They sent Sonia who was truly amazing at making sure the dogs were included, but also making sure they were well taken care of and not getting overwhelmed. It was really special having our best friends at the wedding, and Sonia made sure that we did not have to worry about them at all so we could just enjoy the weekend. It's not easy to wrangle 170 pounds combined especially when there's a lot of human food around on tables, dropped morsels on the ground, kids running around, and a ton of special people the dogs get excited to see; but Sonia's calm, cool, collected nature transferred to the pups and they were relaxed and well taken care of and had a great time. Patti books real fast so if you are interested in booking with her you need to do it 6 weeks in advance specially if you have a large dog like mine. Kodiak wears a pony haircut with dye poms. He is fully groom every 6 weeks and takes bath every two weeks. His style and dye take about 6 hours to get done as Patti works in a salon and has more works to work around my dog. Highly recommend her as a groomer but make sure to always schedule your follow up appointments at pick up.

I live just 5 minutes away, and the exact moment we walked through my front door, she had severe bloody diarrhea. I rushed her to the vet immediately, and she was prescribed Panacur C for 3 days due to a severe parasite infection. When I contacted them to address their lack of supervision during her four-day stay, they completely washed their hands of the situation. They absurdly claimed she "never had diarrhea there," which is impossible given how sick she was the minute we got home. They flat out refused to refund my money or take any accountability. They do not monitor the dogs properly or care about their well-being. Do not risk your pet's health at this place.

We found them on Yelp and, based on the great reviews and ratings, decided to give them a try. We're so glad we did! The entire process was super easy, even though we handled everything over the phone. I mostly communicated with Anna, and she was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We also paid for our four-night boarding stay through Simon's Zelle account, which made everything very convenient. The grooming was also top-notch! Our Morkie came back looking great, and it was clear that they took good care of her while we were away. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again the next time we need boarding or grooming. We had never brought our other dogs to daycare- they had various reactivity issues- but Gary is so young, we figured we'd give it a shot. He LOVES going to Paw Haven. I can't believe how sweet the team is to him- they even open the door before we reach it and yell "Gary's here!!" He has so much fun, and even made a BFF (should out to Milo the poodle!). I can't tell you what peace of mind it gives me to be able to watch him on the live feeds and Instagram while I'm at work. They're running a really great operation, and this is coming from a crazy helicopter dog mom. The space is clean and bright, the pups are under constant supervision, and the team truly cares. He's great with Charlie and has been working with Charlie for a while. They also give great baths, and he always comes home clean and happy. Scheduling is always easy through the phone or email. They keep track of vaccines to make sure we submit them when required. I love that my two pups can stay together in a jr suite and there is a camera to view them from an app. They don't spend much time in their room during the day so makes me happy to know that they are getting lots of love and walks and play time in their big indoor play area. Place always looks clean and staff is always friendly and attentive. Wouldn't take my pups anywhere else.

In…read more2023/2024 I found the dog resort extremely helpful as a day time dog sitter for 4-6 hrs at a time. My dog didn't seem to mind it and always came back calmer so I decided to leave him here for 9 days while I went away for a trip. I don't recall the exact costs. Probably between 900-1100 dollars for daily walks and his home provided food. I asked the employees to put on his sweater at night. It wasn't a question it was a very important task they agreed to. He was a very small 8 pound yorkie and was always cold. When I came back my dog was not his normal self. That already made me highly suspicious about getting his walks. He was coughing a lot, not sleeping but also lethargic. I took him to the vet and he had pneumonia. Meaning, he was cold from day 1 and got worse for the remainder of his stay and I never got a call from here. From there he got sicker and sicker and I had to put him down. I was devastated and desperate to get him back to normal for months! I recommend people never leave their dogs in places like this. Sure you save money and they may or may not have company (depending on their personality) but you're better off vetting a dog sitter to check in or stay with your dog at home. In the end you may save yourself an onslaught of vet bills from trying to figure what is making your dog so ill when back from a trip. At least with an in home dog sitter they're more like to stay alive and healthy. If you have a small dog with specific needs get someone who can cater to your dog with love and care. I highly suggest NEVER leaving your dog for overnight or extended stays. I hate that it took me so long to post this but my grief was too strong to do it before. I wanted to sue, I wanted my money back, but I was so sad and I couldn't bring myself to do much other than focus on him and move on with my life. I'll never get another dog after this experience.
