This store use cheap and fake parts for cell phone repair. my phone screen died within hours of repair. home button was loose, screen was misaligned and Samsung logo was missing. I was asked additional $75 to get better quality screen on top of $300. I am glad it was in Batteries plus warranty and got full refund. read more

I had a terrible experience trying to purchase and program a key fob for my car. Over the phone, I placed the order, and I had days off coming up so that I could drive to Bellevue to the store for the programming. I had been advised this could only be done on a weekday by the manager. Unfortunately, the store failed to order the key fob, in spite of having charged my credit card. A week later when the fob arrived the manager, Nick Noll, advised me that he was the only person at the store who could program the fob, and that I needed to be there before 4:30 on a weekday as he leaves at 5:00pm. He was not willing to make himself available after 5:00pm or on weekends. Having been told by Nick Noll that programming only takes 15min, my wife went on a Thursday morning. Nick then refused to help her, claiming that it might take over an hour and that he was already too busy. I started calling around, and learned that actually one of the employees from a different location (Factoria) works in the Bellevue store on weekends, and could program the key fob. We went on Saturday, and they tried hard, but the programming equipment did not work. We were directed to the Factoria store on a weekday, where the key fob was successfully programmed. I am especially upset by the treatment we received at the Bellevue store. They failed to place the original order. The manager gave us bad information about who could program the key fob. The programming equipment failed. Overall, the manager, Nick Noll, was unwilling to work with us or look for any solutions that would help. I'm sorry that I ever entered the store or ordered from them. The folks at the Factoria location, however, were excellent. read more

Terrible Terrible customer service purchased a battery for my clerk said there was a 1 year warranty on this battery not telling me that I need to run this car regularly to keep the battery charged and working. Two months later the car wouldn't start went into Batteries plus in Bellevue. They said sorry warranty was void because the charge was to low. We have had this car for 7 years with the original battery in it and as it is a Mazda Miata it does not get driven much in the winter and I did the same with the new battery. The clerk at the Bellevue basically said that there is nothing we can do for you. I went to Costco where I know that they stand behind there products and bought the same battery for $20.00 less and was assured that Costco would stand behind there battery for 3 years. Learn from my mistake and bypass purchasing from batteries plus. Live and learn. read more

They "open" at 9am on Sundays (been here since 9:01am) and it's now 9:45am on Sunday August 12. Doors locked, Open sign and lights are off and nobody is in there. Wasting my time waiting to pickup my online order. When a time is set to open a store, open the store at the time stated otherwise change your hours or get rid of the irresponsible workers who are in charge of opening. Still waiting. I live too far to come back. Needing to leave because I have prior engagements that I needed this battery for. Now I need to go find it elsewhere. My car wouldn't start last night after I visited the Money Tree that's two doors down, and the employee here was nice enough to come out to give me a jump. Unfortunately, it didn't work, even after several tries. He also let me know there was a strong gas smell coming from the engine and that the car was probably not safe to drive, even if it could get running. I asked if it was okay to leave the car there until I could get it towed, and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Very helpful! read more

Well I wont go into WHY I needed this store - but they sold me a battery for an iphone 5 that I installed and was having issues with. I thought the battery might be the issue or the installer (me) They stepped up and made everything right including finding a potential issue (connector corroded from water damage) putting in a new battery AND did it all super quick My phone has been trouble free ever since and I am very thankful for this store, the employees and the product the sell. - You might find cheaper if you really try, but you wont find service or an easy fix if you have an issue These guys (and gals, to be fair a woman installed the new battery and found the corrosion) earned my business and I will use them as needed every time! I visited this store for one reason...to buy batteries I couldn't find at other electronics stores. Two employees were helping two customers when I entered so I browsed the small store myself while waiting for one of them to finish. Unable to find the batteries I needed, I began to search on Amazon while one customer (who had completed his purchase) continued his conversation with the employee and other customers entered the store. Finally the long-winded gentleman said he would let him (the employee) "get to a paying customer." I looked up expectantly only to find another customer who had entered after me be helped by the employee in question. That was enough for me, so I left without having an employee even recognize me during the 7-8 minutes I was there. A simple, "we'll be right with you, sir" would have been an average expectation. read more

I purchased a battery for my car and was helped by a very friendly and professional young man named Harrison. My battery was beyond corroded and Harrison spent almost an hour replacing it with my new battery. He even replaced a worn out part that was completely destroyed even though he didnt need to. This was the first time I ever dealt with Batteries plus Bulbs but I can tell you if the rest of their staff is anywhere as kind, knowledgeable, and professional as Harrison was I will be coming back for life. Thank you Harrison for all your help. And I spoke to the friend I purchased the car from and he told me that was the original battery from 2005! UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD to BUY it, because mine went out on me this A.M. and I am in the process of trying to get work right now. This place was on my errands list! My key fob battery died and I never thought I'd ever need to come here... until I had to come here! lol I don't know how a place like this survives selling batteries and lights. But I was surprised the number of people who walked in during the 10 visit I had here! I asked the worker, Briana, if they had my specific battery and she went right to it and got it for me, rang me up, and asked what it was for. Once she learned it was to replace my key fob battery, she said she would replace it for me, took it to the side where they work and came back out in 2 minutes with my key fob changed and ready! It was super fast and easy. Workers here seemed very knowledgeable and have the customers in and out with no time at all! I saw an older gentleman come in with a long fluorescent light in his hands needing the exact replacement, and another worker was able to help in and had him out in literally 4 minutes!
