I've been taking my dog for the last 4 years. They have made mistakes along the way. Linda the groomer has always done a great job on Lucy. I trusted her to do a great job. I've also had other groomers take care of Lucy too. However, they didn't do such a good job as Linda. The hair cut was uneven and her hair wasn't completely dry. Until one day, I questioned where was Lucy matted because shaved her using #2 clipper. Her hair was completely gone. I wanted to cry, on how she looked. After asking where was she matted, Linda's response was, if you don't believe me, you are welcome to take Lucy to another groomer. I apologize to her and said, I'm not questioning your work, I was just confused because I combed Lucy out the night before. I was shocked on her response after I sold a box of candies for her daughter. After a month I brought Lucy to get groomed, Linda was out on medical leave and Lucy was taken care of by another groomer. That is where Lucy was not completely dry. I appreciate the service but not to happy. Now it was tying for Lucy to get a hair cut and groom and I called to set up an appointment for Lucy and found out that Linda did not want to groom Lucy anymore. The owner apologized and said the groomer had the right to decide which dog she would take care of. They couldn't give me a reason why she decided not to groom Lucy anymore. After 4 years, as prices increased each year and then monthly, I was still willing to take Lucy there but I have to say the service by Linda was disappointing to hear that she refused to groom Lucy moving forward. Not sure what happened but it would have been nice to know why. I'm assuming she took my questioning to a personal issue. With all this said, she can do a great job but also can refuse you at anytime without a reason. I am happy to say I found another groomer who did a great job and with care. I pay a little more than what Linda charged me but I would have continue to take Lucy to Linda even if she increases her price. However I rated the place as a 3 star based off the overall rating of cleanness, timely, friendliness and honesty. read more

This is the best grooming place ever!! The owner is very nice and knowledgeable about dogs and the grooming. And Armen the usual groomer is amazing! I love the work that he puts into his passion. We have always wanted a passionate groomer for our dog, and we are glad to say that we definitely have one!! read more

Wish Yelp would put a category to give Zero Stars since some businesses really deserve it. The worst place you can take your pets to. From the owner Gina, a rude uneducated individual to the groomer names Linda. My appointment was at 10am and I got him back at 1:20pm. He's a small maltipoo and groomed regularly. When I asked her why did it take this long, she said the groomer had to step out. So my dog was left there because she needed to step out. I understand emergencies can come up but as a business owner, they should plan for. They don't care for your pets well being and are always rude. If you care for your pet, stay away from this business! read more

I honestly can't believe how people are still trusting this store with their dogs. If you don't know how to properly groom a dog, maybe you should stop working there and stick to trimming grass at the park. I have no idea why you thought it was okay to shave my dog's backside like that -- it looks terrible. The store itself is filthy, and the customer service is awful. Show some respect -- your customers are standing right there behind the glass watching you work. And seriously, who eats food while washing a dog? It was unbelievable -- my poor dog was craving while the groomer was snacking. My dog ended up having a panic attack for the rest of the day with the grooming. It seems like the ownership has changed recently, and these new people clearly don't care about the animals or the customers anymore. The worst grooming place ever. Let me start by saying I had an appointment at 9:30. The person who was supposed to groom my puppy barely washed her, didn't properly blow-dry her, and then handed her back to me saying he needed to go get his coffee and food--and would come back. Excuse me? In the middle of the job? Unbelievable. He came back eating his food in front of my puppy while trying to blow-dry her at the same time. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the whole situation was. And don't even get me started on the grooming--it was awful. He didn't even bother to clean her ears. The place itself was dirty and clearly run with zero professionalism. Now I understand why the woman at the front desk tried so hard to convince me to leave my puppy and come back later--so I wouldn't see how poorly and aggressively they handle the dogs. So the second time that happens they just do whatever is easier and completely shave my puppy even though we strictly said fluffy look. Not just that, my puppy was bleeding from 2 places. Very poor service I don't recommend at all if you love your dogs keep them away! read more

It took about 3 hours which is normal since he's a big boiii. They asked me what I wanted to be groomed and they executed perfectly. Definitely will be back! Thank you, Brian! My dog, Kobe, is very aggressive with strangers and does not do well with scissors. The day before, I took him to another groomer and they refused us when they saw how aggressive Kobe was. I tried Splash Doggie today. When Kobe and I went in, I told them that I would put a muzzle on him and that I understand if they are unable to cut/shave around his face (although he really needed it). When Brian came to take him, Kobe snapped hard at him but because he had the muzzle on, Brian was not injured. Brian just asked me to pick up Kobe and hand him to Brian. I did and Brian walked off with Kobe in his arms. 90 mins later, Kobe was all groomed including all the hair around his face and came out with Brian without a muzzle on. Great job, Brian! You just got Kobe as a regular customer - maybe that's not so great for you. LOL Great groomers with extremely reasonable prices. read more

I regret not reading the reviews before coming. I am so upset. First I called about pricing for a corgi puppies full groom and the man over the phone blatantly told me it was $35. I then went in it was busy and he was clearly distracted. I was asked how short I wanted the hair, I expressed I wasn't sure and asked how corgis are normally cut? He then helped me make a decision on length. I leave my puppy there and when I pick her up, she looked like a boy and not at all like a corgi. It was so choppy and I'm so upset. I went ahead and paid anyway (thinking it was $35) then, when I got the receipt I noticed it was $75 I asked why? I thought it was $35 ??! He then proceeds to say it was only $35 for the bath and that he has the best prices nearby. I felt so uncomfortable and disappointed. I normally take my dog near my in laws and pay $40 for a WAY better job. I've called to see if I can speak to someone else and they don't pick up. NEVER AGAIN. Will upload the best pics I took. Today my bf and I took our 8 month old puppies in for their first grooming experience. Initially I was very excited because I called and they said we could come in ASAP. When we walked in someone took the puppies so quick she didn't even know their names no questions just kind of grabbed the leashes from us. The front desk just told us they will charges us for the full treatment, just fill out a paper with our name and number. It was all very rushed and I was stressed out. Shaking it off as first time uneasiness, but when my bf came back our male puppy Rufus was still being blow dried and was terrified. My bf said the man in that back was very rough with our poor boy. And our female puppy Buttercup was so scared they couldn't even finish drying her. And less than an hour after bringing them home they both have blood coming out of their noses. Im worried they were too rough with the puppies faces. I knows from experience they are little off put by getting their snouts cleaned but they have never bled. I'm going to call tomorrow, when they reopen. I'm just so sad for my little puppies. Their fist time getting groomed outside of their vet was traumatic for them. read more

I called to make an appointment to drop of my Yorkie before work. I pulled up around 8:50 and the shop had just opened. I was able to drop him off early and head off to work. The woman was very nice and asked me exactly how I wanted him groomed. I was having my friend pick him up since I'd be at work and she was very reassuring and said that I could bring him back if I was unsatisfied. My fur baby was done in under two hours and I am very satisfied with his cut. Support local businesses! read more

I took my dog there a couple years ago. One of the times I went with my mom to drop off our dog, the owners wife and owner were there, and the husband was being a total pervert. Very unprofessional. Came across this place by accident, but I am soooo happy I did. I took my Maltese in just to find out how much. Not only was this place beautifully set up, they people are unbelievably NICE. The minute you walk in it smells amazing they had aromatherapy going. I love the fact that they have glass panes so you can actually see the groomers grooming. They also had a nice little set up with chairs if anyone wanted to stay and watch. I met the groomer prior to discuss what I wanted and a few concerns I had. She was hella cool and really laid back. So I felt comfortable leaving my baby. Great pricing $55 for everything. I was a walk in and they took me. Coco looks great and he was actually happy when I picked him up an hour after dropping him off. Awesome!!!! read more

This was Jack's first time here and l Am extremely happy with the service. We did the bath, cut, nails, ears and teeth cleaning. Very reasonable prices and it only took 2 hours! They have large windows where you can watch and they space is very clean. The groomer- Stella was amazing. My dog is very anxious when the clippers turn on but she was so good with him. My Bichon has extremely coarse hair, so you can imagine how many tiny tangles these groomers comb through and manage to make him perfect.
