Estefano welcomed us like old friends and kicked things off with a fantastic tasting of a delicious batch whiskey this place is famous for. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, the food was absolutely flawless, and the atmosphere struck that perfect balance between relaxed and refined. It was the ideal reward after a sporty bike ride, but you could just as easily imagine arriving with a wedding party (there was one) and feeling right at home. This restaurant delivers on every level. Highly recommended! My only complaint? I left without one of their T-shirts--someone please fix that before my next visit! ‍ read more

We stopped to grab a drink- service and cocktails were on point. Our bartender, Dominick, treated us like we were at a speakeasy - asking us what we like, what we were feeling and made precise recommendations. He was very knowledgeable in the world of whiskey and taught us some new things! The ambience felt like new country ... great place for larger groups - big ol' booths, some outdoor seating too. read more

We decided to take a walk down Clematis and let out hearts lead us to lunch. We ended up at Batch. This is a scratch kitchen where everything that can be is made from scratch. They have an offering of house infused moonshine and some unique specialty cocktails. The atmosphere is like a saloon. We sat at a high booth I thought was cute. They will tell you that everything in a box on the menu is their specialty and we went with the three boxed items on the starter menu. I asked the waiter for a drink suggestion and he did not miss with the Bootlegger - jalapeño and pineapple infused moonshine with guava and citrus. It was delicious. I had two. I really enjoyed the jalapeño flavor. It was smooth and not overpowering. For starters we had the Buttermilk Drop Biscuits, Burnt Ends, and the Deviled Eggs. All were excellent. The biscuits come hot out the oven in a skillet with chili lime honey butter and house made jam. So good! For mains I had the Southern Cobb with fried chicken added and he had the Shrimp Jambalaya. Now, remember I told you that items in the boxes were the specialties? Well these items were not in the boxes lol. The Cobb salad you can't really mess up but I think the chicken could have been better seasoned. The shrimp was spicy and the rice was bland on the jambalaya. Overall I would definitely come back to try some of the house made infused moonshine because what I had in my drink was amazing...I want to see what else they have. This place is great for a date night. Order inside the boxes and you can't go wrong! read more

We love the vibe here. Its our favorite place to sit and chill at the bar! But i am sad they started by getting rid of the best steak dish. Then the corn bread. And now my favorite Artillery Rum Punch. If they continue i wont have a reason to come here otherwise we love it here! read more

This was my second time at this restaurant, and the food was delicious. I went a little heavy for lunch and try the chicken and waffles, but the cornbread waffle did not disappoint! Definitely a must try. Really enjoyed the fresh batch made ginger beer. read more

Came here for brunch this place is so great. Pictured is the shrimp and grits. Loved the base of the sauce, normally doesn't have a creamy tomato but I enjoyed the change. They have a great bottomless mimosa/ Bellini option that my friends got. I got the drink pictured here, was their version of a mule. Loved the flavor read more

We had the best server named Teddy! She was so bubbly, fun, and gave us great recommendations. The drink was very refreshing as promised. The chicken sandwich was second to none. Had the best crunch, the right amount of spice and very juicy. The grilled peaches were good as well, highly recommend that! It was a bit warm out but a great day for people watching. read more

Not the brunch experience we were hoping for. We came to Batch for brunch and unfortunately, it missed the mark. The music was unbelievably loud -- to the point where it was hard to hear the person sitting right next to me. On top of that, the speakers sounded blown out, making the noise more grating than enjoyable. If you're going for a high-energy vibe, at least make sure the sound quality and playlist are on point. Service was also a letdown. It took a long time to get our drinks, and when they finally arrived, several of the cocktails tasted watered down. The food was delayed as well, and a few of the orders came out incorrectly. I asked for a salad without croutons or dressing due to dietary restrictions, but it arrived covered in both. I don't expect freebies, but I do expect the server to either correct the mistake or remove the item from the bill -- neither happened. The food itself was fine, but nothing memorable. Overall, there are better brunch spots in West Palm with better service, sound, and value. read more

The food was worth the little wait! If you are looking for clean homemade meals, this is the place! Went in with family and got seated right away. Served was nice and pleasant. We got some blackberry lemonade and a cucumber melon (non-alcoholic) drinks and it was sooo good and refreshing! Now for the meal, shrimp and grits, bbq jackburger, chicken and waffles, and the batch burger. It was all very delicious! Did not feel heavy afterwards either, and portions were big enough where we took home a couple boxes. Highly recommend read more

This is the first time I have ever been here. Cheyenne, the bartender, was very helpful in recommending items on the menu. I went with the short rib. It was very good! It was very tender. It was paired well with the mashed potatoes that were under it. And the gravy was amazing! It's a neat place. Very rustic feeling and a great selection of whiskey. Definitely worth a try. read more

ABSOLUTELY LOVE BATCH! The first night of our trip in WPB, our group had a "rejection is just redirection" moment when the restaurant we'd planned to go to didn't work out and Batch caught our eye on the map. Going here instead was the best decision because we had such a good time and great food & drinks. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff greeted us happily and made us feel so welcome. Our amazing server, Danielle took such great care of us giving us her recommendations on what to order, being so patient, and actually connecting with our group. Some of our favorite cocktails included the 305 Collins and Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade. We were treated with shots of their House Made "Fireball" and Pecan Whiskey -- both delicious. For dinner, I had the chicken & waffles and I can't talk about how tasty & well seasoned that chicken was enough! The waffles weren't too sweet; it was a savory meal with a really nice portion. We were celebrating a birthday/bachelorette and the staff made it so special by bringing the exact dessert we were thinking about ordering for the birthday girl. The Apple Cobbler Bread Pudding is an absolute must try if you have a sweet tooth. It was the perfect texture -- gooey in the way bread pudding should be, and the flavors were amazing. They also gave us recommendations for activities during our trip and they knew the best places to go in the area. We loved it so much here that we went back the next day for happy hour. Two managers, Phoebe & Candace, took such great care of us (thank you for the Batch glasses & shots!!) -- they're literally all so kind & caring. We would've gone back a third time for brunch on Sunday but it didn't work out with our flight back home. I've already recommended Batch to a few of my friends who live in FL and if I'm back in Palm Beach, I'll definitely be visiting again. read more

This was a fun place to go with a group - which is exactly what we had. It was very fun. They give out a basket of biscuits- everyone said they are very good! They have all sorts of good food -avocado toast, smoked bbq egg rolls, H.M. Bacon tots, fried green tomatoes, souther style hummus and some drink specials as well - It did feel a little warm because the doors were open, but we managed. Had my Titos and club soda with lime and I was all set. Nice bar and bar staff as well! Give them a try on Clematis Street near the Brightline. There are many parking lots near by. but I actually Took the Trirail from Delray and walked to Batch. Easy. It is fairly loud so just letting you know that! read more

Happened to be in West Palm for work and stumbled upon this spot. Not only is Batch a "from scratch" kitchen, but the overall vibes are on point. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone in town. read more

Went to brunch yesterday and it was fantastic!! The "emo" theme was so much fun and my server Gabbie was top notch. Can't wait to go back!

Batch was perfect for a nice bite before going out in the town. We also tried some drinks as I tried the mojito and my cousin had the marshmallow martini. I also had a burger and we tried the hummus and bread. The hummus was good but it didnt come with enough bread so we asked for more bread. The service was very fast and the server was very attentive to us! The restaurant is modern but gives a homey vibe! Would definitely come back! read more

So first thing first, I love how the restaurant was dog friendly!! We took my dog there and the staff was so nice about it! I was also impressed by the fact that they make everything in house, from the liquor to the rubs for the meats to the meal. It reminded me of this New American restaurant I went to in Austin, Texas. The food was not bad. I think what I really like was how the dirty south had the berry jam I believe. That was a nice sweet kick to the burger. I also liked that the Mac attack tasted 100x better with the brisket. The burnt ends were nothing special, neither was the chicken n waffles. I think the coffee rub was not that potent in the flat iron. Overall it is a nice place to bring your pet because of how pet friendly it is and I would definitely try their homemade alcohol next time! read more

Danelle is the best at the bar. Best place to go for happy hour and ITB! Biscuits are my favorite!

Great food and even better drinks! The service was awesome as well. Everything was excellent, and we'll definitely be back!

The food was served fast, hot and with a smile. Our waiter was very attentive to checking in on us, and ensuring we were enjoying ourselves in the environment. I had the gravy and biscuits which was delicious. I didn't realize there would be a whole sausage included in the dish, but enjoyed every bite of it. My husband Got the other dish that's pictured. I forgot the name of the dish, but he also devoured his plate. My sister ordered the chicken waffles, which is not featured in a photo, but it was really tasty. She had some chicken to take home after. read more

I went in there getting ready to have a full big back moment, but I couldn't finish my food. The drinks were great 10 out of 10 !! My sister and I both had chicken and waffle and it was really good. A lot of butter was used for sure but still you could still taste the flavor. If you love spices, you can definitely ask them to make the chicken spicy. I told him to make it mild because the way our server was talking, I expected it to be spicier but it wasn't. Take the highest level (I am from the Caribbean so I can handle that) Definitely recommend this restaurant because the vibe was good, the people very nice and fun and the food was great. It's is difficult to find parking close to the restaurant so keep that in mind. There are paid parking lots and garages nearby. read more

Great spot for lunch! My friend and I came in last Saturday right as the GreenMarket was ending. It was still pretty busy everywhere- we got lucky to get seats at the bar. The music was vibrant and the bartender was so welcoming. I got a casamigos Bloody Maria while my friend and I talked and browsed the menu. They had their brunch menu available which had a variety of dishes. I got the burnt ends appetizer and my friend got the shrimp and grits. My burnt ends were so good! They gave me a nice sized portion and they were packed with flavor. My friend loved her shrimp and grits! We didn't stay long and service was quick! We were in and out. Was it a medical conference at the Hilton and convention center in downtown West Palm Beach and had a dinner with one of my colleagues trying new places in the area. They have a great happy hour with half priced specialty drinks and beer on tap and a food menu. We tried a couple of their mixed drinks and their IPA all of which were fabulous. I got the jambalaya which was served with a medium heat and my colleague got the fried chicken and waffles. Portions were more than either of us could consume, and both dishes were excellent. Locally sourced veggies and everything's made from scratch and it's definitely evident. Service was a little slow, but the place was very busy and our waitress which was wonderful warned us upfront. Sitting outside, the weather was perfect and we didn't even notice things took longer than you would expect. I definitely go back. read more

It's was my first time at Batch New Southern Kitchen and Tap restaurant. I ended up in the bathroom ALL night, going from both ends! It was HORRIBLE!!! I called today and spoke with Josh, who advised he's the manager. I explained what happened. He "apologized" and advised they don't do anything if someone comes in and the food doesn't agree with them. I told him I hadn't eaten anything else yesterday, so it couldn't have been anything else! After spending almost a $100 on apprizers and two drinks, I'm do NOT expect to be dismissed! He sad unless anyone else called in and complained, he's not going to do anything more than take down my info, in case anyone else calls in. As I explained, most people will complain and do nothing, others will complain and never return, others simply go to social media and trash the business! Then there are those like me who will give the establishment the opportunity to acknowledge their mistakes, correct it and make the customer whole. Josh refused to do anything, so I'm exercising my right to write this review. I will NEVER visit this restaurant again and would advise others to do the same! read more

How could I not have reviewed this place yet?! Brunch is a thing! We love it, we do it often and most times it's not that hard to get bored with a place-- that's yet to happen at Batch (WPB)! Often when the question of where to brunch comes up, I almost always include Batch in my suggestions because it's tried and true. I know it's good and I have the opportunity to stick with the deliciousness that I know or venture out to try something new- bonus points for friends that share their dishes! Today's visit was no different; I opted against bottomless mimosas on this visit but it is a great deal if you're looking to partake. Bottomless drinks have a 90 minute max and are interchangeable (you don't have to stick to mimosas, there are bellinis and other great choices). Today's drink of choice was the server recommended Southern Agua Frescas and or was refreshing for the hot morning weather. While not refillable, it was great! We shared the grilled peaches burrata and it was great with onions, arugula and sourdough bread. I chose the Nashville Chicken Sandwich with a side salad with citrus vinaigrette. I foolishly thought I'd have half of the sandwich and save the rest for later-- it was so good there was none left to take home. Teddy, our server was attentive and provided suggestions (thanks for the heads up on the drink) and service was good. The ambiance is a vibe with an on-site DJ playing the familiar music that you can't help but to dance to. I've eaten at Batch in Ft. Lauderdale as well and can attest that the experience is always pretty good. Parking- I gave up my drive around search and parked in the garage which was offering $5 all day parking for the weekend. read more

The weather was of course warm and we got to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The service was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. Been wanting to try this place for a while. Went on a Monday for lunch. They have Hospitality day offers for those in the hospitality business!! I loved the restaurant decor feels nice and homie with little touch of Southern Hospitality. There's also a nice outside seating area but was too hot so we sat inside Ordered some biscuits, chicken wings, the brussel sprouts, quinoa and apple salad and the chicken n waffles. All the food came out in a timely manner...biscuits was just mid kinda doughie and dense. Chicken wings and chicken n waffles were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They forgot the sprouts so couldn't tell you how they tasted. Salad was good. Service was great!! read more

The food was fantastic. We had ribs, chicken and waffles, jambalaya, Mac and cheese with brisket, deviled eggs, and fried green tomatoes. All the food was enjoyed by all. The staff was superb in every way. The manager visited our table a couple of times to check on us. The only drawback was the music was extremely loud. So loud we couldn't visit without screaming at each other. Please tone it down slightly for the patrons enjoyment. We will visit again the next time we are in the area. In town for a work trip, and it's always a bonus to find good food! Sat on the sidewalk under an umbrella and ordered from a list of local brews... everyone opted for the short rib and it did not disappoint! I came by during Art Palm Beach week for a bite and drink, and have to say I was disappointed with the service. Although it was crowded due to all of the weekend events, the wait felt long. There was also additional wait time between my main of chicken & waffles and the potato wedge side. But what was especially sealed my low review was the lack of follow up. I don't recall being asked by the bartender if I enjoyed my dish. I wasn't asked if I wanted any other dish or drink. At least there wasn't a minimum mandatory tip. The mojito was pretty decent, although I suppose it could have packed a little more of a punch. The dry rub Chicken & Waffles was pretty decent; I probably would have preferred a little more wet sauce for dipping but again, my server didn't ask much. read more
