I will start my review off by saying I would not have left a 1 star had they addressed their mistakes without a attitude towards me. My wife broke her phone screen and was looking for a reputable shop to fix Batteries plus has been around for a while and she saw they did phone repairs. Great! Well she starter her repair at 11 got the screen fixed but realized the speaker no longer worked, so back she went. I go down to meet her after I leave work around 4pm so she can go home( she had our toddlers and was ready to be home. 6pm is when I leave the store disappointed with a phone that has a new screen new speaker but a home button that is now excessively raised to the point your finger nail gets caught on it. The young man I'm assuming the owners son developed a attitude that resembled a pissed off high schooler I told them clearly "y wife paid you to fix the phone so fix it , not half assed and not chinsey" His response was "well the screens not broke anymore so it's fixed" I'm a bit of a hot head so I made the choice to leave to store with phone in hand and a bit bitter about the situation. Does not honor guarantee. I had a battery replaced in my Samsung phone. After the battery was replaced, it was given back to me with greasy finger prints all over it. Four days later the phone got very hot and I had to turn it off. after that it would not take a charge, I returned to this location to have a replacement battery installed. Without checking it out, they tole me it was not the battery, but the phone was defective. I asked why that was not noticed in the "pre-service check" for which I was charged $25. There was not answer for that. Then I was asked if I ever left the device on a charger over night. I admitted I sometimes did. I was told well, then you over charged the battery, we can't be responsible for that. Bottom line I did not get a replacement battery. I ordered a cheap battery on e-Bay, installed it myself and have had no problem since. read more

This is a long overdue review, I'm just now realizing exactly how long it's been since I replaced my coach lights outside my house. I went in to buy light bulbs for 3 of my coach lights out in front of my house. I was simply looking for regular bulbs as I was having to replace them about every 45 days because of HOA notices I would receive. Rosa encouraged me to try out some LED bulbs that were a bit more pricier but that would last longer. In the long run saving me more $ on replacing bulbs, energy costs and not to mention pesky HOA notices. I'm actually quite shocked that they are still burning bright and I have not had to replace them as of yet. I know that I had made a note in my phone of when I replaced them just because I wanted to see exactly how long they'd last as Rosa mentioned they would last along time. As I was sitting here tonight scrolling through my notes looking for something else I came across that note and the date ...it's been 11 months and they are still burning bright. we took one of our phones in to have the battery replaced. that was one month ago. There was no change in the phone charge quality and it still continued to be drained rapidly. we took the phone in and said the battery is not working. I was in desperate need of getting my battery replaced which was long over due. I was told that I could get my battery installed for free upon my purchase, and I only had a wait a few minutes for them to start working on it. I know most battery replacements usually take about 15 mins or so but I had a feeling mine was going to take a while due to how badly my terminals were in need of de-corrosion. What ended up being a 15 min job turned into about a 2 hour battery service. I was extremely surprised with the amount of patience they had with me and continued to work hard thoroughly despite the fact that they were getting close to closing their store. I almost held them up till they closed. Dan (the owner) came out to help out and ended up cutting himself and despite him bleeding he cared more about getting my battery in properly. This place definitely provides the best service I've ever witness. They genuinely put in the blood (literally), sweat and tears into what they do. Great job guys! read more

Use caution... if they are installing the batteries for you in your car remote, they will also charge you 10.00 without asking if you need it installed. So disappointed in this business and the people who own it! I was in there from 11am to 5pm because they could t not fix my phone. The first visit was me dropping off my phone getting it back and the speaker not working. Went back droppped it off again got the speaker too work had some software issues took a couple hours but my phone worked finally got it back and my home button is raised but it's raised up so much it possibly could cut my finger and it's very annoying putting my thumb over a rough home button, which it wasn't like that when i gave it to them, the guy working on my phone started an attitude which i get we are both tired of being there. He said he can't fix it and that's how it's going to be. On top of all this i had my two toddlers there with me clearly ready to go home! I had to call my husband down to see if he could get the guy to fix my phone the proper way, but no luck! If my child hurts them self off this stupid home button i WILL sue. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I received a 50% off key programming coupon and went in to use it. The lady I first talked to quoted $35 (so $17 with the coupon) and said that I was able to purchase my own fob and they could program it, because they were going to charge me $50 for the same thing I bought on Amazon for $9. I went back a week later with my own fob and explained my conversation with the lady and they said it doesn't apply unless you buy our product and we've actually raise the programming price to $50...in one week?! I tried to work something out and they kept telling me I must have misheard, so I picked up my things and left politely, they did not try to help me in any way and were extremely rude when I asked for clarification or any other questions. read more

I can't say enough good things about the two guys that were working the morning of Saturday, February 11th. My sister bought me a replacement car battery for my 2010 Volkswagen Beetle as my birthday present (much more useful than socks). Absolutely no problem with the fact that she bought it online in Georgia for me to pick up in Las Vegas. Fantastic pricing, with a discount online as well. If you've never had to install a battery in a Volkswagen Beetle, it is beyond a pain in the you-know-what. These guys never complained ONCE about how difficult it was to do. In fact, the great guy that did the installation even apologized to ME for holding me up, which I certainly didn't mind since I wasn't having to do the installation myself. He was careful, accurate and seemed genuinely concerned about doing the job right. His co-worker was very friendly and courteous and neither of them ever made me feel as if I was a pain or there was something else they'd rather be doing. I'm blown away by the level of customer service I received, and I thought other Yelpers should know this place is great and it's the employees that make it so. Bought a battery for my Galaxy S5 phone and it would't hold a charge after 3 days. Would not refund full amount of battery even if it was a defective battery. I went to the Henderson store to replace the 6 deep cycle batteries in my motorhome. I had shopped around online, and found their prices competitive. Dan (the owner) and I discussed the pros & cons of the different types and brands of batteries. I purchased from them and brought my motorhome in the next day to have them installed. The large parking lot next to the store was a perfect place to park it for installation. Installing 6 batteries in an RV is not trivial. Dan did a great job with the installation, and even took the extra time to clean the corrosion and rust from my battery rack. The installation price was quite reasonable, considering the what was required. I came back 2 weeks later to have a Battery Watering System ( www.batterywatering.com ) installed. This allows me to check levels and top off all 36 cells at once. I highly recommend this for anyone with an RV, since most RV batteries are in a location that make checking and filling hard to reach. I needed a laptop battery and at first, they ordered the wrong kind of battery and it came in several days late. Then, they ordered the correct one and it still came in way later than they said it was supposed to and didn't come in time for when I started school. They need smarter workers.
