I love Danielle here. She is so nice and warm with my Maru and Maru is so comfortable going there. I used to go to other place, but I could tell my dog was feeling stressed from there. After Danielle here, my dog doesn't feel stress anymore. Thank you Danielle!!! read more

Just a followup: We took our doggie named Capri to Danielle again and we always wonder if the first experience will compare with this one--it did! Danielle is a very nice woman who was grooming a beautiful poodle when we arrived and dropped off our Capri. Our dog was a little reticent to walk in but seemed happy after Danielle took her and put her in a holding cage. We took the 2 to Alvarado to MacArthur Park (is melting in the sun, the sweet icing flowing down) to Langer's for the largest pastrami sandwich we ever saw. Then we zoomed up the 2 to Bath & Biscuit and saw our sweet Capri being groomed by Danielle. She looked happy, Capri not Danielle. Capri was beautiful after her grooming. I rectified my mistake of not tipping Danielle last time and we left happy. Mig read more

Wow! Our kitty, whom we adopted almost a year ago, had some distasteful tangles and stuff going on... won't gross you out here but we had recently noticed she was uncomfortable. We took her to Bath and Biscuit which had come highly recommended. When the queen bea came home she was gorgeous: all areas trimmed and freed up from tangles, clean, smelling great, and with that warm glow you feel after a great hairdo. Cats are difficult to deal with so we are extremely impressed and thankful to have Bath and Biscuit to rely on. read more

They took Scarlet, my Chihuahua/Corgi mix with 10 minutes notice. Everyone was friendly and I wax told 30 to 90 minute to complete (it was her first visit & they weren't sure how she would like the dryer). I walked around Montrose & got a call in less than 30 minutes. She looked great, smelled wonderful and was happy to see me. I was happy enough to schedule a future appointment. Great place! read more

It was Rally's first visit at Bath & Biscuit with Danielle. He had an ear infection so I waited a while to get him groomed and also enough time for me to find a suitable groomer. I was recommended to Bath & Biscuit by a friend and also read great Yelp reviews. Rally came in very dirty (straggly sandy hair where I can't hardly see his eyes and long nails). Danielle was very nice and bonded quickly with Rally. Rally came out looking so clean and happy. I am so pleased with Rally's new makeover (perfect all-around-haircut and so white, clipped nails, and clean ears. I can't stop giving him kisses and hugs! Thank you so very much Danielle from Rally and Juliet. read more

I am so grateful to have a place like this near my house. I have taken my puppy, Mimi, to many places but never once return to the same place twice. She was badly cut the last time. Anyways, I call last minute hoping they have an available appointment because it was urgent, and they schedule me for the next day. I believe the person who groomed my puppy was Danielle. She did an amazing job and listened to all my requests, but more importantly, Mimi came home happy and energetic. After the groomers, she's always depressed and wants to be left alone, but this time, she was totally herself. I am so happy I've finally found the right place for her! I can leave her knowing shes in good hands with people treating her well. read more

Love this place! It is not only affordable, but my dogs always come back gorgeous. I love the one groomer there, actually the only one we have had. I request every time for this groomer. Can't tell you the name or they will never be able to get into see them. They also really seem to care about your animals too. Thank you for that‼ read more

My dog is very anxious and has a hard time getting groomed. Bath & Biscuit did a great job w his grooming as well as his fears/anxiety w grooming. Will definitely go back. read more

Bath & Biscuit - Pet Groomers Near Me - Montrose, California

Took my little, wiggly yorkie here for the first time today for grooming. He looks great! They were friendly and took their time with him, but didn't keep him all day like some groomers. He didn't seem stressed at all when I brought him home, which he has with past groomers. The price was completely reasonable. I will be bringing my other two dogs here tomorrow for grooming because it was such a great experience. Thanks so much! Happy to have found a new local groomer. read more

PAULINA is the BEST groomer in the L.A. area. I know this because I went to MANY of them trying to find the right one. If my cat looks choppy & uneven & like I did it myself, then why am I paying someone??? Paulina is a professional! She does dogs & cats & makes them look fantastic! She is precise & will use a product you bring in if you have your own shampoo, she also offers several hypoallergenic shampoos. Most importantly, she LOVES animals & never does more than they can handle. If your cat is freaking out & terrified, she will send the animal home, instead of forcing them through a bath, blow dry and cut, just to take your money. We found Paulina at another grooming facility in Toluca Lake which was 5 minutes from our house. We now drive 30 miles round trip to Montrose to see her. It's worth it because my cat feels comfortable with her, she takes great care of him & he looks amazing after! read more

I was extremely disappointed with the hair cut and the fact that my dog's nails were bleeding after she cut them and the owner/groomer failed to inform me. I will definitely not go here again. When I called to complain it was clear that she didn't care. read more

Recently started taking my dog here, Michelle groomed my dog and noticed that she had an issue. After I paid and left she called me to share the issue and recommended I call the vet. We went to the vet and he said the problem was going on for several months and if not caught sooner my dog would have surgery. She gets groomed every few weeks previously by another local groomer and no one said anything about the issue. I am so grateful to her for recognizing my dogs discomfort that only a vet or groomer would be able to notice and called to share the information. My little one not only looks beautiful but is all better. She went above and beyond and that shows someone who cares about the animals she works with and her clients. Thank you! read more

This is where we would take my dog to get groomed and his nails trimmed. The staff is so great and very patient with my dog who hated his nails being trimmed. They always put a special touch with a cute bow on the dogs. Mine always felt extra special from his cleaning and bow. read more

I've taken my dog Bixby twice now and have to say I love this place. Danielle has cut his hair both times, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I know they treat him well too because he is in such a good mood after. Today when I walked in, Danielle was giving another dog a bath, and I got to see first hand how caring and gentle she is with another animal. This place is very busy, so make sure to call in advance to get an appointment. That alone is a testament to how great they are. Thank you so much! I feel comfortable leaving my dog there knowing he'll be treated right and will come home looking great! I recommend this place to everyone! read more

My Mothers 10 year old Shih-tzu had a traumatic incident with the last groomer , so we were hesitant to try another groomer. With a referral we found Irene at Bath and Biscuit..... She is awesome, kind and an artist at grooming. Needless to say, we found the one! Lily says Thanks! read more

Took my dogs here a few times and I love it, the women who works there is so sweet and kind to me two Maltese. They used to be terrified to go to the groomers and now they never have a problem. My old groomers on Foothill use to cut my babies eyes and I used to find little scratches on them but this place takes amazing care of your pups and I haven't found any cut marks. read more

My little ones were in need of major grooming. I had been taking them to a big name pet store, but I found Bath and Biscuit on Yelp and thought I would give them a try; seeing as they had great reviews. I took Minnie first, since she was the worst off. She's my little 5 pounder Maltese. She's particular about her left front paw, because of an old injury. And she squirms and wiggles like none other! Grooming is VERY difficult. I explained all of this over the phone when making my appointment and I was assured that it'll be ok. I dropped her off with Lisa (again explaining all of Minnie's tics). When I picked her up 2 hours later, she was a completely new pup!! I couldn't be happier! Not that Minnie wasn't a cutie before. Her "fur cut" (as I like to call it) made her 100x more adorable. I couldn't stop smiling! They did such a great job that I made an appointment to bring in my two others tomorrow! read more

We love Michelle, she does a very good job on my golden. He comes home luxurious like a tub of butter. She gave him a light trim under the belly and back side of the legs even we didn't pay for it. My dog looks so pretty with that little detail. Also the price was very reasonable considering it was an all inclusive bath package. read more

Love this place. Nothing fancy but the staff is super nice and they take excellent care of your dog. We have two senior dogs that need extra special care and Danielle is always gental. The place is always busy so make sure to call ahead for your appointment. read more

We usually take our dog else where but this is closer and had excellent reviews so we decided to try. Glad we did!! Our little Maya was so nervous going in but happy coming out and they did an excellent job on her!! She was kind of a hot mess going in, hadn't been groomed since October and looked brand new. Also peeked in at them trimming other dogs and loved how they were be no treated! Will def be returning!! read more

After many years, AJ still gets his haircut from B&B, despite moving away from the area. To avoid the drive I've tried a couple of other places, but groomers don't seem to have perfected the schnauzer cut, so we make the drive. Danielle is sweet with AJ, warm, and always gives him the cut I ask for when I drop my mini off. 5 stars all the way! read more

I have been here a few times now. I bring in my dog to get her nails trimmed. The girl on Sundays is always friendly and super quick. I know that if I go there I can be in and out within 10 min. I went on a Saturday recently. The staff was as equally as friendly but I guess handled my dog a bit different. My dog was freaking out. Probably just a difference in how they put her on the table. They didn't hook her into the table. In the end I will definitely be back to this place. They are friendly and know what they are doing. I've seen them grooming dogs and they look so cute. read more

I recommend Bath & Buscuit to all of my clients, and they have all been very happy with the grooming and care the dogs received. Shanda and all the groomers at Bath & Buscuit are fantastic!!! read more

This place is amazing! I have been looking for the perfect place to take my dog for a groom and this is my new go to! I have a small mixed terrier who needs to be groomed well and everyone at this place is great. My pup came back happy and groomed to perfection! Always had a great experience here with my kid. Everyone here is knowledgeable and extremely kind. Brought my niece for a great grooming and wasn't disappointed. They always come home silky smooth and smelling fresh. read more

I doubt I'll ever be going there again. I really LIKED this place. Brian use to groom my dog. But when I called to make an appoinment they let me know he no longer worked there. Well the girl that groomed my dog today complained about her (my dog) and charged me more than Brian would. I never got a complaint from Brian about her so it came as a surprize how much she had to say. My dog ended up with a cut somewhere in her mouth and I understand accidents as do I understand a dog might miss behave but I would of rather gotten a call when it happened and maybe just letting me know my dog was to much to handle. Just frustrating because I never got a complain from anyone before, shes been to different groomers not just there. Sooooo the search for a new place begins. read more

Have been taking my dog here for years! Gidget always sees Irene but all the groomers are so friendly and caring.

A wonderful group of professionals work here. Each and every person is thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Today Shandra bathed my dog and it was a very positive experience. My puppy was happy and smelling clean when she left. Brian, Michelle and Danielle are all wonderful, too. The dog biscuits are a hit with my dog, too! I honestly cannot say enough...I highly recommend this shop. read more

I've been bringing my babies here to Shanda and Danielle for several years and they always give great haircuts and they are careful to not cut them. The only issue I have is that it can take several hours sometimes and I don't like leaving my dogs there for too long because they don't like being there. The last time when I told them that, they were accommodating and said they would do their best to have them ready within 2 hours. Other then that, I am very happy with this place and will continue to take my dogs there. read more

Since writing my review I have gotten a puppy and started having him groomed with Danielle as well. I was again impressed with how gentle she is with my dogs and how clear we are able to communicate. Puppies are very wiggly and somehow he comes back each time with a great even cut, happy and clean. Thank you, Danielle! read more

Paulina is the best!! I followed her here from another store in Toluca Lake that got so many glowing reviews on Yelp because of her awesome grooming skills. I now drive all the way to Montrose to see her. My husband and I are very picky and always want the best for our dog. It took us a long time to find a good groomer for my little shih tzu, Blue. He gets so many compliments on his haircut, we wouldn't want to try anyone else. Go see her, you won't be sorry! read more

Shanda you are a genius! Mimi looks fabulous. It is her best haircut. Thank you. I am shouting your name from the mountain top!

Love this place! I'm terrible at describing what I want for my Westie's haircut ("a combination of a standard Westie cut and a puppy cut?") but Danielle somehow did exactly as I'd pictured. She even called me partway through the first grooming to ask a question about exactly how I'd like the fur around her ears trimmed. I hate leaving my dog somewhere for long periods of time so I usually try to take the first morning appointment and my dog is back looking amazing within a couple of hours. I also like that Danielle will always call BEFORE she finishes my dog to give me a 10 minute heads up so I can be there as soon as she is done. Reasonably priced as well. So glad to have found this place. read more
