Brought Jackie in today for a grooming they did such a spectacular job they did above and beyond what was needed. Thank you so much for your hard work bless you. John Caldararo 205-910-1538

I am so relieved that we are able to take our dog in to get groomed again. Kendra did an amazing job!!! Our pup had problems before with grooming because of kennel aggression and being around multiple dogs. What I loved the most about this place was the fact that they handle one dog at a time so no kennels involved!

When we moved up to Sacramento from the Los Angeles area, it took a bit to find the right groomer for our babies and All Stage is definitely it. We gladly drive the 20 minutes from East Sac to see Ashlee and she treats Harley and Pepper like they are her own. I highly recommend the mud bath if your pups have developed Sacramento allergies like mine. Thank you All Stage and Ashlee!!

My 4.5 lb little Deena is six years old and a little picky about her grooming services but she's thrilled with her new gal at all stages. They came highly recommended by our vet and she has been happily barking to get her hair done and buffed and puffed all again soon! Thank you!

We took our mini Aussie to puppy pre k and basic classes with Val Masters and we were very happy with all our class time. Our Tiger Lily made new friends and learned many new things. Highly recommend Val and her classes.

This place is amazing. They have wonderful staff members and awsome dog groomers. I take my dog here for her grooming and her training. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful and has helped me down the right path with my service animal training.

Great haircut for our Phoebe. She is an Airedale with lots of energy but Deana always makes her look fantastic. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I drive 25 minutes to get there, but it's worth it. Deena is fantastic. She grooms my 140lb rescue, Brewtus. He was a doodle when we adopted him until about 2 years after we got him and now he's a Komondor. I could find no one who would take him as a client. His hair is special and he is large. Happened upon All Stage Canine Development and Deena took him immediately after chatting for a few minutes. That was 4 years or so now. Deena is the best without question and has a way with dogs. Brewtus loves Deena and all the staff there.

Ashley is the best! I really like All Stage Canine. It's clean and everyone that works there is supper nice.

I'm really glad that after my initial review the owner, Miranda reached out to me. Had she not, I would've lost all hope in dog training schools. Miranda is such a genuinely kind person who clearly takes pride and cares about her business and clients. After I posted my review she contacted me and we had a long chat about our experience in puppy pre-k. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and what I felt was important for my pup. She offered a private session with herself and trainer, Val, whom she thought we would be compatible with. During that session she had me bring the whole family. They really took their time meeting with us so that we all could come up with a plan that was best for our pup. They recommended that we have 2 private sessions and then join the Basic Training which was a 6 week group class. I thought this was extremely kind and generous of Miranda. All group classes and private classes were with Val Masters. I LOVE Val and highly recommend her. She is an amazing trainer. You can tell she has years of many experiences in training. I love that she is firm in her teaching, no nonsense, straight to the point. Her teachings is clear and very structured. I felt like I was in college again. Before the Basic Training group class, she has everyone attend an orientation. She made pretty much a booklet outline of the class so that we knew what was being covered at each class, also what materials we would need to bring. She also sent a more detailed outline of her outline lol. All to insure we would get the most out of each class. I appreciated this because it explained how to execute the commands we practiced in class if we forgot at home lol. What I really liked about Val was she explained why she was doing certain things. For example, "touch" I thought it was a useless command when I heard this in puppy pre k. I said, my pup already knows how to shake. If she just went over how to do the touch command I would've overlooked it again... but her teaching style she explained why it was important, that it wasn't just a "touch" it was a soft recall which is such an important command to teach your pup for safety. I loved how just explained every thing making her class so easy and enjoyable to follow. All the while, Miranda would message me to follow up and see how things were going. This time around the experience was a complete one eighty. I love coming in here and bringing my pup, Boba. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. They offer so many different programs here. Now that my Boba has completed Basic Class I can't wait to sign him up for the next. Thank you All Stage Canine Development!

Finding Heather was the best thing that happened to me. she does a wonderful job with my baby. Thank you Heather!!! I have referred her to some very picky friends and they also love her.

She was able to figure out a way to get through to them and help me learn how to manage two different personalities, ages (senior & an 8yr old) with one having limited abilities and the other running/jumping/hyper. Issue 1) walking them.. sadie the eight-year-old was very energetic and wanted to run or walk very fast. She tended to pull a lot. Sansa The senior, 12-year-old girl walked slowly and very close to me to where I would keep tripping over her so I needed her to learn space. Kristen admittedly said this was difficult to have two very differing dogs and one person walking both of them especially since I have physical limitations myself with struggling from fibromyalgia. She set up an appointment for us to go to A walking trail and worked with us on that, and additionally another issue Sadie was having. Issue 2) when I would take Sansa and Sadie for walks on the trails that were busy Sadie would often bark and spin in circles when a bike would ride past us. I wanted help with this behavior. Kristen was able to find a way to help subdue her reaction. Issue 3) One of the people we live with is very obnoxious and the dogs bark at him every time he enters the room. They don't do this with any other person. I asked her to come to my home to evaluate the situation. She nailed it right on the head what the problem was. She spoke with this person to give him insight into how his behavior was affecting the dogs. Her ability to get through to not only the dogs, but people as well is amazing! He actually heard her! He is a very difficult person to talk to so I was impressed! She also helped trained us to not reward them when they barked at him (which I didn't realize I was doing by letting them stay on the couch & petting them.) I thought I was calming them, but she pointed out it's rewarding what they're doing. So now I get them off the couch when they bark & treat them when they don't. This helped quite a bit. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is very upbeat and positive. She is very sweet and takes her time with you and the dogs. I highly recommend her and we would hire her again! Thanks Kristen you're the best!!

With only 2 sessions, Alycia has made so many drastic changes and corrections that we are absolutely convinced that she is today's Dog Whisperer! She is the most loving, kind, yet firm, professional dog trainer we could ever imagine and hope for. Our precious puppy has anxiety/separation anxiety and she tended to bark at people and other dogs (not out of aggression but) out of nervousness and excitement. She loves attention/affection but her first reaction was to bark, run around and be hyper. In minutes Alycia calmed Tiffany down and she really responded well to Alycia's commands. She taught us about boundaries and gave our puppy a boundary at the front door. Previously, Tiffany would want to run to the door and possibly run outside. After 2 tries, she mastered how to stay back even with he door wide open and with no leash on! Such an important safety lesson. Next session we went to our local pet store and also walked around outside of the strip mall. There was lots of activity, people, noises, cars, dogs, etc. I was so nervous, but to our astonishment, Tiffany did NOT bark once! Alycia taught her how to heel, make turns, and how to stay on the curb until we let her know it was ok to cross the street, We also had trouble with Tiffany pulling her leash in front of us while walking. Alycia literally taught her in a couple of minutes how to walk calmly beside us. The last lesson of the day was teaching Tiffany how to remain calm in the car. Previously, Tiffany would whimper, try and jump or walk around nervously even while being safe in her car restraint belt. I don't know how Alycia did it, but for the first time in 6 months, we had a quiet calm puppy, laying down calmly in the back seat by herself the whole ride home! One word....AMAZING! Keep in mind that all of these corrections were literally done in minutes! Our puppy has shown so much improvement and retains the information. She's becoming more confident, showing less signs of her normal anxiety and she's loving all the new things she's learning. We can't say enough about Aylcia and her style of training, loving nature and expertise! Thank you Alycia of Thinking Dogs! If anyone is looking for a dog trainer, please contact Alycia today. I promise it will be the most positive experience for you and your fur babies!

My family and I just lost our dog to cancer and we weren't looking to adopt another pet, but happened by the cat adoptions at Petsmart while shopping for our other dog's food. We fell in love with a 2month old Scottish Fold named Artemis. We saw her once, went home to think about it, and then returned the next day to see she was still there. We inquired with the volunteer there, who told us to text the adoption coordinator, Michelle Lee. Michelle was very short over text, but encouraged us to put in an application. So we did. We still couldn't stop thinking of Artemis the next day, and we were getting more excited about what a good fit she'd be in our home. So we returned to the Petsmart to visit her. We met her foster mother, chatted, and learned more about her. The Foster mother was so lovely. She told us that adopting Artemis out had been "hard because of Michelle" then hushed as if she would get in trouble for saying even that much. Other volunteers also exchanged knowing glances. Nancy then reviewed our application, said there weren't any other suitable candidates, and encouraged us to text Michelle to set up an appointment to adopt Artemis the next day. Nancy also assured us that because our application was in, and that it was the only one, that Artemis would be on hold for us. They pulled her paperwork for us. We had every reason to believe she was on hold for us. We texted Michelle who did not respond for over an hour. So we went home. When she did text me back, she asked us to "go back adopt her." So we started to go back and then she started calling me, frantically, texting for me to answer the phone. I answered for a brief interview, answered her questions seemingly to her satisfaction, and she again, suggested she was fine with us adopting her, but she needed to call the volunteers at Citrus Heights. Ultimately she texted me back and said they would wait for a vet evaluation since she'd been sick recently and then "let me know." At no point did she indicate that we were not approved to adopt Artemis or that she would be going back on her decision for us to adopt her. The next day I sent a text asking how the vet appointment went and was ignored for two days. I sent another text and Michelle told me then that they were still deciding on a family and completely denied that she told me she was ours and to go adopt her. I pushed back and sent screenshots of our conversation and she just maintained that "there is a lot of interest" in Artemis and other volunteers "have no idea" what they're talking about. Two of my partner's decided then to visit the shelter and speak with Francie, the office manager, who I'm told was absolutely wonderful and compassionate. Shoutout to her, for being so lovely and kind. She'd arranged to have my partner's speak to Michelle in person to find out what exactly had happened. When Michelle arrived to the shelter an hour and a half past her designated shift time, she was apparently unable to be accountable and made several excuses for her behavior, including that she was over stressed and grieving a personal loss. She denied making statements she had made over text to me even when confronted with screenshots. Ultimately we learned that Michelle lied to us and had adopted Artemis out to another family. There was nothing that Francie could do to make things right. I do not recommend adopting from this agency at Citrus Heights, while Michelle is the adoptions coordinator. Please go instead directly to the shelter or to one of the other Petsmart/Petco Locations. You will be met with grief, as well as confusing, disorganized, discompassionate, behavior.
