We took our two 7 year old Aussie-mix boys here for their first professional grooming ever. They can be challenging and unpredictable with new people and unfamiliar situations. After dropping them off, we kept expecting a phone call to come right back in and retrieve our unruly maniacs. All Stage turned out to be the perfect place for this first experience and we would be happy to return. Very kind and attentive staff, and very capable and accommodating about our dogs' specific physical needs and behaviors. I heard the groomers talking to them once they were in the grooming rooms at one point, and felt they were both sweet and compassionate in how they handled the dogs. It was pricey, but then I have no reference of what a "normal" grooming rate is, and the groomers did spend over 2 hours per dog as they needed significant de-matting/ clipping/ shedding attention. We couldn't believe how clean and soft and fluffy they were afterward! read more

Took Abby for grooming. The communication up until the appointment day was great. We arrived and the staff was great. They kept me abreast about how Abby was doing and gave me a heads up so we could arrive on time. I can't speak on the whole facility as we do not train our pup there but i will gladly admit we travel 140+ miles each way once a month to take our spunky Golden doodle Otis in for a full clean and cut with Enedina! We've tried a few different places and he always seems so overwhelmed and stressed when we pick him up. With Enedina he gets so excited to go with her and he's warmed up to her a great deal! We absolutely love the way she cuts his hair and trust that he's in the absolute best care there with her. It's hard enough to find a great groomer but a great groomer that cares for your pup like her own and can trust to leave him there without a second thought is a rare thing! read more

He was a doodle when we adopted him until about 2 years after we got him and now he's a Komondor. I could find no one who would take him as a client. His hair is special and he is large. I'm really glad that after my initial review the owner, Miranda reached out to me. Had she not, I would've lost all hope in dog training schools. Miranda is such a genuinely kind person who clearly takes pride and cares about her business and clients. After I posted my review she contacted me and we had a long chat about our experience in puppy pre-k. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and what I felt was important for my pup. She offered a private session with herself and trainer, Val, whom she thought we would be compatible with. During that session she had me bring the whole family. They really took their time meeting with us so that we all could come up with a plan that was best for our pup. They recommended that we have 2 private sessions and then join the Basic Training which was a 6 week group class. I thought this was extremely kind and generous of Miranda. All group classes and private classes were with Val Masters. I LOVE Val and highly recommend her. She is an amazing trainer. You can tell she has years of many experiences in training. I love that she is firm in her teaching, no nonsense, straight to the point. Her teachings is clear and very structured. I felt like I was in college again. Before the Basic Training group class, she has everyone attend an orientation. She made pretty much a booklet outline of the class so that we knew what was being covered at each class, also what materials we would need to bring. She also sent a more detailed outline of her outline lol. All to insure we would get the most out of each class. I appreciated this because it explained how to execute the commands we practiced in class if we forgot at home lol. What I really liked about Val was she explained why she was doing certain things. For example, "touch" I thought it was a useless command when I heard this in puppy pre k. I said, my pup already knows how to shake. If she just went over how to do the touch command I would've overlooked it again... but her teaching style she explained why it was important, that it wasn't just a "touch" it was a soft recall which is such an important command to teach your pup for safety. I loved how just explained every thing making her class so easy and enjoyable to follow. All the while, Miranda would message me to follow up and see how things were going. This time around the experience was a complete one eighty. I love coming in here and bringing my pup, Boba. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. They offer so many different programs here. Now that my Boba has completed Basic Class I can't wait to sign him up for the next. Thank you All Stage Canine Development! read more

I'm updating my review on the experience I had with Miranda after my initial review. Miranda took the time to contact me, to talk about my initial experiences and offered to make up the whole 4 sessions to ensure we would be taken cared of. Her and the trainer came to my place the first time to evaluate my dog. After that we attended 2 sessions at their location and participated in the dog walk on a Saturday morning. This new trainer has great experience working with dogs with behavior issues. He was able to immediately handle my dog. My dog doesn't do well with strangers and other dogs. My dog was doing well when he was a puppy and then he can't no longer see strangers and dogs because he gets aggressive. The trainer was quick to make a connection with my dog. During the dog walk the trainer took charge and also allowed us to walk him. We thought it would b chaos but surprisingly my dog only got triggered once during the 1 1/2 hour walk. I took a vacation and I was very worried who would walk my dog as no one can currently handle him and Miranda offered to have her trainer visit 3 times to walk my dog which was so comforting and greatly appreciated. They were honest to share that my dog won't be a service dog but with work we will be able to manage his behavior. During this session we learned to walk my dog with a prong, we learned to train him on leave it, and we got to expose him to other dogs. There's still a long way to go, they are a bit of distance from where I live which is why we don't drop him off often. We will continue the training as soon as it fits our budget. The classes are pricey but if you work directly with our trainer and Miranda it is worth it. read more

Found All Stage after searching for a groomer who does not put dogs in crates during their grooming service. After the first appointment with Deena we saw an immediate difference in our dog's mood. Hobbes is a 130 pound Great Pyrenees and he goes in to his appointments happy and comes out happy! And clean! He's not overwhelmed by the chaos and not dejected after being stuffed in a crate to wait his turn. It's clear Deena treats him with so much love and pays excellent attention to his grooming needs. Update- Miranda reached out to me after my first review and we had a nice chat about my experience. I really appreciated that she did this to better understand my frustrations. She could have easily just offered a gift card for grooming or an apology, and called it a day, but she really wanted to hear about my experience and where the team could improve. Miranda offered to make it right and have me go in with my dog for some private sessions with her. After completing two sessions I have to say that I feel much better about the initial investment that I had made here a few months ago. She has provided my dog and I with tools and exercises to help with his confidence and reactivity. I think going through my past experience and now this experience really shows that sometimes having the right trainer-client fit is important. The other noted trainer seemed really knowledgeable, and I don't doubt that she is able to help other families and dogs. Im just happy to have learned that Ozzie and I needed a different training style and that Miranda and the All Stage team were willing to help us find what worked. Please check this place out if you are having trouble with your dog(s)!!!!! I have an 8mo old golden/shepherd mix (Addy) who was like a feral toddler! She was way too unruly and energetic. I was so impressed with Julie during her temperament test for Addy, that I set up an appointment to get my older dog (Ginny, 1.5 years) tested too. Then I signed up for private sessions with both dogs! After just the 45 temp test, Addy is already listening to my commands and is behaving so much better. This place knows what it is doing, and the prices are much lower than some of the other training places I looked into. Also, if you are having a hierarchy issue with 2 or more female dogs (that was my main issue), this is the place to go! I didn't even know the Alpha/Beta thing existed with females, but it definitely does, and its stressful! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I've been struggling to find a reliable, consistent, friendly groomer that my dogs love & I finally think I found the place! I have two medium sized huskies that are 48 & 56lbs. They take about 2 hours per dog. When we first got there I saw a whiteboard right next to the door that welcomed all their clients for the day (my dogs included) which I thought was a nice friendly touch. I brought my dogs inside and they were immediately greeted with pets & smiles. They even asked if it was okay to give the dogs cookies to alleviate some of their anxiousness (especially my girl, Issa since she doesn't enjoy going to new places, but absolutely loves snacks lol), which I appreciated very much. Prices start at $65 each for my medium sized babies. If they have to do anything additional, then the prices go up. I paid $170 before tip. When I picked them up, my boy Kody was excited to see me, but was in no rush to leave which translated to me that he had a great experience. Issa came out and my groomer immediately informed me that she found foxtails on her & removed as many as she could, but she showed me the two other places where it could be. I'm so beyond grateful to my groomer because Issa showed no sign of discomfort at all. Also want to add to the fact that foxtail removal is extremely expensive so the fact that Issa's comfort was top priority & she wasn't given back to me with the foxtails still in her meant a lot to me. Now I have information to share with the vet so we can expedite the process when we take her in. I'm so grateful I found this place and I highly recommend. Will be coming back. I found All Stage while trying to find a dog trainer for my new puppy Lucy. A little bit of background, I have used 2 other obedience outfits for my other three dogs with varying degrees of success. I did a group class with 2 other dogs and had done all private lessons in my prior experiences. My dog trainer was Sarika and I immediately recognized her skill and knowledge as an obedience trainer. The best part of the class was that after we did the group portion, Sarika would come to each class member and individually come to your dog to make sure the behavior was being correctly communicated to the dog. On one occasion I could not get my dog to lie down and with 30 seconds she showed me how to do it. Most importantly she showed me how to correctly do it. I decided to use Sarika for some private lessons after the initial group of classes as it was working so well. Kudos to All Stage and their very talented trainers. I brought my 1 year old Sheepadoodle in to be groomed. I will admit she was a hot mess. I was so nervous to have her groomed because the last time she had been groomed it was a terrible experience. I read the reviews online and decided to ask for Heather. I'm so glad I did. When I brought Olive in Heather was kind and explained exactly what needed to be done. She assured me she would do her best to keep her teddy bear look in the face but her body would need to be shaved down to even her coat out. When I returned Olive looked great. Her face was cleaned up and did look like a little teddy bear. Heather did an awesome job with her. Thank you so much for your great work. I highly recommend Heather!
