I was very satisfied with the service my Abby the 100+ Lb Lab received today. This was my first time at this establishment and I am sure that it will be the first of many more. The lady at the register saw how crazy my dog can be and advised me that they can come out to the car and get her next time. Apparently Abby calmed down after I left and did not give them any problems to my surprise. They also helped by walking her to the car afterward. With my mobility issue it was a great help. I have been coming to this groomer for 8 years with two dogs, one an American Manchester and the other is a Havapoo (Havanese & Poodle). I have not always been thrilled with the results for my Havapoo but I have been going there a long time, they are always friendly, so I continued. I recently scheduled an appointment and had to wait almost 3 weeks to get that appointment. A week before the appointment I was told that the groomer who does all the curly haired dogs is now going to be off that day for an appointment so I'll have to wait another 2 weeks before I can get my dog in. In addition, if the day and time 3 weeks out doesn't work for me, I'll have to wait until April 19, 2021. When I stated that had it been known when I scheduled this appointment that the groomer would be off work, I could have scheduled for a different day and now that her work plans have changed no effort is being made to get me in. She said. "yeah I'm sorry". I recognized the voice of who I was talking to but don't know her name. Her and a couple of other young girls (early 20's) work in their alone sometimes, without the presence of an older woman with glasses. I think when she's not there, they do whatever the heck they want to. In addition, when I mentioned that my dogs nails are extremely long at this point and to wait 3 weeks now won't work they did not even offer to get me in for a quick $10 nail trim. It's obvious these youngsters could give two craps because it's not their business but it's unfortunate that their cavalier, non-customer service oriented attitude affects the business. In the past people have asked me where I have my animals groomed and I have always recommended Bath & Biscuits. Now that I know being a loyal customer is not valued at this establishment I will move on to a new groomer. read more

My pup celebrated his 2nd birthday yesterday. We wanted to order him a doggie birthday cake to spoil him a bit, and I came across Bath & Biscuits after doing some research online. They have 3 different sizes of cakes in different shapes. We ordered the medium one in a bone shape for $16.99! So cute! We were also able to choose what frosting color we wanted and had "Happy Birthday Remy" written on the cake as well! The price might seem a little pricey to some, but seeing your pup excited to stuff their faces with food they don't normal get to have everyday is priceless! read more

They do amazing work here! My dog always walks out like he just won a dog show. He's clean, perfectly groomed and fur so silky smooth. Oh and the smell! The shampoo smell last for at least a week. The prices ranges depending on the size of your dog. I've taken my dog to another groomer before when Bath & Biscuits doesn't have any available appointment for months but it's never the same. Whenever my little beast needs a trim and bath, I never hesitate to bring him to Bath & Biscuits. Their prices vary depending on the size of your dog, but they are reasonable and affordable. For an extra fee, they can clean your dogs teeth and do other services not included in the basic wash. The staff here are all very friendly and have taken great care of my dog, even though he can be a bit difficult at times. Also, they have a self serve dog wash area for $15 no matter how big or small your dog is. They provide all the essentials like towels, shampoo and dryers. And, I just found this out today, but they also make cakes for your dogs for special occasions. That's something I've definitely got to try next time. read more

Getting our dog in for a nail trim at a vet office during this quarantine has been quite the chore. Just as I was about to travel to the far edges of Sacramento, divine intervention occurred by way of my very helpful neighbor. She suggested I try Bath and Biscuits. We live right up the street so I thought why not. It would save me from having to travel outside of my 2 mile bubble that I have become accustomed. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant , I suspect she may be the owner, and told me to come on down and just call when I got there. She only charges 10 dollars a trim, compared to the 27 dollar trim at my vet office....per dog! (We have 2) She was done in literally two minutes and they were nice and short. I couldn't of asked for more. I will never get ripped off for a nail trim from my vets office EVER again. Thank you we will be return customers for the indefinite future. read more

This place is a hidden gem! Drove all the way from Elk Grove with 2 dramatic dogs to get here but it's well worth it. They advertised Self serve dog wash $15 never telling you you have to pay for the shampoo, conditioner by the time I left I was just under $25 most self washes don't charge you for shampoo and conditioner and then on top of that they ask for a tip. The owner took no responsibility for Apple Maps saying the store hours were 10am to 7pm. I rushed to get there by 6pm to use the self wash with a Great Dane and said they were closed. I was a long time customer but I will no longer be bringing my dog I will go to pet plus up the street. read more

I'm not lucky enough to have a dog in my life right now so I get my fix through friends and family. I was introduced to this place by my sister and I've walked many friends through the door (no one refuses help washing a dog). You can check them out for just $15, self serve, any size dog. Their shampoo selection is stellar. Whenever I go in I am seriously tempted to take home some of their cedar wood shampoo for myself the smell is pure heaven. On the down side I find their doggie snacks and grooming a little pricey and I have found them slower and a little disorganized when busy, in general though a good place for human and canine alike. read more

Decided on this place after seeing the good reviews on Yelp! It's a cute little place on Freeport. They look very well-equipped inside for grooming. I noticed they do treats too so I'll have to come back for a doggy birthday cake! When we arrived we met our puppy's groomer, very nice and introduced herself (I'm ashamed I forgot her name). We told her what we wanted, just to clean up his excess fur, and his paws and his face. We had a previous bad experience at Animal Den so we've been careful ever since. I put all my faith in this new place and they didn't disappoint! He was already done when we arrived an hour and 15 minutes later. It was only $35! My only concerns: They don't give a receipt or any record when you pay for the grooming. It makes me wonder if they change their prices often, and if they would alter the price for getting the same thing done next time since they doesn't seem they write it down. I guess I'll have to see when I return! As for the haircut itself, the groomer did everything we had asked for. I just noticed his mustache area and front fur could've used a lot more trimming but overall his haircut was good! read more

I was looking for a retailer that sells Innova Dog Food and found Bath & Biscuit. Funny enough, my dog also needed a bath. Earlier that day he rolled in a pile of... well, anywayz, he needed a bath. So we show up and it reminds me of a Laundr-o-mat... but in a good way cuz it's clean and warm inside for our wet little buddies. They have more dog grooming products and tools available at no extra charge than the Pet Food Express that I usually go to so I'm very happy about that. First time here with my dog to give her a bath myself and they explained everything to me and once I got started washing my dog it was really a great experience! I was able to stand up while bathing her which still hurts my back but NOT as much vs doing it at home in the bathtub! The shampoo smells so good and we can use as much as we want. I used the drying station which is nice you can clip your dog's collar to the stand and blow dry safely. They also have rewards program after I think the 7th or 8th wash its free. I will be coming back probably every month since my cocker spaniel can get funky between grooming appointments! I suggest bringing your dogs here! And your dog gets a treat after! read more

Ollie-Wollie can get a little stinky-stinky, and when he does this is our go-to spot. I like to use the DIY doggie-wash stations because Ollieman is particular about his washings -- rather he freaks out about the hairdryer -- so it's just better if mommy does it. We haven't used the grooming services, but when we've been there to wash-a-roo, I do see the gals taking extra-special care of the doogles. They even do the little talking voices to the pups. And, occasionally, you get to overhear the boss-lady scolding the staff -- which is both interesting and entertaining. The DIY tubs are super great. They even have an insert to put in the tubs if your pup is a little smaller so you can reach him better. The accoutrements include all that you need for a good wash: brushes, suds, towels, ear-cleaning solution and a hairdryer station (but as mentioned earlier, Ollie-Wollie forgoes this part). Last time I checked B&B's website, they advertised that they have several varieties of suds to use on the pooch, but every time I've been there, I've only seen one kind of shampoo available. The shampoo is also quite watered-down so that "it can penetrate the pups' coats better," but it seems that it's also a handy way for them to save some coin. I've brought my own shampoo the last few times just 'cuz i really like to lather the little guy up. I guess it's not the shop's fault, but their location is a bit far -- but clearly, we've decided it's worth the trek. We live in Elmhurst, and it's a good 20 minute car ride away from our house. But, again, Olliebutt doesn't do the dryer, so that 20 minutes back is great to roll the windows down and air-dry! read more

Great place to groom your dog OR do the self-service bath and dry. They provide everything you need ear and teeth wipes; shampoo, towels, and dryers. Plus free treats on the way out! Wonderful and caring staff and the tubs are of good size. Oh, they also provide you with an apron! The place is well maintained and is odor-free. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I love the shampoo they provide. It's diluted so I usually use all three bottles. If you bring multiple dogs, you get a discount. Also after so many washes, you get a free wash. If you have a dog who has a thick coat, ask for the deshedder. That works wonders and takes a lot of the excess hair out. You get a free dog treat after you finish drying your dog. I haven't used the professional washing service only the self wash. They also provide a ear cleaner and some teeth wipes. read more

My little doggie has never smelled so good. His hair is now the cleanest and tamest it's been in his seven years of existence. His nails are perfectly trimmed and he even got a cute little bandana around his neck. The staff is friendly- both to people and to dogs, and they seem to really know what they are doing.
