I have had too many traumatic things happen to my baby that I don't trust anyone. And granted, my pup is not mean or rowdy, he just LICKS everything. Even the blades and scissors. *** However, I had an upcoming trip and had no time to wash /groom my little pup, so I gave Pampered Pet Salon a try. Thank you to the staff for being so considerate and listening to my "worried dog mama" rant. They were so gentle with Noah and were communicative during his wash and groom. They were gentle not to cut him, took their time, and he didn't look like he was traumatized after the groom... Normally he gets so stressed he doesn't eat, doesn't drink, never leaves our side. However, after a visit to pampered pet salon, he was back to normal after he saw us! We recommend to other dog and cat owners, we will be bringing Noah back :)

Our dog was cut up and had razor burns from her grooming appointment, and they shaved her bare to the skin and did not even give her a bath prior to shaving off all of her hair. (Do NOT go to Juleah!!) When we expressed our disappointment, the staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unapologetic instead of showing any concern for what had happened. It appeared that she had not been given water or the basic care we would expect while she was there. Our dog seemed visibly distressed and unlike herself. Cutting a dog and drastically changing their haircut without what we requested. We trusted this salon with our dog and expected her to be treated with care. Will never be returning, and I would strongly encourage other pet owners to think twice before leaving their dog here.

Our first appointment was…read morescheduled for 3:55 and our second appointment was scheduled for 4:05, my first appointment didn't get seen until 4:30, the 4:05 appointment we had, got seen before my 3:55 appointment. Upon getting to the table where the vaccinations were getting done, the DR. Was not very friendly, very short, came across as very rude. When I said thank you at the end of the visit she said nothing back with just a blank rude stare on her face. Dr.Kathryn Cehrs was her name. The person in line before me had the same experience. I have never had this bad of a time at Vetco Clinics until now. Don't think I will ever use vetco again, even if I have to pay more at a vet that will have proper customer service skills.
