I had high hopes for this company…read more.. A 3 person team showed up to do an initial deep clean of our 2 bedroom 2 bath single story house. We have no pets and minimal stuff/furniture. We always pick up so the cleaners can focus on deep cleaning and not shuffling paper and the such. After about 2.5 hours the main person came to knock on my office door to let me know they were almost done. A few minutes later I noticed they were all walking back to their car. I ran out after them asking if we could do a walk-through. The main person replied "Most peoples just trust us but a second pair of eyes never hurts." We checked the guest bathroom and there was a large, black scuff mark that was about 4 inches thick and 6 inches wide. I asked if they had cleaned the tub and the main person said that her helper had told her she cleaned it and that this mark must be permanent. I reached under my sink, took out a blue non-stick sponge, wet it with water, got into the tub with my bare feet and easily removed the black mark. ??? Did that helper even try?? I called the office and was told: "We don't like to make excuses but the main person as a trainer as this was a new team and they were being trained." I went ahead and paid over the phone feeling confused and disappointment. Being trained? So apparently the main person is supposed to be a mentor and training the new team... and yet she did not double check their work and just "trusts" the new team will do a good job or knows how to do a good job. Well, they didn't. They left a dirty tub. After I got off the phone with the office and the team had left I walked around the house with a more critical eye and found they also didn't dust the top of the fans, which I specifically asked them to do. They left cobwebs all over the living room mirror. And they didn't scrub the stove top (see image attached). And all this cost me $227.33!!! They say they guarantee their work... the office certainly didn't try to offer a re-do. I am incredibly disappointment and can not recommend this company.

She agreed to my scope and provided an estimate on the spot. This is contrasted with other services that bid sight unseen via Yelp. Given my needs, I'm pretty sure that would not have gone well. My learning curve point was not staying out of the way. I did a little backseat coaching, which just caused confusion. Let the professionals do it there way. Do be there for a final inspection, but wait till they're done. That being said, the cleaner assigned to my home was definitely speed cleaning. And she did not have firmly in mind all of the scope. No big deal, since I was home when she started packing up, I was able to point out where extra attention was needed. Joana and her daughter personally came to steam clean my living room area rug and my old, much abused couch. The rug looks brand new! The couch looked better while damp but after drying it was still kinda dingy and the steam definitely didn't help the stains. Don't expect miracles if your rug/furniture needs true renovation. Everything moved so fast I didn't do the detailed inspection and later ended up seeing some missed, but minor, spots. If it was significant, Joana told me to call her and she'd send someone over to knock it out. My learning point here would be to have my scope in front of me while inspecting. Joana was fun to meet and is energetic and positive. I'm very happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend this service.

We were moving cross country during the huge ice storm this year. Our move-out date kept getting pushed and most of the city was without electricity. Ginger kept in close contact with us the entire week and was incredibly gracious and organized keeping up with our constantly changing date. The fact that she was so fast to respond to our emails during a time of statewide crisis was truly amazing. We weren't able to be at the condo the day the maids cleaned, and I was nervous that a lack of supervision might lead them to miss some spots since we weren't there to answer questions, but my fears were unwarranted. Our landlady saw the before-and-after state of the condo and said she was amazed at how clean it was, considering that the moving guys had tracked so much mud all over the place. We'd sprung for the baseboard cleaning and interior window cleaning and I think that was money well spent. Unfortunately, the problem was over a year ago, and I sat on writing this updated review a long time, so it is doubtful they will be found. I cannot verify that the emails were not received, but I know that problems like this occur. I will not question their honesty. The three times I did use them, other than the problems that resulted in the offer for a free cleaning, they did do a good job. They have offered to work with me and make good on their promise. Also, one of the cleaners broke a light bulb in my bathroom, forcing me to replace all the bulbs (I couldn't match the other 3 bulbs), which caused me to be later to work than I had planned. Ginger apologized and offered me a future cleaning at no cost. Ginger's email stated: "Thank you so much for this update! I'm disappointed to hear this. What I'd like to offer is if you were to give our company another chance, your next cleaning would be 100% complimentary. We are always working to improve our service and our staffing and we, and I, take that work and effort seriously. I apologize that the service was lacking and that we were unable to get out there in a timely manner to resolve this issue. I genuinely appreciate your feedback and input. They came and did a deep clean that included a special, 10% off and a free fridge clean (inside). Two cleaners came and when we returned home two hours later the place was impeccable! Shining bright, extremely clean, and smelling fantastic!!!! They were even able to get the shower grout back to looking new. I think the pricing is extremely reasonable (even the rate before the special) because two women came in here and busted a## to make our apartment sparkle. The little touches made it even better (making the bed, folding bath linens like a fancy hotel, etc.) Communication went above and beyond. I went to get an estimate and book online, but after completing all the information and answering all of the questions, it errored out forcing me to email for a quote and to schedule. There were days of back and forth emails with complicated explanations about various shifts and workers arriving at different times. Nothing was easy about this process. I finally scheduled and was hoping the clean would redeem the booking process. The staff member arrived on time and was super friendly. It was clear she was working hard and wanted to do a good job. She did ask me for several supplies, which surprised me, as I hadn't experienced that before and wouldn't have anticipated. I had work meetings during the latter part of her cleaning. When I was done, I discovered that she had needed even more supplies, so had to call a family member to bring them and then had that person help finish up. This meant she let someone into my home when I was unaware and potentially not employed by the company. Very alarming. Afterwards, I inspected the work and found some of it was well done and other parts were not. She told me she couldn't do the shower because she didn't have the appropriate supplies. The floors were not done well at all and we had to go back and clean them ourselves. The owner followed up to ask how things went and if we'd like to schedule regular cleanings. I relayed our experience, asking if I should expect to provide supplies and if the shower would be handled at the next visit. I never heard from them again.
