So glad I took my dog here, called around trying to get my dog in last minute for a groom before her spay surgery and Naoki was so accommodating. He was kind enough to take my Akita in last minute and was so thorough with her deshedding. Also love that they are waking distance from my house. I plan to continue taking my dog her for her grooming. read more

Super big thank to Naoki from Naoki. I highly recommend this place for all your dog grooming needs. I called with an urgent need for grooming for my 85lb shepherd/lab mix named Kona. This was my first time bringing my Kona here. Naoki was nice and friendly on the phone. He was very understanding and took me in the same day. Kona came back sparkling and super happy. Naoki was so caring to Kona. I will be definitely returning as a regular customer. read more

Happy and clean pup emerged very glamorous. Naoki is extremely kind and really goes out of his way to make sure our old girl is happy and comfortable. I really can't recommend him enough! read more

Very nice people, fantastic service and they made our dog feel safe and happy! A great experience.

Naoki is an amazing trimmer and I highly recommend this place. We have been trimmed our dogs ourselves since we moved to the U.S. from Japan. I can't forget the day when my boyfriend and I went to the place to pick up our dogs because the dogs became very VERY cute! (Yes, they are originally cute but Naoki's technic is awesome seriously.) He speaks Japanese too! Again, I highly recommend this place. read more

My dog had his appointment this morning. He's an almost 3 year old large American bully, upon entering the shop, Naoki was so kind and gentle with Z-NO (my dog's name). I've been struggling finding a groomer patient enough when it comes to clipping Z-NO's nails, every place I've tried said they couldn't and gave up saying he's too scared. I decided to try this spot based on the reviews and am so pleased with the service! They were able to cut the more important longer nails and gave him such a good bath I swear he was sparkling when he came out lol. I'm so glad they took their time with Z-NO to make sure he was comfortable. Definitely will be bringing him back! I didn't have cash and paid with card but didn't get a tipping option! Next time I will be asking about it because I would love to tip! Thank you again !! read more

Naoki and Lynn take such good care of our dogs, a Goodle and a pit mix. They handle the pittie who doesn't really like being groomed, but she finishes so beautifully and softly. The Goodle leaps for joy when she goes to BElegant. The tradition of great service is carried on from the legacy of dear Von. read more

B-Elegant System Grooming - Our pampered Goodle - Pet Groomers Near Me - Glendale, California

This review is about 3 weeks overdue. Shame on me. My dog's normal groomer moved back out to the east coast, leaving me with two default groomers, neither of which did a bad job. But they didn't seem to be as personal and "comfort" oriented as I would've preferred. After all, out pets ARE our babies and we want to know that when left in someone else's charge, they are getting the kindest of attention. Thankfully I ran in to a neighbor on a morning walk one day. I told her we were looking for a new groomer. She suggested hers at B-Elegant. Her pup, a senior Golden Retriever, Taffy, had been getting groomed by Lynn and my neighbor could not stop singing her praises. I called and was immediately given a saturday morning appt. She suggested dropping him off between 8 and noon, with the earlier the better as it would give Lynn time to acquaint herself with my pup "wheaties". Right off the bat, it tells me Lynn is concerned about my boy's comfort and distress level. I told Lynn what I was looking for. About 3-4 hrs later, I got the call. The cut was perfection. She knew exactly what my dog's needs were. Now my dog was diagnosed with Cushings disease a few months back. After some costly blood work, diagnoses and meds, my vet had gotten it under control and said his levels were excellent, not needing another round of blood work for 6 months. First few weeks, he was back to normal. Then one of his symptoms (excessive panting) starting acting up again. I couldn't wrap my head around what was wrong. I was nervous the meds weren't taking and needed to be re-evaluated. However, that called for more blood work and I had already put myself in the red by about $1500. I had finally decided to get him back in. But before that, he was groomed by Lynn. Upon picking him up, Lynn informed me that he had a huge number of foxtails between his paw pads, and she had gotten them all. Yet another instance where I felt deficient in my responsibilities as a dog parent, despite the fact I pride myself on being thorough. Immediately after his grooming, i noticed his panting subsided immediately. He was in extreme discomfort, causing the panting. Lynn took the time to show me how to check for and remove the fox tails between my guy's pads. She not only alleviated his discomfort and saved me money, but also probably saved my dog's life. A blessing is an understatement. Lynn...I hope this will be the start of a long and healthy relationship. You are a blessing to wheaties and myself. And you wear your love for animals on your sleeve. This is the groomer you and your pet not only want, but need. read more

Lynn is the kindest, professional, quick and efficient dog groomer. I have three chihuahuas. And two out the three can be difficult to groom. Clipped their nails today and oh boy it was easy peasy lemon squeezy. Thank you Lynn. I can't say how much I appreciate you. You have the loveliest energy. What a wonderful lady! Made my day. read more

Over the years when we had three dogs, Yvonne at B'Elegant never disappointed in the quality of care and professional service. We were referred to B-Elegant by a neighbor on Next Door. We brought our recently adopted and reactive rescue dog to Naoki yesterday for a full grooming. He was very shaggy. Not only did they greet us upon arrival (we met Lynn as well) and met Brodie, but they did a fantastic job on him, head to paws. Our pup looked terrific and was nice and calm when we picked him up. Thank you B-Elegant! We will see you next time! read more

I'm sooooo happy I found this place. Our sweet little Oli is too. Naiko did the bath and cut was so nice and good! Usually our poodle is really afraid of the groomer but this place has a really nice calm energy and the dogs definitely pick up on that. He gave him a wonderful cut and price is great too for the area. read more

Man, all the five star reviews are legit. Took my senior rescue here and they were great with her. Prices are reasonable for the area. We didn't end up as repeat customers only because my dog has issues with crating so our vet behaviorist recommended we switch to a mobile groomer. Otherwise this would be our regular spot. Cash or check only. read more

I have been bringing my toy poodles to B-Elegant for years and I can honestly say this is by far- the BEST groomer I have ever found to make my dogs look soft and fluffy and so clean every time. We moved to Burbank a few years back, so to save time, I tried using a few other groomers that were closer to me. None of them could never get them to look as soft, fluffy and perfect as B-Elegant does. So, despite them being further from me now, I will not go anywhere else. And...not to mention, the price I am paying is actually less :) Happy customer all around! And best of all, the staff there is beyond loving and gentle. I usually email my appointment request and they always get right back to me which is very convenient. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but I felt I needed to share this place so you can go straight to the best there is! read more

B-Elegant System Grooming - Everybody always asks me if my 6-yr old poodles are puppies because they have the cutest cut! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Glendale, California

Our first experience here was amazing. Pricing is about the same as other nearby groomers, but the personal service and the quality of the cut, care and attention given our dog was by far the best we have experienced. Lynn was very friendly and attentive. She also spotted a reoccurring ear infection our dog gets. She cleaned it thoroughly and put salve in it. Highly recommend this business. You need to take your dog around to the back entrance for service as they are wisely not allowing people inside. As a bonus, if you mention their 50% promotion, you get that off your first visit. Very cool. Will continue coming here. read more

This is the best groomers for your dogs! My 3 dogs received the cleanest and most humane treatment ever! They take their time to get to know your dogs and they've been around for the longest time. I wouldn't trust anybody but B-Elegant! read more

This is truly one of the very best places to get your beloved dog groomed. We have been coming to them for over 15 years. We found them when our dear toy poodle had a very bad experience with another groomer in Burbank. She was so traumatized and I was desperate to find a professional gentle groomer. When we met Von and explained our situation she put us at ease and let us know that our traumatized poodle was in good hands. We were never disappointed. Our poodle was not easy to Work with and she always came back to us beautifully groomed and happy. She has since passed on and we now take our new poodle to them. She drags us in there and loves getting groomed!! I highly recommend these wonderful ladies for any breed and especially poodles. You will be very pleased! read more

It does not get any better than this place. Translation, this is where you take your beloved pet if you want excellent grooming with a compassionate and caring staff. I absolutely recommend Von and her establishment. This is NOT a paid review. I have a 21 pound, long haired cat, and a very temperamental Himalayan cat. (temperamental is being nice for my cat named Rome) This is the best grooming place in a 100 mile radius if not more. 10 stars. read more

Excellent! One word that describes B-elegant! My puppy looked adorable as ever! Best of all, he was not anxious what so ever upon pick up. He always runs the opposite direction when I take him to the groomers, however on his second trip to B-elegant, he actually was excited and happy to enter the premises. My puppy, Zorro, had finally found a groomer that is not only good at grooming, but loves pets as well! read more

Our miniature poodle, Cozmo, has been groomed by Lynn for about 12 years. He's almost 15 now and we would not want to take him to any other groomer. Both my first and present rescue dogs are not enthusiastic about getting groomed, BUT these folks are so kind, caring, patient, calm and efficient they make the experience a positive one. They perform a wonderful service, have great attitudes and their prices are reasonable. What good fortune to have found them! They are TERRIFIC! Thank goodness they were able to stay in the neighborhood when they had to move. But, I would have followed them-the quality of their work is well worth any extra gas or inconvenience.. I have been using their excellent pet grooming service since 1968. Three of our closest friends have been washed and pampered by them over the years. Of course, have tried other groomers, but always returned to B-Elegant. They really make a difference in how beautiful your pet looks and they make you feel like your pet is so important to them. Highly recommend them. read more
