I have not been back for 4 months, given the past experience. I had several co-workers in town, and wanted to try it. Nothing has improved, actually I would say they have taken a step backwards. We were there on a Tuesday, so I thought I would try the taco Tuesday special. The two tacos I order, were good. Jerk chicken and pork. I ordered two more, one beef and pork. They never showed up. I guess "all you can eat tacos for $15" means 2. Service is poor at best, unless you sit at the bar. Two other co-workers order ribs which were cold, over cooked and tough. Given this Brickell area, my suggestion would be to take 5 or 10 minutes and walk around the neighborhood. There are many restaurants in this area that have much better food and service. read more

Order pulled pork sliders for delivery. The menu failed to list that they came with coleslaw on them and delivery took about an hour and a half. read more

Awful brunch . Have been here before for dinner and much better. Very disappointed. The chicken and waffles was hard and not fresh and service was not good. The food was not good and I definitely would not come back for brunch. Strictly for dinner if I come back! read more

Food is good, a little pricy for the quality and quantity you get. Servers were friendly.

Live right next to batch. An hour and 40 min later. Food arrives soggy and cold. Chick working is actually incompetent.

I cannot begin to describe how amazing this place is. From the food to the service, everything was just phenomenal. Our server Maria was very attentive and made sure our drinks were replenished and that we liked our orders. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend. read more

DO NOT order from these guys with the Eat24 App. The first time I ordered from them it took them over 3 hours to arrive. I only live one mile away from the restaurant. I called after one hour to check on status. They gave me a big song and dance about how the order went out on time and that they had no idea why it never arrived. They told me they could not locate the delivery guy so they took my order again. It then took 2 more hours to arrive. A few months later I decided to give them another try. I figured the first experience may have just been a bad day. Here I am, almost 90 minutes later and the food still has not arrived. Yes, the food is good but these people obviously DO NOT CARE about their customers that order for delivery. read more

Wife and I stopped in here for dinner tonight. When we walked up we were greeted by two young women. Half smile out of one, a look of irritation on the other. The place was half empty but we stood waiting for a table without explanation for several minutes. While standing there we were treated to the 2 hostesses complaining about how several servers had their shift cut. Once seated our server was courteous and did a nice job. The menu was kind of blah for the place being a "gastropub". The food was just ok. The prices were silly for the type of fare being served. High overhead maybe. My wife had a red sangria that wasn't that great. Table behind us was chock full of knuckleheads (e.g., selfie stick) that were the definition of obnoxious. With so many great dining options in Brickell, I doubt I'll head back unless maybe for a drink. The interior seemed kinda cool. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. After waiting nearly an hour when we were told the wait would be 45 minutes, we approached the hostess stand how long it would be until we were going to be sat and we were informed that it would be yet another hour. Terrible management. read more

Love this place! Great atmosphere to watch soccer games or any other sports games... Great staff and excellent food. I highly recommend the Mac attack and the brisket burger, as well as the brunch. read more

Caron the waitress is an absolute 'sort' best service in town! check this bar out dudes!

The food isn't that great and never get delivery, they forgot my drink and the driver was urinating in my store parking lot! I asked them to not add coleslaw and they did, my food was cold and soggy when I got it. Never ordering from here again. read more

Love it! My friends and I will be back on a theirs day for happy hour!!! Staff has been great and we're here for the margarita march.

We love coming to Batch, but today we had amazing service from Vanessa! She was on it! She checked on us frequently and gave us top notch service! Definitely request Vanessa when you visit Batch! read more

Really fun place with creative comfort food. Staff went out of their way to make us happy and the chef came out into the restaurant to say hello to the customers. Batch has plenty of fun events and good deals. We really enjoyed the food, the chef and staff and the atmosphere. read more

Very very bad Batch!! I called to find out if they would be broadcasting the Olympic Opening Ceremonies. They said yes. So we went, and when we got there, they were on the TVs, but no sound! Some horrible club style music was playing and when we asked if they would be putting sound to the tv, they said no - the manager wouldn't allow it. For the Olympic opening ceremonies????!!! I was truly disappointed. So we left and went to American Social. I would rather give my sports spectator business to someone who cares about what sport actually means. read more

Love love love this place and their food. The swine pizza is delicious and I can't even get started on the wings but the late night bartender calls for my lose of stars. I am a server and a chef for two different restaurants. I got called a liar for not getting my card back after paying for my meal and drinks from the bartender and get accused for not paying by other guests (who I had to have an altercation with outside). Always look at the food before the service for a restaurant but I will not be returning any time soon read more

We were in town for a few days, stayed at the Hampton, upstairs.. had lunch at Batch. Seems like a hopping sports bar place during a game, it was early, there was no game, we like quiet so we were happy. Our waitress, Emily, was great.. she suggested the sliders, we had the chicken ones and the BLT ones. She also suggested dessert, we had the cast iron cookie... it was to die for! Thanks for a great lunch, Emily! read more

Danie was an amazing! Very friendly and full of life. She made our night entertaining

Quite possibly the worst service I've ever seen for mediocre bar food at best. The homemade soda pop was good. Will never come back.

Highly recommend the BBQ fried chicken pizza AMAZING ! And the hot wings with pickles as well

Warning -- do not try and watch a big sporting event here without a reservation.Tried to watch the Heat game at Batch on Saturday Night and despite arriving an HOUR before game time (to a completely EMPTY restaurant) the hostess would not seat us because we did not have a reservation and EVERY table in the restaurant was previously reserved for the game. Bad business to turn away patrons who are ready to spend money an HOUR before the game in order to keep an ENTIRE restaurant EMPTY for future reservations. Luckily, Batch is not the only game in town and we were able to walk down the street and enjoy great drinks, great food and great service without the pretentious and dismissive attitude. read more

I found my new late lunch joint. After work, this place is a great pick me up! Awesome vibe. I love this place!

Fun atmosphere and great service. Food was what you would expect from a gastropub, which is not a bad thing.

i came here yesterday morning for the first time, and let me tell you the food was so amazing, and it gets even better our waitress vanessa knew exactly which way to guide us in the tastiest direction, we had the egg and cheese skillet grilled chicken sandwich and the spinach salad with ahi tuna mmmmm. all her recomendations. and those blueberry lemonades where so refreshing!!!! we are definetly coming back! read more

I had a really pleasant experience at Batch Gastropub. I generally find the level of customer service in Miami restaurants to be subpar if not downright abysmal, but Batch was surprisingly good. Their happy hour drink specials are pretty solid, I especially liked the 50% off craft draft beers. The host, a young man (didn't get his name) was very friendly and helpful. When I sat down, the waiter took a little while to get to me (may have been busy or in the bathroom?), but the manager recognized the lapsed time since I sat down and personally came over to greet me and even walked to the bar to retrieve a refill of my beer. The waitress finally came out and provided stellar service. She was incredibly attentive, offered good food recommendations and got our admittedly complicated order executed perfectly. The food was delicious, particularly the burger and spicy Brussel sprouts. I will most definitely dine there again in the future and would recommend everyone give it a try! read more

I went to Batch after reading some reviews. I live in Brickell and like to see new places open and try them. My fiancee and I love Pubs and Bars We went here on a Sunday around 3:00 PM wanting to love the place but too many things went wrong. We were sited for more than 20 mins without even a glass of water. I had to approach the hostess and tell her how long we had been waiting for. Then the menu only had brunch stuff, when it was already 3:00 PM, not everybody goes clubbing all night long in Miami, I was looking for lunch and there were only 4 items we could have for lunch in the menu. After a very very looooong wait for our food, so long my drink watered down!! The order came wrong, and cold, so it had been sitting in some part of the kitchen counter for a while. Anyway I did not say anything about my order because I was not going to wait another 20 30 mins to get my order fixed. If the place was full I would understand but it was not that busy outside, inside was empty, and there were around 4 waitresses serving a few tables. The place would be awesome if the service, food, and time is fixed. Anyways, I will give it another try, to see if it was just a bad day or the place really is bad. read more

I ordered here around midnight on a Thursday from GrubHub. They called back at about 12:05am to tell me the specialty pizza I ordered was unavailable, so I ordered a Margarita pizza with no basil and extra tomatoes. The estimate from GrubHub was 12:45-12:55AM. My pizza arrived at 1:30AM, stone cold, and without my modifications. I called back immediately to be put on hold for several minutes, and they offered me a free pizza the next time I order (as if I am ever ordering from them again). I asked for the manager and told the girl on the phone that I just wanted the delivery guy to come back with my money so I could give them back the pizza, since I didn't want it cold, wrong, and 35 minutes late. The manager couldn't be bothered to come to the phone, but the girl came back and told me they would have the delivery guy bring my money back. To his credit the delivery guy was really nice about it, but I would never waste my time on Batch Gastropub again. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in any restaurant. When we first arrived to the restaurant, it was almost completely empty inside the restaurant. What appeared to be the manager initially gave us the option to either sit inside or outside but then quickly tried to enforce the idea that sitting outside would be easier since we were already there. Ok cool, I have no problem sitting outside. The real issue is after having my order placed, I've literally watched the restaurant experience a rush and witnessed other people receive their food before my party did. I didn't even receive a refill for my soda! The waiter had only approached us once within that hour and apologized for the wait and told us the food will be coming out soon. Again cool I understand however, when you've been sitting there for over an hour now with no service and other people receiving their food before our table, then you're really starting to grind my gears. We told the waiter we just wanted to take everything to go since so much time has passed and yet the only thing the restaurant offered was to comp our drinks when only 3 out of the 6 people ordered beverage without receiving not one refill. I'm extremely upset at how the restaurant took to this matter and I hope that they don't treat all their guests this way. Extremely dissatisfied overall, including the food. read more

$20 bottomless brunch is a must! we were a group of girls from jersey in florida for a bachelorette party and came here for Saturday brunch. the server and the hostess were amazing(we even did drunk hopscotch outside). our glasses were never empty and food was delicious. they even gave us a free round of shots! definitely a place to go when you are with a large group! read more

Stopped into Batch for another drink after having a Tuesday Happy Hour in Brickell. When we got here the bar was surprisingly empty, but it likely had to do with the fact that there were no big sporting events on television. Even though Batch tries to be more, it really is just a stylish sports bar in Brickell. It has aspects that remind you that you are in Miami like the house music and the tabletops that glow different colors. But the bar really is made to watch a game. The food and drinks are all a bit too expensive, but that reflects Brickell more than the bar itself. It is very clean and the bartenders are very friendly. When I first heard about Batch's concept I had high hopes, but I have since tempered them and have accepted the bar for what it is. It is an average bar for Miami, and probably an above average bar for Brickell. Its a good place to stop in for a quick drink, but probably not the place you want to end up, unless its a rainy evening because the inside area is quite large. If you are out in Brickell there are much worse places to end up. read more
