My 9 year old cat had a really bad mat on his side and we weren't able to take it out ourselves. I found Pet Stylista on Yelp and it's nice that it is close to where I live. They were able to get me in the next day. It's located near Asha Bathhouse and parking is tucked away. They send a text when your pet is ready for pickup, so it's easy to plan your day around the appointment. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a groomer. They do dogs as well and have specific times for walk ins for nail trimmings. Pros: pricing is really reasonable and the staff are so friendly. It was my first time getting my cat professionally groomed. My cat turned out so fluffy and soft. They took out the huge mat and treated him very well. I even got a report card of how he went, it added a really nice personal touch. Cons: none read more

Pet Stylista is WONDERFUL! My darlin' Yorkie, Penny Lane, has been groomed there for the past 5 years and she LOVES her groomer, Rachael and has so much fun with all the other doggies in for grooming. They are very popular, usually booked solid. I wouldn't take Penny anywhere else!! read more

Tried them out for the first time, they were all so nice and talked me through everything / the process of what they were going to do and what was included in my package. I dropped her (Kiki) off and they told me it would be a couple hours and that they would send me a text 20 min before she was ready. They sent me a txt letting me know she was almost ready and asked for an eta for pick up. I came to pick her up and she smelt so good! She wasn't scared or acting different she was her normal self so she must have loved it ! I will definitely be going back! Kiki loved them!! And she looked sooooo cute.! read more

I can not say enough about how much we love Pet Stylista! We have been taking our adorable pug, Kenji, here for years now. We've referred numerous friends and their furry companions and nobody has ever been disappointed. We take our lil guy for a spa day at pet Stylista at least once a month. Not being biased or anything but we have an adorably sweet and well behaved dog. The report cards we get from PS prove that sentiment. We love how amazing he looks every time we pick him up. The staff there is so friendly that our lil man always looks so renewed and relaxed when we scoop him up. We also love that they take seasonal photos of our furry love that they share with us. I'll let you judge for yourself just how adorable he is and what a great job the staff at PS do. Thank you every one that keeps Kenji looking like the most handsome pug on the block! read more

Always a good job. Thank you for taking care of my fur baby with your trusting hands.

I've taken my cats to Pet Stylista twice now and will continue to do so. Cavani, my 4 y.o. Maine Coon had a few mats on/around his hind legs that he wouldn't let me touch. He came out of Pet Stylista well groomed and unfazed, his fur is so soft and his white fur is soo white! Thanks Pet Stylista! read more

The best groomers ever!! I've never been to such a well-attuned groomer, encapsulates everything I love about small businesses! I was very nervous bringing my small terrier mix in for a bath/haircut as she has separation anxiety and is not used to the groomers, but it could not have gone smoother!! She was so happy and there were other little dogs there that she hung out with :) I loved that she was never kept in a waiting crate, someone was one on one with her the entire time. I will be back!! She looks amazing!! read more

This is our second time here, and we are loving it. I highly recommend you to bring your precious pets here for grooming purposes. Yogi was a little nervous, but he is a happy boy after. He smells amazing. His fur on his paws were trimmed down nicely. All his nails were cut short. I'm very impressed and will be back again. read more

I really appreciate the care and expertise of staff--consistently excellent--especially as my pup is getting older!

This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. My dog admittedly has not been pampered or we haven't taken care of her nails, but i was ready to get her taken care of. They did not disappoint, they were so kind and welcoming of my anxious dog and gave her extra TLC. I might as well take her here for baths and the works since they're so lovely! We will be back. read more

First time taking my 14 y/o dog to the groomers after YEARS! He had a horrible experience once somewhere else that traumatized him. From there, we had to get him sedated every 3 months or so to get a full body shave at the vet. Now that he's a lot older and less aggressive, we decided to give it another try. I did research on different groomers in the Sacramento area that specialized in taking care of pets that might have some behavioral issues, and this place popped up with great reviews. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Nataly who stated that she was in charge of grooming my dog. We were welcomed with warmth and reassurance, which I appreciated greatly. We went in for a Pet Plus Sanitary shave for now to see how well my dog would do before adding any other services they offered. It was a quick drop-off that took less than 30 mins! Nataly stated that he didn't need any special handling for this session and that he did great, which made me feel so good, as well as my dog, I'm sure! So far, I appreciate the kind words Nataly shared with me. Coming from situations where other groomers were a bit rude towards my dog and I, it made me feel so comfortable and confident in their professionalism. I will definitely take my dog here again and will update this review if needed for future services. Thank you to the staff at Pet Stylista! read more

Pet Stylista - Lola - Pet Groomers Near Me - Sacramento, California

The Pet Stylista team used to do a great job with my elderly, nervous-around-his-toes black lab, back when I first started going to them... but rough collies are a whole different set of (exceptionally furry!) challenges and not all groomers are the right fit. I'm happy to report that the team here has been doing a *fantastic* job with Jackson!! We're big fans of the de-shedding package, especially. Between his exceptionally thick double coat and his penchant for adventures, the poor guy ends up tangled faster than we can keep up with. When I pick him up from Pet Stylista, his fluffy majesty is back in full force and he sure knows it! Our silly diva is immediately eager to strut his stuff for all the neighbors to see what a good job they did... and even better, he's still happy and relaxed after his salon visit - and always eager for the next time he gets to catch up with his friends at Pet Stylista! read more

I sought out Natalie after she had left Petco in Davis because she's super talented and attentive to my pup. I ended up finding her at Pet Stylista and I'm so happy I did because my pup's fur has been in rough shape since taking her to other places. It was my first time at pet Stylista and they gave me a goodie bag with treats, info on dog safety and grooming, and a report card! They also let the pups roam after they're done with grooming which I love! Although my pup was leashed near the back since she kept trying to escape through the front gate haha! I'm grateful they ended up leashing her since she tends to be an escape artist/ thinks she can go home with anyone. That's awesome that that have that safety feature in place. Overall, 10/10 stars and I am already on a grooming regime! read more

Considering myself blessed & most definitely lucky, because I was able to get Mack into the highly sought out pet grooming location in Midtown. When originally calling Pet Stylista, I was told on an automated voice message that they weren't accepting new clients and the waitlist was 4 months out. Couple hours later, I received a call stating that they had a cancellation and my pup was seen the very next day! Woo-hoo! Selia, our pet stylista did an amazing job on our fur baby boy. His hair was evenly shaved and the hair between his paws also received some love. You can tell Selia pays attention to detail. When he was done, we received a report card on how he did during his visit. Everyone loved him. After we picked him up, they even sent photos from a photo shoot (peep my pictures)! I had such a good first time experience, I now see why this grooming salon is so well loved. read more

First time client. I used their convenient walk in nail clipping service. I was greeted by a friendly representative. I was asked to wait outside and it should take 10 mins. It was a bit more than 10 mins...probably more like 20, but my dog is 90 lbs and they needed to add a person to make sure there were no issues. It cost a bit more but that was because they had to add a person to hold him. I'd definitely go back regularly. read more

I have been coming here for...at least 3-4 years?! They are all so kind and sweet and caring and my baby Beau is THE softest silkiest boy in town after his appointments. Before I started taking him here, I took him to Petco or Petsmart (can't remember which) to get a sanitary trim-- because nobody likes dingleberries, obviously. And when I picked him up, Petco/Petsmart had just shaved a PERFECT square around his b-hole. It was hilarious, but they didn't do ANY other trimming or grooming so it wasn't super effective. I decided to look for a place and that is how I landed at Pet Stylista. Never going back to anything else lol I can also tell they treat him well because he is never scared to go! All the pups in there look happy whenever I go in :) I LOVE THEM!!! read more
