Horrible experience for my sweet senior cat who returned traumatized and with bloody paws. despite clearly stating we didn't want her nails trimmed because we regularly maintain them ourselves, they did not disclaim they would trim anyway (when other groomers do not require nail trimmings for cats). MULTIPLE nails on each paw MAULED and black from dried blood. Clearly cut WAY too short and clipping the quick. I cut her nails weekly and have never cut her quicks. Appalled and heartbroken for my cat that I trusted this place to treat her well. She doesn't love water but picking her up from different groomers' previously she's still been perky and NOT bleeding. read more

I highly recommend coming here. I recently adopted a new cat (he is huge) and I could not find a place to groom him, they were either too expensive or most places don't groom cats. On top of that I get really nervous with leaving my cats at groomers due to past experiences I've had. We Love Paws was very affordable & they did everything I needed and more for my cat. They were great with communication & just overall really pleasant and obviously love and are good at what they do. My cat came home in beautiful shape & I am beyond happy with how he looks. Larissa cut my dogs hair. I told her not to cut her hair in certain spots for medical reasons. She cut her hair in those spots anyway. This was after I explained in detail why these spots were not to be cut. I couldn't be more dissatisfied. Larissa could not follow basic instructions. read more

I am pretty upset with my experience at this salon. When I brought my dog in, first time at this salon, I was first questioned as why I was there and told the girl at the counter, My dog Zuzi had an appointment, she looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about, so I said I think it's with Amy, she again looked at me like "what??" Her name is Annie...pretty similar names, but ok. She then commented that my harness had poop on it, I told her it's just dried mud, I too had some on my shirt as we were gardening. She said she would never put a dirty harness on a clean dog ~ totally fair, I get it. Then she says it will be two hours...for a bath a face n foot trim, that's a long time, but I agree. As I'm leaving the parking lot, my tummy hurts and I feel like I should turn around and grab my pup, something just wasn't feeling right inside my heart. But I didn't listen. Then I get a text at about an hour that Zuzi would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the window to customers was covered with a curtain, quitting time, I suppose, even though they knew I would be back. Before I even see a person, I hear "uh we had a mishap with your dog" Zuzi comes running out COMPLETELY shaved!! I've had Zuzi for 12 years and I've never seen her like that ~ no hair!! She said they got the two "spotted dogs" mixed up and gave my dog the shave instead of the other spotted dog! I can't believe this is how they identify their clients...by spotting or such, please please give me a break! They did not offer any solutions, not many options, but possibly they could of said, "we are so sorry and embarrassed by this mistake, no charge OR half off" or something, anything! Why I paid full price and still gave a tip, is completely MY fault! Moral of the story : Listen to Your Gut and listen to your dogo I apologize in advance for this very lengthy post. read more

They did an amazing job taking care of my dog. The results were fantastic! She came in needing a good wash and grooming and I didn't realize why taking your pet to a groomer was so beneficial. My dog would come back with his leg fur still long or his muzzle long when I've explicitly told the groomers we want as short as possible bc he's shedding too much around the house. Absolutely terrible. I called on a Friday to make an appointment to get my cats nails trimmed and ears cleaned. No answer. They called back later and said that I can't make an appointment but to just walk in the next day and they'll take me since it's a simple request. I drove 15 minutes while traumatizing my cat (she hates car rides) and showed up to a locked door with an "open" sign and no one inside. I stood there for 10 minutes calling their multiple numbers with no answer. Ended up leaving and just going home. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

On 3-11-22, I took my Golden Retriever to We Love Paws. She was groomed by a new employee. The next day my dog was limping and in obvious pain. My vet found the left dewclaw missing and bleeding, and the right dewclaw torn, displaced, and bleeding. Both sites were infected. The groomer omitted metioning the injuries when I picked up my dog. Took my 3 month Akita puppy for his first grooming. I walked in and it was a clean open environment. I liked being able to see them work versus the work being done in a back room. My sweet boy is overweight (we're on a diet!) and doesn't like his stomach touched, so I hadn't realized how matted it had become. Today was the first time I've gotten my Pomeranian groomed since I got her a month ago. When I got there Annie was very friendly and was great with my dog, who was slightly skittish. It took about 2 hours for the bath, blow dry, ears clean, nails clipped, teeth brushed, and hair cut. All of this for only about $55. I am really impressed with how the hair cut turned out too. First time customer. Got our aussie groomed. Good cut, bad customer service. The groomer never introduced herself, never asked if I had an appt, I was never given a breakdown of how it works, never was notified of accepted forms of payment. They asked I return in 3 hrs, when I returned dog was not ready. Per their rules, I am not supposed to return until they text me when finished. Finally receive a text with this policy after I am walking out. As I am waiting in the parking lot, they said they accept cash only (not on website, quote, booking appointment, nor was I told when dropped her off). Over all poor communication, bad first experience, and the stylist only gave me excuses. I am sure the others are great. But will not return. First impressions matter. read more

HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!NEVER AGAIN!!! I'd rate 0 star if I could. When we dropped off our dogs, the assistant told my bf it'd take 2-3hrs, and my bf asked if it'd take until 6:30-7? and she said yes. So we made our family plan accordingly. Later on, Annie texted me saying they'd be ready earlier at 6:10. But I was busy and didn't check my phone, until i saw her message later and had to ditch my family to drive across town, rushing to the store at 6:40. She said she charged extra for her time and demanded 90$$$ We explained to her what her assistant said, but she denied it and was SO RUDE!!! She was acting like she rushed to kick us out of the store. No "thank you", nothing! It's not our fault when your assistant said something and later lied about it to you. If you love your dogs don't take them here. I had made an appointment weeks in advance. This was a first time experience for us. When we show up, it sounds like there's at least three other dogs in the back. The person who met us at the front was clearly just trying to get us out the door as soon as possible. Didn't even try to meet or get to know my dog. My dog was clearly uncomfortable around her and she didn't make an effort to comfort her. No prior notice of their bs form of payments. And she said it would take 2-3 hours. So why did I even make an appointment weeks in advance? She clearly overbooked herself and was going for quantity over quality. She made me and my wife say "goodbye" to our dog as we were leaving out the door which made our dog think we were leaving her there forever. It was very sad my wife was crying. I asked her to cut her hair as short as she could go. When we get our baby back the cut was horrible, she was patchy and very uneven coat. And SHE CUT MY BABIES WHISKERS!!!! I never asked for that and was very upset by that. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CUT ANY ANIMALS WHISKERS. PERIOD. Everyone knows dogs/cats need they're whiskers to navigate they're environment happily and healthfully. I was shocked and appalled. She also said "she wouldn't let me cut her nails, so we didn't get to do that" every groomer and stylist (4 people overall) has been able to cut my baby's nails but she couldn't? My baby obviously wasn't trusting her. Or she didn't even try because of her capacity at the salon. Overall very bad experience. I would rather pay the extra cost at a Petco and give my daughter to someone I know she likes and trusts and reciprocates that energy to my baby. Never coming back and highly recommend do not book here!! Also the place is hard to find. No signs or anything. And when I called multiple times to find the location, no answer. If you love your furry friends. DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. I would give a zero star if I could. Also note: I rarely ever give a yelp review for any business. I think yelp is horrible and toxic for business' but I had to leave a bad review for this place. Sorry, not sorry read more

We've used them 2x and have been extremely pleased. The preferred method of communication is via txt (please correct me if this is wrong), the scheduling is easy, our dog is in and out in an hour and fifteen minutes and the result is perfect. The beauty is in the reliability of the communication, the result and the fact that our pet isn't gone for half a day and exposed to other dogs. Never mind the fact that in the time of a pandemic, the people have limited exposure to others because of the great scheduling.
