I've observed this for months to make sure I'm being fair and accurate. I have NEVER seen the dogs playing or doing anything but standing at the closed door and BARKING at it. The floor is slippery (not great for dogs running or playing) and I have NEVER seen a human supervising or engaging with the pets. The over 6-ft. high orange border on the windows obscures the view of what's going on (or not) inside. I would never want my dog in a place that has no regard for how the pets are spending their day: bored and obviously frustrated.
