We recently adopted a pup from Front Street who will absolutely NOT let anyone trim her nails. A friend suggested I try this place and I am SO glad I did. Alex took her time and remained totally calm as my dog thrashed around, screamed like she was being killed and attempted to eat and claw my face off. When my dog sprayed her anal glands then pooped on the table, she didn't bat an eye. Eventually, we got my pup into a little tiny muzzle and finished up her front paws. I'm so grateful for this place and the fact that they did not once make me feel like a bad pet owner because her nails had gotten so long waiting on a vet appointment. They also didn't charge extra for all of the commotion and anxiety my pup brought along for the visit. This is my new go-to spot for all things grooming!! read more

I made a trip over to Bath & Biscuits because we needed to use their services, and before heading there I did what I thought was my due diligence. I checked the website and even called ahead, and nowhere did I see anything saying they would be closed. Unfortunately, when we got there, there was a tiny sign on the door letting everyone know they were closed for the week for training. We definitely weren't the only ones who missed the memo either. While we were there, other people were pulling up looking for their services as well. I completely understand closing for training. That makes total sense, and honestly, I appreciate a business taking the time to make sure their employees are properly trained. I just wish there had been some kind of notice on the website or the voicemail before making the trip over. A quick heads-up would have saved us, and apparently quite a few other people, from making the drive for nothing. Just something to keep in mind if you're planning a trip over. read more

Never get your dog's nails clipped here! A really unfortunate thing happened when we asked an employee to clip our dog's nails. Our dog is a large dog, but she's really uncomfortable with people touching her paws. The minute they employee grabbed her paw, she pulled it away. I expected the employee to ask me to comfort my dog and give her treats, since that worked in the past, but she just cornered my dog against a wall. Then she tightly grabbed my dogs feet so she physically couldn't run away. I could not believe this! I could tell my dog was really uncomfortable and nervous. Harshly grabbing a dog and pushing it against a wall is very inhumane. Thankfully my dog is polite and she didn't nip the employee, but other aggressive dogs might. Bath & Biscuits is a fantastic place to wash your dog, but you should never get their nails clipped there! read more

I have been taking my 6 yr old Cavalier King Charles (Eunice Mae) to be groomed with love by Majesty for about 8 months. She gets a full service every 4 weeks. I am a super fussy dog momma. Majesty does a wonderful job. She is extremely mindful of Eunice Mae's issues...super long ears, feet like Chewbacca & her fear of the blow dryer. Eunice doesn't run away when she sees Majesty. Honestly, I feel like Majesty loves all her fur babies. I highly recommend that you schedule an appointment for your pet & that you request Majesty. You will not be disappointed. I took my dog in to be groomed. It took 2-3 hours. When I picked her up she had not been clipped only bathed. I was told she would not stand up. I asked what was done. They said her paws, and her bottom also she had a bath. When I went home I checked. Her bottom was not even clipped. Then I was also told it took two people to hold her, she weighs 10 pounds. Mind you I was still charged $75.00. For a wash and her paws ?????? Ridiculous !!!! read more

I've taken my dog here for awhile and recently she she got groomed, she was chopped on her belly and when I tried to clean her ears she snapped at me, my dog has never done this before. I know whoever groomed her must have been rough with her or possibly miss treated her because my dog is gentle. When they called to schedule her again, I told them what had happened and that I was not going to reschedule, that I was going to be taking her somewhere else. The person that I talked to, didn't even apologize or try to make anything better or say anything to ease my concerns. I've taken my dog to Bath and Biscuits for about a year and half and received great service until recently. I had scheduled out my dog's appointment about four months ago. About a week ago, they reached out to reschedule as the groomer that was to see my dog was no longer with their company. Okay, fine. No worries. Things happen. I asked for a new date. They said 4/20 at 3:30 - Easter day. I accepted the date and time, saying that it'd be absolutely fine. The day I confirmed the time, they reached out again saying that they were going to be closed on 4/20 (even though they're the ones who threw out the date!) and asked to reschedule. They gave me a ton of times that wouldn't work for me and because their weekend schedule was already booked up. So, cool. I'm glad I made an appointment months ago that you had to reschedule, then when that time for the rescheduled appointment comes up, you try to reschedule again, making it extremely inconvenient for me, the client, to atone for your screw up. Nope. Lost my business. read more

Been bringing my baby here since I got him at 4 months and for nearly year and a half now. It had been a learning curve for him and still is but prior groomers here and currently here (Majesty) was great in taking their time with him and getting him well groomed. She works so well with him that she gets my boy done so quick I barely can run 2 errands after dropping him off. I now book him out 3 months in advance. read more

First off. B&B does an amazing job and one thing I do appreciate is they set appointment times so your fur baby isn't left in a kennel long before or after. I left off one star because they are a little hard to get a ahold of and very hard to get an appointment. My wife went to take our shi-poo to this place in late January and when she showed up she was told she didn't have an appointment. Something to do with their appointment program - if you don't get a confirmation email you don't have an appointment. She was booked for today, February 25th at 9am.  She got there and the door was locked.  An employee was standing outside as she could not get in.  My wife talked with her and she was able to confirm that my wife had a 9am appointment.  Apparently the person who should have come to open up was late. After waiting 15 min my wife left.  We will no longer give this business anymore of our money. read more

I walked in last week to buy a dog cake for Lucie's Bday unfortunately they are only made to order. They also sold doggie ice cream but were out of that as well. I asked to schedule a grooming appointment with the middle aged counter lady. She has blondish hair and wears glasses. The woman asked if I needed a bath and trim or a full cut. Since Lucie's coat looked like it needed some trimming I said bath and trim. The quoted price was $55. The computer system was down so she wrote down my info on her desk calendar and told me 12:30p and it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I showed up today at 12:20p and said hello I have a 12:30p for Lucie. The same lady with a scowl on her face said "it was 12". No greeting, just rude. I said sorry I thought it was 12:30p can Lucie still be groomed she said yes. The friendly groomer came over and started asking questions. I said she needed a bath and a trim ie her ears paws etc. the groomer said she is only scheduled for a bath. The counter lady says she is scheduled for a trim but not a full cut. I am thinking what the Hell is a trim if your pet's coat isn't cut? Then I suddenly remembered when I scheduled all this the counter lady had to write it down since her computer was down. Being fed up with the counter ladies rudeness I told her you're rude and you probably screwed up the appointment because you wrote it down. We are leaving. She didn't care and made no attempt at apology or good customer service whatsoever. I will say they did send a text reminder which I didn't look at because I know counter lady told me 12:30p. I would not trust my precious pup to someone as uncaring as this lady. Do not come here. read more

Unfortunately I cannot actually comment about their grooming abilities as my dog was never able to get in to be seen due to complete disorganization and disregard. I originally made an appt for 12/24, but when I arrived I was told that another person had come in who didn't speak English well with a dog named Rocco (my dog is Rocky) and they thought Rocco was my dog even though my appt wasn't for another hour or so. So I was told they couldn't fit Rocky in because of the 'confusion' with Rocco and offered to get me in the following Monday. This was annoying, but definitely not a huge deal. I am a pretty laid back person until people act a fool so understanding mistakes happen is easy. However, when I arrived on Monday, the door was locked and a sign on the door said 'by appt only'....well, not a huge deal right? I have an appt so they will clearly answer the phone or text messages they told me to send in order to be let in. Alas, this was not the case. I rang, it went straight to VM. I texted, no one answered. I even stared at the women cleaning the floors to perhaps intimate that I did indeed have an appt! But, nope! Zero regard for us or my dog. To be honest, these folks may be the best groomers in town! I have no idea, BUT I am not a fan of people wasting my time as I cannot recreate what was stolen from me and my time is very precious to me so I will not be back to find out. If you are ok with your time being wasted then give them a check out and let us know how It truly was. read more

Great groomer and facility. I worked with Riley and she was so helpful and patient. She groomed my two small pups and one of them has a touch of dementia. While she is only seven lbs, if she gets tired or doesn't want to do something, she let's you know. She became tired and snippy at Riley, who called me and we talked about what she could do.
