On the positive side, the restaurant has a lot of TVs and a cool ambiance. However, the food was only okay and the service was absolutely terrible. After being seated by the hostess, we waited at our table for 20 minutes without any service. I finally had to go ask for someone to get our order. When the food came it was pretty cold. I asked for ketchup and mustard at the time, but they never brought it. I wouldn't recommend this bar unless you want to watch some sports without any food or booze. read more

From the beginning to the end....As soon as we entered the hostess seemed to be too busy or distracted to help us. She said the only seating available for two was outside in the hot smoking and mosquito filled area. We sat outside since "that was the only place available for two" even though the restaurant was practically empty except for the bar. Once outside it took about 5 minutes (which in most restaurants is unacceptable) before the server came to greet us. He went to get waters and that took another several minutes. Upon returning he took our cocktail/beer order and almost instantly turned to walk away before realizing I wanted an appetizer. Start to finish the entire process of sitting, getting drinks, deciding not to stay for dinner and leaving took about 45 mins. 45 mins of my life I'll never get back from a hot mosquito filled experience. A server shouldn't be apologizing for the "wait" or time it takes for him to return to your table EVERYTIME he/she returns. As a former service industry worker I am extremely disappointed I wasted my money and time here. Never. Again. read more

In all honesty, Batch Gastropub has got it all. I became a regular in no time (Pecan Jameson stole my heart, try it on the rocks next time you're there. They infuse it themselves! Heaven.) When you bring together great food, drinks and a lovable staff that works hard towards making sure you're having an awesome time, you get the best spot in Brickell. Yes I said it, the BEST spot. No matter what anyone says, don't listen to them. Most of these reviews are from people that are trying to justify their bad experience to gain a free beer and the other half don't even know how to go out and have a good time. I have not enjoyed a place more than Batch. Simply because they cater to every crowd. Delectable food? Check. Careful service? Check. Unique drinks? Check. Night life? Check. Sports? Totally covered. I'm the kind of girl that's especially appreciative of businesses that try to take care of their guests and offer a unique experience. You just can't ask for more than that. read more

Joshua our server was AWESOME!! Sunday brunch was great and you can't beat unlimited mimosas, sangrias and bellinis!!

We came here for cinco de mayo and i have to say it was BAD. Waited for more than one hour to get our food. The drinks were missing an important ingredient ALCOHOL. i ordered the lamb burger and it was over cooked, no flavor and the size of an ant.. Ooohhhh and it was $18. One good thing the music. Sorry won't go back, is Miami you should compete for excellence specifically in an area that has a bar every two steps. read more

Came here for brunch wIth a large group of friends and it was great! The food was delicious and came out quickly. Our waiter Joshua was friendly, fun and more than attentive. Be sure to ask for him! read more

Very disappointed! They messed up my order, gave me a hard time for their mistake, then tried to charge me for both. "Fixed" the bill, but didn't realize until after I left, they charged me full price for drinks that we were told where included as part of their happy hour special. Watch out & double check ur bill! Also, drinks were super watered down and food just ok, definitely nothing special! Brickell had way better options! I won't be returning. read more

NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. Everything was just as described if not better. Food was great price, great taste. Great atmosphere and music. I will definitely be coming back here. read more

Awesome service, awesome food, and can't go wrong with bottomless mimosas! Ask for Kyle! Best waiter!!

So I have been here a few times and everything went smoothly. I know one of the bartenders and other than sitting at the bar I have never sat at a table. Today I sat at a table outside and it was a beautiful morning. When I ordered my food I had asked questions about the items on the menu and my server gave great suggestions but when my food came it was far from what he had said. I ordered the "nutty salad " with shrimp. 1) the portions were super small for $20, hardly and lettuce or kale. 2) the shrimp was way over cooked, I had to use my fingers and fight with the shrimp to take the tail off. When I had told my server about it all he said was "well that's just the way it is." I felt obligated to eat my food because of the price. I have no problem paying for what I eat and/or drink but a little consideration would have been nice. For $40 I got a shitty salad, 2 side orders of chicken for my dog, and one beer. Should have just stuck with the beer.... I give 3 stars because I actually like this place and the beer selection and happy hour keeps bringing me back. read more

Food is pretty good, the portions are tiny for the boneless wings though. Drink prices are pretty outrageous, this isn't south beach, no sports bar should charge $15 for a well bourbon rocks (with tax, tip). read more

Nothing special. Typical brickell bar with mediocre food. Service is pretentious and untimely.

Great bar, especially for happy hour. There are tables that come with taps so that you can avoid waiting and serve yourself. Fairly good beer/liquor selection. read more

Decided to go to their brunch with a group of 5 friends. We set a reservation just in case and they made sure my husband could see the game which was nice. Got there and not too crowded, but lively. Ambiance is nice, stylish. The self pour beer taps are pretty neat. The service was a bit slow, but the waitress was sweet. Waited about 25-30 minutes for food. I had french toast, $12 or so, no sides. Not very good. They were very mushy/doughy. I was so hungry I didn't want to wait for a new dish. My husband got a veggie biscuit sandwich. It was the smallest sandwich ever. Very yummy, but again, about $10 or so for a all biscuit with one egg and a side of boring potatoes. My brother in law ordered rosemary fries, no rosemary. What saved this place was the mac n' cheese gnocchi. Omnomnom..perfect. Lastly, one of my friends is in the brewery business and he mentioned they should teach their staff how to serve beers correctly to give people their best beer experience. Also, a super wasted guy at the table next to us was pretty cool. Glad someone knew when to cut him off. Overall this place was overpriced for mediocre food. As a group it was a 5 for 5 vote to never go back. read more

Great beer selection from across the country with good IPA choices. Truffle fries were bomb good and the brisket burger really hit the spot. Great for groups or to watch the game. All you can eat taco Tuesdays. Would recommend. read more

This place is awesome! Service was very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Many draft and bottled craft beers along with superb food. I mean really great and unique. Had portobello sliders, Korean BBQ pizza, and wings. All uniquely prepared from the usually boring pub style and all phenomenal! Plan to visit over and over again. read more

Service was absolutely terrible for being so empty. We ordered mini doughnuts to start, which took forever to come out and ended up being really hard . For my main dish I got the caprese omelette, which did not include truffle oil. But When it came out it tasted like it had been drenched in truffle oil. I wanted to ask the waiter if he could possibly have them re make it or if I could have gotten something else since it was not supposed to have truffle oil in it, but alas... The waiter never came back to ask how things were going. Over 20 mins later still no waiter so we had to ask the hostess to find him. Another 5 mins later she came back to tell us he'd be out soon but she could take our order ??? Explained the food was not what expected and we would just like the check and to head out. On a positive note the regular Bloody Mary was delicious... But $ for the size. read more

Okay, not for the talent... But 5 stars for the nice quality food service late. Visited many times (more than 5), service is relatively fast, and it is relatively quiet. Good for reading solo or hanging with a group. Plenty of space to find a good spot with the right tv angles. Everything I have received there was very good, including the french fries (thin), burger (juicy), wings (savory and cooked just right). FYI limited street parking on 1st. Espuma read more

food here is always great. we order out here alot. tonight though, the delivery boy must have dropped the food. the pizza cheese was all on one side of the pie. the contents of my steak dinner were all mushed to one side of the container. bad bad bad. they expected a young, dumb boy to do a job right. bad! very bad! not happy! i tip well for GOOD service, not this mess. Update: Batch called and took care of the issue. TY Batch! You rock! the delivery guy was NOT one of their own thus this incident doesn't reflect on them. i would recommend Batch to everyone, anytime! :) read more

A friend suggested this place for brunch. He was right! Batch's food was amazing. I tried the brisket burger and had some of my boyfriend's Carolina hash. Both dishes were amazing. We also tried the mac and cheese, which did not disappoint. The bloody mary's were nicely crafte, the best I've ever had in Miami. Batch Gastropub is located in the heart of the Brickell district, near plenty of garage parking. I definitely recommend this place. Its great for brunch, to catch up with friends, and watch a game. Just learned from Yelp that Batch closes until 3am!!!! I will stop by very often. read more

The service is friendly and the bartender knows how to make a drink. Other than that, the prices are reasonable.. During happy hour. Please do not order the Grouper tacos. Worst fish tacos. EVER. Dry and no flavor. Take it off the menu. Please. read more

We showed up at 5pm for the website offered 4pm all you can eat tacos. Apparently the special has changed to start at 6pm. The restaurant acknowledged their mistake and cranked out tacos for us early. They may not give anyone else 5pm all you can eat tacos now that we pointed out the glitch but I highly recommend them at 6. read more

Did not disappoint te truffle fries were amazing . Came in super late and they treated us so well. The atmosphere is also pretty cool.

Rebekah is the best! I come back he on a daily basis because all of the bartender's are the best. After I'm done with a long day of work and want to sit down for a drink this is my favorite bar to go to because I consistently get a good drink with fantastic service. The only bar in Miami that feels like a neighborhood bar. The drinks are excellent. Try that pecan Jameson. The best in the biz and the best of the bars! Plus the food is really good too. Home away from home. read more

Ordered through Eat24 - and their delivery guy brought us a meal very late. I called and the manager and staff bent over backwards to change my experience. The manager personally walked over two freshly prepared meals himself, and the food was spectacular. I was so cranky because of the initial delay. But, by the end of the experience, I saw how hard this team worked on a super busy night, to go above and beyond the call of duty. The food was really, really good. Not just because I was hungry, but because it was delicious. Never did they complain about their delivery person (a third party), or tell me that it was slammed busy (it was). Instead, they just made it better. I'll continue to order from them (probably not through Eat24); the food and experience are great. read more

Don't host private functions here. We paid a deposit on a portion of the venue to host our event. We had invitations, social media posts, etc. then upon arrival, they wouldn't allow any of our guests in. We were not given a refund and we were turned away at the door. read more

Had happy hour drinks and food; was outstanding. The server was really enthusiastic and nice!

I have not been back for 4 months, given the past experience. I had several co-workers in town, and wanted to try it. Nothing has improved, actually I would say they have taken a step backwards. We were there on a Tuesday, so I thought I would try the taco Tuesday special. The two tacos I order, were good. Jerk chicken and pork. I ordered two more, one beef and pork. They never showed up. I guess "all you can eat tacos for $15" means 2. Service is poor at best, unless you sit at the bar. Two other co-workers order ribs which were cold, over cooked and tough. Given this Brickell area, my suggestion would be to take 5 or 10 minutes and walk around the neighborhood. There are many restaurants in this area that have much better food and service. read more
