I love this place everyone is so friendly. My friend and I went here for dinner one night and split the chicken and waffles. Best. Food. Ever. Additionally, the staff was so super friendly and accommodating. They took the time to answer our questions and made us the perfect drinks. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already :) read more

I have eaten here for brunch on two occasions. My second experience better than my first. During my first experience the restaurant was fairly empty for brunch yet we were seated at the very back of the restaurant, near the kitchen. I ordered the unlimited mimosas (the quality is not worth the value $17.50) and Steak and Eggs. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium well and my eggs scrambled hard with cheese. My steak initially tasted great. It was juicy and tender, however, the closer I got to the center of my steak the more under-cooked I realized it was. My eggs were runny and unappetizing. I was at least glad they did not skimp on the cheese and with a little ketchup saved part of my meal. The potatoes were the best part of my meal, cooked crispy but still soft in the middle and seasoned nicely. During my second visit the restaurant was packed and very loud. Our server was exceptionally slow and by the time we were greeted we had our entire menu selection picked out. My boyfriend and I were seated at a booth in the middle of the restaurant which allowed us to people watch with ease (our favorite lol). Learning from my previous experience, we skipped on the alcoholic beverages. I tried the Watermelon Sweet Tea, which was refreshing and tasty. My boyfriend stuck to his water. As an appetizer we ordered the Deviled Eggs which were amazing. This is definitely a dish I intend to reorder on any visit. For my entree I ordered the Shrimp 'N' Grits and my boyfriend ordered the Southern Crab Cake Benedict. Portion size for both of our dishes were just right. My shrimp were seasoned perfectly and blackened. The grits have a little kick from the Jalapeno chunks but overall very good. The only thing I disliked about the grits was the consistency. I prefer my grits creamier and these were a little gritty to the taste. I ordered a side of Pecanwood-Smoked Bacon which is some of the best restaurant bacon I've ever had. Sliced thick. My boyfriend had never tried Poached Eggs before but raved about how fantastic they were, along with the rest of his meal. I wont be in a rush to return but I have not checked Batch off my list just yet. I have a few more menu items to give a try. read more

Took the family last night to Batch Southern Kitchen for a pre mother's day dinner. Not really impressed. 1st, beer listed on tap, they were out of. Service was ok, not great. Now on to the food. Pork rinds decent, biscuits were amazing, that infused honey and butter mixed together work for sure. Shrimp and grits lacked seasoning, burger was standard, and the chicken and waffles...well the cornbread waffles with the butter amazing...fried chicken- I will leave u with this thought...Popeyes or KFC would be better. read more

I very rarely go out of my way to write a bad review. But how this place has 4.5 stars is a total mystery to me. Our server Ryan was awesome. But the bar and chef did not make it easy for him. The food was average at best. Burnt end app was fine. Okra app was chewey, and there were maybe 6 tiny peppers. Jambalaya was bland. Low quality sausage. And 2 shrimp. Bar was out of fruit. So my old fashioned was whiskey on the rocks. Do NOT believe 4.5 stars. I'd go across the street to Rocco's. read more

Pat took us through the menu and drink selections with expertise, and made sure our experience was second to none. Highly recommend their signature dish of chicken and waffles- it pleased both the adult palate and the teenage crowd at our meal. Drinks made in house or sourced locally. Will definitely be a go to for us from now on. read more

Last day in WPB- looking for a place to buy here... stopped into Batch. Food was great- had the shrimp and grits. Well done! Good place and good vibe. Prices are not bad, only negative is $4 for 2 slices of bacon seems to me kind of high.... By far best part was the wonderful attentive service by the bartender Jake. Batch is SO LUCKY to have someone like Jake that truly understands HOSPITALITY. Explaining what he does feels like it doesn't do it justice... friendly SINCERE greeting, attentive service, welcoming demeanor. Everything you want from someone in the service industry! BRAVO JAKE! I will definitely come back here when I return to WPB. Steve. read more

Great food, awesome nightlife l, and the server/Bartender was the best part of the night!!!Thanks Danelle.

I go to batch a lot on Sunday nights and I always have the same bartender Danelle!! She's amazing funny and a great bartender!! Food always good and great service read more

I only gave a 5 star because Danelle had the best service possible. Definitely coming back just to see her. The chicken and waffles was bomb by the way. read more

This place was definitely a 5/5 in regards to food; however, service was an area that could be improved. A drink was spilled on one of our party members (it happens, not a huge deal) but it was not relayed by our server to management and therefore we were waiting for our area to be cleaned for about 20 minutes. Some of our food orders were not placed correctly; however, the restaurant did correct their mistakes. Overall we were pleased with the experience and if there were changes in service this place has potential for a 5/5 star rating. The vibe of this restaurant was fun, there was a great view of Clematis Street, good music, and the food was great! Cornbread is a must try!!!! read more

A friend recommended this place. We went for brunch today. Had the Nashville hot chicken and waffles. Very good. Nice place. Will definitely go back. read more

We came for happy hour, was great food and drinks at a fair price. We ordered 4 drinks, an old fashioned, whiskey sour, a grapefruit type drink, and a sweet vodka drink. All were fresh and perfect 100% Chicken and Waffles were very good, their version is a cheese type waffle with honey. So good. Chicken was moist and crispy. The homemade tots were outstanding. Server made the drink recommendations and he was spot on. The only negative was the city of WPB giving us a parking ticket after we paid to park. We had to call and argue with them. I told them how stupid it was to affect local great businesses like Batch by harassing people that paid for parking and want to frequent the area. Thank you Batch for the great food and service. read more

First time here and Princess has made us customers for life! I thank the Lord we live nearby so we can come often!! Shrimp and grits were outstanding...the brisket and short rib burger, mouthwatering. We sampled several cocktails, as it was ladies night (all night Thursdays), and my favorite was the Barrel-Aged New Fashioned. Cannot wait to return! Thank you Princess!!! Back again, and still doesn't disappoint. Sergio made us some fine cocktails read more

My husband and I finally had a night out where we can go grab a nice dinner and we decided on Batch. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very polite hostess and we were able to be sat rather quickly despite the restaurant being busy. Our server came over very quickly and also politely greeted us with a smile. We had the bacon tots and burnt ends to start. They were delicious and flavorful!! My husband had the jambalaya. Tasted like we were back in New Orleans!! I had the chicken & waffles and wish I could have ordered it twice!! The manager came over and checked on us a couple of times and the service was exceptional. This place is definitely happening. COVID safe, friendly and GREAT food. We will be back!! read more

Go for the cornbread - order two of these melt in your mouth delights with butter and jam. The hot and sticky sweet chicken wings were an unusual delight. Good drink list and nice outdoor patio. Worth it! read more

Chicken n Waffles were definitely will come back when I'm in town. Staff were friendly as well.

Cheyenne was an incredible server from the second we sat down. It was our first time being here and she went over the menu with us and offered recommendations. She was kind, professional, and paid attention to everything we needed. The food was also amazing. My fiancé ordered the chicken and waffles and said "he is the happiest man alive" highly recommend for brunch. read more

Went to Batch today for lunch, first timer! Love the atmosphere and vibe. Sit at the bar for lunch. Bartenders were all friendly and attentive. Decided to try this place for brunch with some coworkers. On entry, the place looks beautiful. The building itself has a rustic feel. Nice decor, high top tables, booths and low tables as well. This is a fairly pricey location so I was expecting the food to be EXCEPTIONAL. I ordered the chicken and waffles, a side of grits, 2 over medium eggs, and the mac and cheese. And the unlimited mimosas. The presentation was beautiful. But I have to say that I wasn't a fan of the chicken. I needed to add flavor to it to make it tasty. The waffles were okay. The grits needed more cheese, it lacked flavor. The eggs were cooked well. The mac and cheese was okay. I had to add black pepper and butter to it. To be honest, I've was expecting more flavor with everything especially for the prices. The mimosas were a hit! Will I come back to this spot...? Yes I would. I'll just have to make sure I have my hot sauce in my bag. read more

4.5 stars. There were some things I really liked and some things that i didn't. Let's start with the "meh".... (only one of these things is the restaurant's fault, the other is me not doing adequate research.) 1. There's a dj and it's loud! Probably not the best choice to take a group of older people for mother's day lol. (my mistake) I wouldn't feel comfy taking kids here either, you have to talk pretty loudly to hear the person across from you. They were kind enough to turn the music down enough so we didn't have to yell across the table, and i appreciate that. 2. The tables are packed tight! there's no space to walk in between. Seems like a bit of a fire hazard. Now onto the good. The hostess and the servers were delightful! I wish I remembered the server's name because her service was excellent. The dj was good. I really enjoyed the music. The Food!!!! My little old people said they'd brave the noise to come back and eat here lol. We got chicken and waffles, the crabcake benedict, the chicken breakfast skillet, the shrimp and grits and the deviled eggs. This is some of the best fried chicken I have ever had!!! The skin was perfect and the chicken was seasoned from the inside, even the breasts were juicy. I liked the shrimp and grits, but my father thought they grits were a bit thick. (I disagreed) The cocktails were delicious and strong. I'll definitely be back next time i'm in the area. read more

As I ate my deviled eggs, I noticed something crunchy which was glass. Although I caught the glass before swallowing, I am not sure if I consumed other glass particles before chewing on this specific glass that's found in this picture. The manager, Candance was very rude and unprofessional in handling this matter. read more

Came here with a group of 6 on our last day in palm beach, loved it. Everyone was happy with their choice of meal and beverage. I had the full order of chicken and waffles Nashville style, probably the best fried chicken I've ever had. Wife had shrimp and grits and she was definitely happy with her choice. Great service, Phoebe was very personable and helpful. Interesting drinks although we stuck to beer on tap. Bourbon list was also quite good. Will definitely stop by again when we're in the area. read more

A scratch kitchen, where everything from the bitters for the beverages to the cheese sprinkled on the appetizer and salads is completely made in house! A brilliant concept to southern style food with a refreshing atmosphere for a night out. My husband and I were invited to attend a friends and family night as a soft opening. Due to traffic, we arrived a little later than our reservation, but were still greeted and seated without issue. Because it was a soft opening, we received a card or menu items available for us to order. Our items happened to be on the vegetarian side (no complaints on my end), and the servers explained to us the Batch concept. The drinks were surprising, my gin & tonic tasted very much like a Smarties candy. My husband's old fashion was accompanied by a dark cherry and an orange peel over a large whisky ice cube. We could tell the extreme detail and care in the taste, smell and overall appearance of the drink is crucial! Now for the good stuff - the food. Did I mention the house made cheese? It was sprinkled all over our Avocado Toast appetizer. Most are served on chunky slices of bread - but this was beautifully portioned on whole wheat with delicious detail added by the garnish ( see pictures). It was followed by the Crispy Portobello Sandwich and the Southern Health Nut salad. The buttermilk crisp made you think you'd died and gone to heaven, and the salad was so tasty with the house made mustard vinaigrette. I have no pictures because we are them so fast! We ordered two espressos and watched as other fun menu items left the kitchen. Chicken and waffles, pot pies (chicken and veggie), ribs, a beautiful watermelon dish... I cannot wait to eat here again and try the other exciting options! read more

The service, ambience, and biscuits (along with everything else) were superb. This place makes you want to kick off your heels. The place was slammed and they made sure our service was great. The Veggie Frittata, and biscuits were the standouts. We order those the bottomless mimosas, the Jackfruit pulled pork, chicken mac-n-cheese, plus cinnamon rolls and crab Benedict.
