary. I ended up showing the listing and the manager proceeded to just trash talk that car rather than focus on the car we were looking at at the dealership. Ultimately I was pressured to sign for the car and was upset that they have a "as is" policy because as soon as I brought it home and had time to inspect it further, there was a crack in the windshield. They didn't even factory reset the car and other phones were still connected to it. They said they cleaned the car before we got it but it was clear someone just sprayed a lemon scent inside and called it a day. The amount of damage I ended up finding in the car made me regret my purchase and the way the lie straight to your face is insane.

You know what i've never notice about a car dealership service review? There are very few 5-star…read morereviews...........you know what else? YOU AIN'T GONNA SEE ONE TODAY! LOL! Now that I got that out of the way, let get to the serious stuff on this review of Wynne Ford Service Department. Looking to get a tune-up completed for my 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 after a "Mom and Pop" auto place couldn't remove the #1 spark plug that was singed in. After being recommended to call a Ford Dealership, I was delighted to find that Wynne Ford deals with singed parts all the time. Spoke with a bubbly individual who made me feel really good and confident to get this service done. She was confident that Wynne Ford has seen this problem before and fixed it. She offered me an appointment for the next day which was Friday. I didn't immediately take it (why I don't know) but was able to get one for the following Monday. After the appointment was set, a text was sent to my iPhone confirming it. I was set! Friday before the Monday appointment I receive a phone call from my assigned Service Advisor Casey. He was calling to double check on what service I wanted, gave me an expected price and made sure to call me if further service was required. That was important to me, calling and keeping me advised what was going on. Casey gave me a price and that is exactly what I ended up paying. The service was dong to perfection and the car runs good. There was some other problems with some other rude service advisors to change the appointment; but its not worth mentioning in this review. My recommendation is this; not matter how old your car is, always let the dealership perform tune-ups. Wynne Ford will be doing my next one. Thank you and HAPPY YELPING!

It was a terrible experience at Wynne Ford's service department today. I honestly believe I have…read morenever had a worse service experience anywhere else. On April 7, 2026, I had an appointment to address a recall on my truck. Since I bought the truck at Wynne Ford, I thought it would be best to have the recall service performed at the same dealership, believing they would appreciate keeping a new vehicle owner as a long-term customer. However, I was mistaken. It was my first time at this dealership's service department. I arrived to find no other customers, yet I was ignored by all three service advisors. I had an appointment with Lory, but she ignored me, never acknowledged my presence, and didn't say good morning. I waited patiently, but she never asked, "How can I help you?" I only received help after Ms. Brandy German asked if she could assist me; she was the only person who helped. Lory and the man next to her appeared hostile and indifferent, as if I were bothering them, making me feel unwelcome. The service advisor seemed to suggest they didn't enjoy working at Wynne Ford's service department, which was noticeable to customers. Their disgraceful behavior raises concerns about the quality of management. After dropping off my vehicle keys, I waited in the lounge, checked the dealership's Yelp reviews (2.5 rating), and spoke with another customer about poor service. My vehicle's recall was completed at 10:45 AM, and the technician left it at the front door. I waited 23 minutes without any update, then asked the service advisors for my keys. Neither Lory nor the other staff cared, but Brandy German helped me get the keys and leave. No paperwork was given for the recall, and overall, it was a terrible experience. In my opinion, the public should take their vehicle elsewhere. If the service department has a 2.5 rating review (very low) and has not fixed the issues, the customer should avoid taking their vehicle there for any type of repair or maintenance. They do not deserve your business.

Clearly, I didn't need a car and it didn't make sense to keep paying for something that just sits in the driveway. We decided to sell it. I had read some reviews online that made me nervous. However, I didn't want to deal with selling it ourselves. I also didn't want to trade it in since I don't need a car. The process was easy. We made more than 10k over the pay off amount. They handled all the paperwork and it was mostly stress free. I would have given this a 5-star rating but the waiting around was ridiculous. I don't understand why it took nearly 3 hours to sell a car. It took them 30 minutes just to get the final paperwork together. The employees were friendly and polite. They seemed to really enjoy working together. I'm not sure if I'd ever buy a car from them but if you are in the market for a car or to sell one? Check them out.

All 4 tires had "Chunks" missing on everyone and the nack left rear rim had a 2" gash and chunk missing out of the rim, and the windshield had a whole close to the bottom. I asked if they would replace the tires since they were absolutely not safe, and the rim, and just fix the windshield. They said No. Outright bullcrap!!! They said it was acceptable, when it was clearly Not. As well, not neing picky, but I would have had to spend nearly $2000 dollars plus another 650 for trammy and differential oil change, as soon as I got it, on top of the overpriced sticker they already had on it. I walked out and would highly recommend to Not ever buy a vehicle from them. Liars and bs salesman and managers. I rate them a pure 0 out of 10!!! Dont buy from these people because they will absolutely rip you off!!!!
