I can't however recommend her due to courteousness in regards to keeping appointments and communicating. I tried. Twice. The first time appointment, I was emailed the day of the actual appointment, 15 mins after the time range she had planned to show up asking to reschedule due to being backed up and not realizing. No problem, things happen. I was upset since I had cleared my morning for the appointment, but I wanted to give her a chance. 2nd appointment, I wanted to book well in advance so I reached out. Finally got something booked. Day comes and Talin didn't show up at the hour time frame given. Hours go by. Not even a message, phone call, or email. Finally, at 8pm I message her asking for some kind of response and a few minutes later was just told that she was sorry and wants to reschedule and again, didn't realize she had so many appointments. Same excuse as the first... and very un-business like to not even reach out without having me reach back first. I should have read some of the 1 star reviews, as it seems this is a common problem... noting that 2 or so others had the same exact issue of "no shows". Better off finding someone that can actually communicate, keep appointments and not make excuses.

And this time my dogs belly wasn't fully cleaned. She still had uncleaned area's which I had to bathe my dog just to get her cleaned up write. I had to think about writing this update review before putting it out there.

There's something very special about Annie, excellent customer service, genuine, sincere and she cares about the well-being of your pup. I received responses from other pet groomers, but none of them demonstrated compassion and sincerity like she did. Finally, she made me feel very good about the entire process, and very pleasant to talk to. She listened and made a few recommendations of her own that sold me. My pup is a senior Alaskan Malamute, not easy to handle. He was recently prescribed trazodone for any stressful situation, I've never given him any sedatives, but I was willing to just to make it easier for the groomer and my pup. However, she was against drugging him. She even spoke with the groomer, and both reassured me that he doesn't need any meds, and sure enough, they were right. To me that spoke very highly of this business because they care of the well-being of your pup. There are very professional, patient and accommodating. I will forever be grateful to her and the staff. Next, I want to thank and recommend William, he transformed my pup from rags to riches Lol He did a phenomenal job 10/10. He knows exactly what your pup needs and executes. As you can see, my pup really needed a deep cleaning/grooming and he made it happen. There isn't a job too big for him, clearly, he was more than capable of handling my chunky monkey Lol Overall, you will not be disappointed. They went above and beyond for my pup and I. Definitely coming back, and next time I am taking my other two pups. Hachi and I thank you Pet Haven Grooming!!!

Leaving your dogs with someone is never easy, but from day one, they made us feel completely at ease. They didn't just watch our dogs... they truly loved them as if they were their own. Our boys were always so happy, comfortable, and excited to see them, and it was obvious how much attention, affection, and care they received every single time. The updates, photos, cuddles, walks, and genuine love they showed our dogs meant the world to us. Knowing they were with people who cared about them as much as we do gave us incredible peace of mind whenever we were away. We recently moved out of state, and one of the things we are saddest about leaving behind is them. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pets with the same love, patience, and devotion that you do, look no further. We can't recommend Fifiwoof pets more highly.
