Brought my phone here for a new battery. It is just the same as Before: Battery dying at 10am. I spent 75 dollars for nothing. Do not bring your iPhone here. Go to the apple store. Waste of money. So disappointed. read more

Good selection of hard to find coin batteries and they can find an equivalent battery if the number you have is different.

I broke my iPhone screen sensor and was referred here by my phone service provider. I'm so happy I chose Batteries Plus Bulbs for my repair, the service was phenomenal. Sean did an exceptional job replacing my screen and went above and beyond staying late and even managed to salvage my tempered glass screen protector. read more

I will start my review off by saying I would not have left a 1 star had they addressed their mistakes without a attitude towards me. My wife broke her phone screen and was looking for a reputable shop to fix Batteries plus has been around for a while and she saw they did phone repairs. Great! Well she starter her repair at 11 got the screen fixed but realized the speaker no longer worked, so back she went. I go down to meet her after I leave work around 4pm so she can go home( she had our toddlers and was ready to be home. 6pm is when I leave the store disappointed with a phone that has a new screen new speaker but a home button that is now excessively raised to the point your finger nail gets caught on it. The young man I'm assuming the owners son developed a attitude that resembled a pissed off high schooler I told them clearly "y wife paid you to fix the phone so fix it , not half assed and not chinsey" His response was "well the screens not broke anymore so it's fixed" I'm a bit of a hot head so I made the choice to leave to store with phone in hand and a bit bitter about the situation. Long review short don't pay cash and don't let em touch your phone. Great place for light bulbs and batteries though. read more

Does not honor guarantee. I had a battery replaced in my Samsung phone. After the battery was replaced, it was given back to me with greasy finger prints all over it. Four days later the phone got very hot and I had to turn it off. after that it would not take a charge, I returned to this location to have a replacement battery installed. Without checking it out, they tole me it was not the battery, but the phone was defective. I asked why that was not noticed in the "pre-service check" for which I was charged $25. There was not answer for that. Then I was asked if I ever left the device on a charger over night. I admitted I sometimes did. I was told well, then you over charged the battery, we can't be responsible for that. Bottom line I did not get a replacement battery. I ordered a cheap battery on e-Bay, installed it myself and have had no problem since. read more

This is a long overdue review, I'm just now realizing exactly how long it's been since I replaced my coach lights outside my house. I went in to buy light bulbs for 3 of my coach lights out in front of my house. I was simply looking for regular bulbs as I was having to replace them about every 45 days because of HOA notices I would receive. Rosa encouraged me to try out some LED bulbs that were a bit more pricier but that would last longer. In the long run saving me more $ on replacing bulbs, energy costs and not to mention pesky HOA notices. I'm actually quite shocked that they are still burning bright and I have not had to replace them as of yet. I know that I had made a note in my phone of when I replaced them just because I wanted to see exactly how long they'd last as Rosa mentioned they would last along time. As I was sitting here tonight scrolling through my notes looking for something else I came across that note and the date ...it's been 11 months and they are still burning bright. They are on 24/7 due to my sensor not working properly. Needless to say I'm very pleased with my purchase and the excellent customer service I received. Thank you Rosa! read more

we took one of our phones in to have the battery replaced. that was one month ago. There was no change in the phone charge quality and it still continued to be drained rapidly. we took the phone in and said the battery is not working. He checked the phone and said they would fix the connection for $70. We asked for a refund on the battery and they said no. Good bye Batteries Plus Bulbs. You suck. read more

The management and staff at this store have provided me with valuable information more than once. They helped me understand battery amp hour ratings and what would work best in my RV and golf cart. I was given great advice for the proper maintenance for my battery investment. Most importantly, although they can't control how I use their batteries, their recommendations have been extremely helpful. Thanks guys! Don't pay attention to the incoherent ramblings of the detractors. This forum is perfect for providing information or constructive criticism and it's unfortunate when it is used for useless venting because someone put butter on the wrong side of their toast. read more

I was in desperate need of getting my battery replaced which was long over due. I was told that I could get my battery installed for free upon my purchase, and I only had a wait a few minutes for them to start working on it. I know most battery replacements usually take about 15 mins or so but I had a feeling mine was going to take a while due to how badly my terminals were in need of de-corrosion. What ended up being a 15 min job turned into about a 2 hour battery service. I was extremely surprised with the amount of patience they had with me and continued to work hard thoroughly despite the fact that they were getting close to closing their store. I almost held them up till they closed. Dan (the owner) came out to help out and ended up cutting himself and despite him bleeding he cared more about getting my battery in properly. This place definitely provides the best service I've ever witness. They genuinely put in the blood (literally), sweat and tears into what they do. Great job guys! read more

They did an excellent job of fixing our Galaxy S4. They fixed it the same day and it is like new! They, also, offered us a coupon for the repair. I highly recommend them and I will use them again for all of my battery, bulb and phone repair needs. read more

Use caution... if they are installing the batteries for you in your car remote, they will also charge you 10.00 without asking if you need it installed. I did complain and he didn't charge me, as I was also buying a second one to install myself at home. Poor customer service if you ask me. At least as me before! read more

We arrived 10 minutes before closing, and they had the exact camera battery we needed and a battery charger. The manager was so helpful and patient, even though we were there at the end of his day. We'd definitely go back again. read more

So disappointed in this business and the people who own it! I was in there from 11am to 5pm because they could t not fix my phone. The first visit was me dropping off my phone getting it back and the speaker not working. Went back droppped it off again got the speaker too work had some software issues took a couple hours but my phone worked finally got it back and my home button is raised but it's raised up so much it possibly could cut my finger and it's very annoying putting my thumb over a rough home button, which it wasn't like that when i gave it to them, the guy working on my phone started an attitude which i get we are both tired of being there. He said he can't fix it and that's how it's going to be. On top of all this i had my two toddlers there with me clearly ready to go home! I had to call my husband down to see if he could get the guy to fix my phone the proper way, but no luck! If my child hurts them self off this stupid home button i WILL sue. So sad how businesses are now a days! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!! read more

Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I received a 50% off key programming coupon and went in to use it. The lady I first talked to quoted $35 (so $17 with the coupon) and said that I was able to purchase my own fob and they could program it, because they were going to charge me $50 for the same thing I bought on Amazon for $9. I went back a week later with my own fob and explained my conversation with the lady and they said it doesn't apply unless you buy our product and we've actually raise the programming price to $50...in one week?! I tried to work something out and they kept telling me I must have misheard, so I picked up my things and left politely, they did not try to help me in any way and were extremely rude when I asked for clarification or any other questions. read more

Went there tonight when my car battery died and the owner Dan and his employee Nick went above and beyond to help me! Awesome service bought a car battery and they were able to install it too in no time. Everyone is really nice and helpful.

I can't say enough good things about the two guys that were working the morning of Saturday, February 11th. My sister bought me a replacement car battery for my 2010 Volkswagen Beetle as my birthday present (much more useful than socks). Absolutely no problem with the fact that she bought it online in Georgia for me to pick up in Las Vegas. Fantastic pricing, with a discount online as well. If you've never had to install a battery in a Volkswagen Beetle, it is beyond a pain in the you-know-what. These guys never complained ONCE about how difficult it was to do. In fact, the great guy that did the installation even apologized to ME for holding me up, which I certainly didn't mind since I wasn't having to do the installation myself. He was careful, accurate and seemed genuinely concerned about doing the job right. His co-worker was very friendly and courteous and neither of them ever made me feel as if I was a pain or there was something else they'd rather be doing. I'm blown away by the level of customer service I received, and I thought other Yelpers should know this place is great and it's the employees that make it so. And, finding out that the guy who did my installation used to work on planes increased my confidence even more that the job was being done right. Thank you, guys, for getting me back on the road and making it a terrific experience! read more

What a wonderful store and nice and product knowledgeable staff. I went to get a phone battery [Employees at Best Buy recommend them]. I assumed my battery was dying since it wouldn't hold a charge. A look over of the phone plug was bent. They showed me everything and how this was the problem. Well 45 minutes later I got the phone and it was wonderful. They are very nice and the prices very reasonable. Thank you. read more

I purchased two batteries online for pickup at this location. They were awesome, the batteries were ready for pickup pretty fast. When I got there they noticed that I had not received the 10% discount for buying online. The young lady behind the counter took a few extra minutes to correct the problem and got me almost 50 dollars back. I highly recommend this business. read more

Batteries plus will charge you a restocking fee on batteries that you purchase from them even when they won't hold a charge. Bought a battery for my Galaxy S5 phone and it would't hold a charge after 3 days. Would not refund full amount of battery even if it was a defective battery. Would not recommend you purchase from them. Shop around. Dan the owner of batteries plus bulbs contacted me and we resolved the issue I had with them. I have bought batteries from them before and will probably do so the the future. Customer service needs a little work. read more

I went to the Henderson store to replace the 6 deep cycle batteries in my motorhome. I had shopped around online, and found their prices competitive. Dan (the owner) and I discussed the pros & cons of the different types and brands of batteries. I purchased from them and brought my motorhome in the next day to have them installed. The large parking lot next to the store was a perfect place to park it for installation. Installing 6 batteries in an RV is not trivial. Dan did a great job with the installation, and even took the extra time to clean the corrosion and rust from my battery rack. The installation price was quite reasonable, considering the what was required. I came back 2 weeks later to have a Battery Watering System ( www.batterywatering.com ) installed. This allows me to check levels and top off all 36 cells at once. I highly recommend this for anyone with an RV, since most RV batteries are in a location that make checking and filling hard to reach. Once again, Dan did a great job. read more

The workers have absolutely no clue about anything. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed a laptop battery and at first, they ordered the wrong kind of battery and it came in several days late. Then, they ordered the correct one and it still came in way later than they said it was supposed to and didn't come in time for when I started school. They need smarter workers. Do not go here, it is expensive and not worth the trouble of trying to deal with these people!!!!!! read more
