Came here for dinner. Vibe was alright inside, laid back fancy I'd call it. The entrees are priced appropriately for fancier entrees but they are all tapa portioned which is disappointing. We tried a bunch of items off the menu: Started bread: bread ok but olive oil and olives were excellent Wagyu: Tasty, maybe very slightly burned edges Orata: good portion, nicely cooked, maybe too many olives on top? Lamb pasta: pretty good Crudo: I found it too sweet Drinks: old fashioned version called island something was ok Overall good, slightly pricey for portion size.
Came here with my daughter on Saturday evening and was one of the best meals I've had. In a cool hotel and loved the vibe of the restaurant. Everyone was extremely friendly from the host and any one we came into contact with. Service was excellent. Would absolutely come back here again!
I had an amazing dinner here. Just the bread bowl (focaccia, white bread, and olive oil) was enough to awaken my taste buds before the meal even started. I got an appetizer, two pastas, and a dessert: * Figs with mangalitsa salame, truffle, Cardoon honey, Perrystead madcap cheese, and marconas * Torchietti with chanterelles, corn, ricotta salata, and basil * Spizzulus with Rohan duck, porcini, chestnut, and marjoram * Olive oil cake with almond gelato, confit fennel, and apricot preserves I enjoyed every bite. I didn't have enough room in my stomach to try an entree, but really would have liked to. I prioritized the pastas because their pastas had to shine if they serve Sardinian and Corsican cuisine, right? Well, I don't think I could go wrong either way, and neither could you!
It was a pleasure to find this gem in the Fishtown area. I usually don't dine out unless I can find high quality food with dishes I couldn't make at home - creativity and innovation are necessary for me to enjoy a meal out. Enjoyment was had in this experience for sure. Our server was kind and knowledgeable, offering pescatarian options that also could be tweaked without dairy. The atmosphere was quaint and not heavily loud. Candlelight lit the table as conversations were easy to hear. I tried the Orata, winter salad, and pear tart for dessert. My entire meal was an experience to remember, and I'm excited to come back and try another iteration. I recommend this for anyone looking for dishes that join flavor profiles with offerings for everyone. There was even an optimal non-alcoholic drink menu to boot that allowed me to enjoy a Cabernet savignon- and it's been a while.
Wow, what wasn't beautiful about this restaurant? The ambiance is cozy and sexy, and the excitement for your meal starts as soon as you walk in. We unfortunately didn't get anything to drink, but the cocktail/beverage menu looked so so good - next time, I definitely gotta try the Corsican Express martini. They also served some delicious complimentary olive oil and bread. I got the special pasta of the night - corzetti della valpolcevera with marjoram, pine nuts, and mushrooms. Pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the chewiness went perfectly with the crunch of the pine nuts. The staff was very nice too. Cannot wait to come back!
Ok, so I've decided to hit all of 2025 Philadelphia Magazine's Top 50 Restaurants, beginning with #1: Bastia...which happens to be in a boutique hotel down the street from my house. Nice! Here we go... My dinner partner began by ordering what nearly every reviewer says is the bomb appetizer, the skate cheeks. While we waited, our server brought out their complimentary bread assortment, some great olive oil, and two olives. My partner wasn't exactly dazzled by the focaccia, but I thought all the bread was really good. Then came my cocktail -- the Bastia Spritz -- which I found to be a pleasant spin on an Aperol Spritz, and the skate cheeks, which were DELICIOUS! They were so good, in fact, I was truly considering ordering another one. But with a pasta course, entree, and desert coming at some point, I stopped myself. SO GOOD, THOUGH! For the second (pasta) course, we tried the rictotta dumplings, which were flavorful and nestled in a spicy, arrabbiata-like sauce. For me, the their texture was slightly strange. They were what I can only describe as soft and slightly spongy. This wasn't necessarily bad or off-putting, but it was somewhat surprising for something I kept thinking was a "meatball." They were so soft and spongy that my partner and I were compelled to double-check with our server that there was, in fact, meat in them, and not just ricotta cheese. "Yes, guanciale," he replied. Next came our entrees, my partner ordered the porcini mushroom risotto, and I ordered the swordfish brochettes (skewers) with black rice (another reviewer favorite). My swordfish was excellent, giving a modern take on classic Mediterranean flavors. My partners mushroom risotto was unusual, the flavor profile being a kind of "sweet and sour." For me, though, it was a bit too sweet for a vegan mushroom risotto, but my partner loved it. To wrap things up, we shared the olive oil cake with hazelnut ice cream, which was good, but nothing special. All in all, an exceedingly pleasant and interesting dining experience in a modern and cozy space with truly excellent service. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, stealthily wiping our table clean and politely replacing our flatware between every course. Not to mention, perfect timing on the water refills. I would definitely come back, but I'm not sure I'm rushing to do so. There are a couple of other dishes on the menu that I might want to try, so maybe I'll circle back after completing this year's Philly Mag Top 50. Bastia Spritz: 4/5 Skate Cheeks: 5/5 Storzapretti Ricotta Dumplings: 4/5 Swordfish Brochettes: 4/5 Porcini Mushroom Escabeche Risotto: 3/5 Olive Oil Cake: 3/5
There were more people working and our server Shawn was knowledgeable and attentive. Our meal was well paced and he checked on us during appropriate times. Our plates were switched out and they clean the tables in between and got the tomato sauce drips on the table near immediately. We never had to ask for our waters to be refilled. The ambiance was not as loud this time, although I suspect this is due to a difference between dinner and brunch. Most importantly, the food was truly excellent. Every dish we had was good. It was refreshing and interesting. We especially loved the pasta dishes such as the gnocchetti al limone with shrimp. That dish was simply incredible and won over my friend who does not enjoy seafood nor her pasta al denté. I did not get to take a picture of the bolognese but that was incredible as well. Everyone at the table loved that dish. I also thought the half chicken was a standout, perfectly tender on the inside with an amazing crispy exterior which went perfectly with the sauce. For share plates my personal favorite was the peaches with iberico lomo, ricotta, chervil and pistachio was a standout as well. It's definitely an interesting combination that really works well together and the green sauce used on it tied everything together and was amazingly delicious. Definitely top three of the night for me. We also enjoyed the tuna crude. I thought the preserved peppers went quite well with it and the strawberries were an interesting and refreshing choice for pairing. [ Disclaimer: I was invited back by Chef Tyler Akin and received complimentary meal. Chef Akin and Bastia did not ask me to alter the review and only invited me back because it was not the service they strive for. I really appreciate the full accountability Bastia took and felt like they valued my input and want to improve experience there. I don't always go back to places even when they offer things like this but I did so in this case due to the genuine accountability. ]
Fine dining is always best when it's casual yet extremely well managed. Bastia's incredible food is 100% backed up by their professional staff and amazing ambience. A very special place indeed
I was visiting a friend in town for the weekend and she heard really great things about Bastia, so we made a late dinner reservation. We were running behind that evening but fortunately we were able to push the reservation back without a problem. It's located inside a hotel, so might not be super obvious from the outside so just be on the lookout! The menu is pretty unique and had a lot of items I've never tried before so we put full faith in our waiter to help us choose what to eat. I believe some of their dishes are seasonal and I am pretty far behind on catching up with reviews (oops) but definitely ask for their recommendations! Some of the dishes had some interesting flavor profiles, with a mix of sweet and savory. Service was great and I loved the little tangerine at the end of the meal. Overall, glad that I got to try it out but it's definitely a bit on the pricier side so probably not somewhere I would frequent that often.
This new American spot inside a boutique hotel in Fishtown has a great ambiance, so nice inside! We came to celebrate my friend's birthday, and the staff were attentive, even giving us a complimentary starter and ice cream dessert. The seasonal menu is full of creative dishes, and we tried almost everything! My favorites were the grilled octopus and the T-bone dry-aged ribeye with frites, the mushrooms were great. The only downside is the menus, they hand each of us about five sheets for drinks, food, specials, and bottles, which felt a bit much. Portions are a bit small for the price, but overall the food is good and worth trying.
Top meal in Philly! First off, the service was exceptional! We let them know we were celebrating an anniversary and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel special! Wesley was awesome, really knowledgeable about everything on the menu, was fun to chat with, and made delicious cocktails! All of the dishes were incredible, so unique and fresh! I understand it's a seasonal menu, so these were our must haves off the summer/fall menu: - skate cheeks - so tender and had a perfect char - spizzulus with rohan duck, porcini, chestnut and marjoram - this was our favorite dish of the night. Their homemade pasta had the perfect chewiness and the flavor with the duck was so complex - trofie alla carlofortina with pesto, tuna belly and datterini tomato - another incredible homemade pasta, the tuna was cooked perfectly and so fresh - gelato - pistachio and chocolate gelato was so creamy and flavorful The restaurant was beautiful and really grand feeling. It was large but also felt intimate. We sat at the bar which is our favorite and had a blast with Wesley! Definitely put this high on your list!
This place was phenomenal!! I could recommend it more! The service was great offering the best recommendations. The food was so fresh and flavor packed! I've never had Sardinian or Corsican food before but it definitely won't be the last! Such a cute place with great food. My husband got a cocktail and that was on point as well!
From the moment we walked into the restaurant in a hotel, everything was perfect. We made last minute reservations and they only had space at the bar which was perfect for me and my friend. Their cocktail menu is creative and we tried a number of them, reinforcing they know how to mix a perfect cocktail! My friend asked for a Rose during her meal and she said it was very good. THE FOOD!!!!! Hot bread comes out with a little bowl of olive oil and a few olives. Bread was so soft inside with a wonderful crunch crust, olive oil complemented it perfectly. We moved on to a number of starters at the recommendation of our bartender/server. Great description of each dish, despite the ingredients we were unfamiliar with. We decided in the shaved artichoke salad, crudo, and the popular skate cheek served with a creamy polenta (I never know polenta could taste this way!) I cannot tell you which was my favorite. We then moved on to the spaghetti all'aragosta with Maine lobster. Perfect el dente pasta with big chunks of lobster. We rounded this out with a side dish of endive and rhubarb salad. We really wanted to try the short ribs, but decided or full bellies wanted to try desserts instead. We made a great choice with a chocolate torte and tiramisu. While we waited for our dessert menus we opted for a flight of grappa to try the different ones they had. Each were amazing in their own way and my friend and I settled on our favorite. Lastly, I want to recognize Cosette, who was our bartender and wait person. She was so busy but found time to great each of her customers, talk through drinks, wine, and explain the dishes on the menu. She was personable and a model of kindness despite how busy the restaurant and her area was. Thank you for making our dinner out so fun! I can't wait to come back!
Not sure if this place is a hidden gem since I am an out of towner and was just visiting my buddy who was in town staying at the affiliate hotel. The decor and ambiance is very awesome. Out waitress, Laural, she was awesome, she not only waited on us but she also spoke to our group exchanging tales of our past lives. I ordered the following: anna breakfast 22 two eggs, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh chickpeas, le puy lentils, maquis herb sausage, semolina toast semolina pancakes 22 huckleberry balsamic jam, pine nut streusel, whipped honey The Anna breakfast, I had the option to order poached eggs and that made me pretty excited. Never had lentils for breakfast, but it was a nice hearty touch. The sausage was a nice touch too. Also, thank you for the tangerine, it made a nice snack after the meal. My best friend and I split the pancakes. They were delicious. However, it came with a light green sauce that was far from sweet and an acquired taste. We tasted it, but it was left unfinished. I can't wait to take my wife here. I would also love to stay at the hotel. read more

After dining at Bastia for brunch last year around this time (and leaving disappointed) we decided to be a bit nostalgic and give them a second chance. This time, dinner service. First off, Hotel Anna & Bel is gorgeous, and when you enter the dining room, you feel like you've been transported back to a Corsican hotel circa the 1940s. The dining area is medium sized, with an expansive open bar, and while the two tops are small, they're not crammed so tightly together that it becomes awkward every time you get up to go to the bathroom. Once seated, we were greeted by our waiter who asked us if we'd ever dined there before and after telling him "yes" he quickly ran through the menu without much personality or insightfulness, telling us for two people opting for two small plates, a pasta and two entrees was standard. So, left to our own devices and not being mega hungry, we opted for two small plates (one off their daily specials), a pasta, and one entree. Bread & Oil $0: Each table is presented with a small bowl of massive green olives swimming in lightly flavored olive oil and house made sourdough. This was appreciated and acted as a good vehicle to sop up some of the sauces, though not very memorable like some other bread services I've had. Cucumber & Pistachio Soda $10: This arrived beautifully presented with a huge sprig of fresh mint and a bubbly chartreuse color that aligned with the bright, herbaceous flavor of the cucumber and almond-forward pistachio. 4 out of 5. Worth the order. Skate Cheeks with Heirloom White Polenta & Jimmy Nardello Brown Butter Crisp ($25): Despite being one of the most talked-about dishes on the menu, this one didn't live up to the hype. For nearly the price of an entrée, we got four tiny bites of flaked skate cheek which were nicely seared, buttery, and tasting mostly of... butter. The polenta was, well, polenta and brown butter crisp was good but just layered on more butter flavor. Delicious? Sure. One note? Absolutely. Worth $25? Not even close. I expected much, much more. 2 out of 5. Skip it if you came hungry. Amberjack Crudo w/ sundried tomato passata, saffron anchoiade, pickled fresno & marcona almonds $24: This was the second favorite dish of the night. Thin slices of fresh amberjack sat atop of flavorful and bright passata sauce. The pickled Fresno added acidity and saltiness while the almonds added a nice crunchy contrast. The anchoiade, however, was MIA. 4 out of 5. Order if on the menu and you're looking for a lighter bite. Storzapretti ricotta dumplings w/ guanciale, arrabbiata & fiore sardo $27: These were the favorite of the night. Hearty ricotta dumplings were bathing in a chunky, rich and intensely flavored arrabbiata sauce. While the dumplings were a bit heavy and dense, the guanciale sparse and the chef may have been a bit heavy handed on the Calabrian chili (or did they use smoked paprika?), the flavors were well received. The heartiness was also much needed after the lack of heft in the first two rounds. The grated fiore sardo added a nice salty punch and, all in all, this was a solid dish. 4 out of 5. Order this if you want a belly hug. Lancaster Ivory Chicken with Cannellini Beans, Fennel, Clementine & Calabrian Chili $36: I know this is chicken, but somehow it was the most chickeny tasting chicken I've ever had, and not necessarily in a good way. The bone in breast and thighs were dry, while the skin was flaccid and lacking flavor. Thankfully, the beany broth and caramelized fennel and clementine helped save the dish (and were honestly the best parts) 1 out of 5. Skip this and go for the pork short ribs or swordfish instead. Our dining neighbors ordered both and not only did they look fantastic, they confirmed they were delicious. We were presented with the dessert menu which felt uninspired and honestly after the meal we had, we didn't want to risk being let down even more so opted to get ice cream at Weckerly's instead. Bastia looks nice on paper, heck, it even looks nice inside, but unfortunately the food never quite catches up to the setting. I gave it two chances and got two strikes. In a sea of great resties around Fishtown, that's more than enough to knock it out of the running, and I don't see myself dining there again anytime soon. read more

Came here for a birthday dinner and had a prefixed menu. Service was great, food came out quick and our waitress was very attentive. Cocktails were good but expensive for not much in the drink in terms of size. Some of the dishes were better than others but nothing really stood out as something I would crave to come back for. In a cute hotel that I would love to see more of for sure. All in all good experience, decent food, great service, read more

Holy cow this place was AMAZING!! Id made reservations here for Sunday night and I'm so glad I did. I believe our servers name was Sonia. She was great. She gave us some recommendations on what to order as well as the amounts of plates. Everything She recommned was delicious. I cant think of one thing that wasn't on point. Im so glad we got to try so many things. We started with the nectarine salad, stone fruit, skate cheeks and grilled octopus. The nectarine salad was a must try. The skate cheeks were also nicely cooked and the brown butter complimented the fish really well. The grilled octopus was cooked well and not too chewy with great flavor. My favorite dish was the mandili. It was saucy, a little spicy and the pasta al dente. The cocktails were also great. Very unique and perfectly balanced flavors. We ended the night with the tiramisu, which was to die for. This restaurant was the highlight of my trip. It is so clean, the esthetics are nice and even the bathroom is so clean. Highly recommend this place to all foodies. read more

Tucked in a cozy part of Fishtown, this restaurant is worth the visit. Residing in an elegant hotel, mid-week it was not crowded at all. Staff at the door were helpful and kind. I waited at the bar for my dining partner to arrive. A bartender asked what water I needed to accompany my cocktail and when I asked for bubbly he simply emptied the rest of an just opened bottle of Canada Dry in a glass with ice for free, a nice touch. The food was extraordinary. The wine selection generous. I will admit that this review doesn't get five stars as the wait staff sering us was particularly uninterested or ignorant about the wine selection. We selected two starting plates and two main, and gosh they were all delicious. The chicken, as quotidian as it sounds, was a standout. The lamb strozzapreti was super rich without any greasy feeling. Intriguingly behind the restaurant is a super hip looking hotel bar in a lovely atrium read more

Vegetarian here. Appreciate the options for vegetarians and that some dishes can be modified to various dietary needs. Reservation for 730 on a Thursday. Upon arrival, greeted and promptly seated. Service is one of the best around. It's the small things that stood out. For example, when we finished our appetizers one of the waitresses walked over and not sure if she scraped the table but it wasn't a droopy wet towel that left a bunch of water behind. That being said, our overall experience was ok. The dishes were ok. My fiancé got a pasta special that he was struggling to eat because it was so salty. My pesto was ok, not great. My guess is that the seafood is probably much better and specials can be a bit risky. While vegetarian options were available, the best thing was the artichoke appetizer salad in the beginning. I was really skeptical going in, as I am not a fan of restaurants with menus that are quite indecipherable. I found myself spending a lot of time beforehand googling most of the dishes. But I do think that's more the nature of being true to the Corsican/Sardinian cuisine than being pretentious, so it ended up changing my mind. Cute cozy place tucked inside a quaint hotel. Definitely make a reservation as it was packed when we went. Pretty large menu of a lot of options that I was not familiar with at all. Chose 4: -- Bread service was complementary. Three different breads with a very delicious olive oil dipping sauce and 2 of the largest olives we've ever had. -- Skate cheeks: This was my favorite of the night. Such tender meat and a really great use of chili oil and love polenta in this way. Could've eaten multiple dishes of this. -- Shaved artichokes with Parmesan: Tart in such a nice way, a huge portion (all of the portions of the night were huge), and a really smart of textures/flavors. -- Fregola pasta: I knew this would be like cous cous so I enjoyed the pasta itself, but this was the least interesting in terms of flavor. A hearty amount of mussels, but I actually don't think mussels were the best option for this dish as it doesn't add much in the way of flavor. Autumnal in taste in a way I wasn't expecting. -- Whole orata: I am not a fan of whole fish but I was told this was mostly deboned (and it was but there were certainly a fair amount of bones, especially part of the spine). Love a good tapenade and this was FULL of olives/pesto/etc. Maybe a bit overboard on the tapenade. I wish the fish skin was a bit crispy as it seemed a bit like an afterthought (room for improvement). The service was stellar (chair pushed in, napkin folding when you went to the bathroom). Love a bathroom that invests in Le Labo soap. Your check is served with clementines, a custom of the region. Overall worth the try. Everything globally is a skosh expensive so probably wouldn't feel the need to come back. read more

Tucked discreetly inside an upscale hotel, this sophisticated dining spot offers an elevated dining experience. Dishes are elegantly plated. Flavors aren't particularly unique or adventurous but offers a hearty and satisfying meal. The attempts of unique flavor pairings didn't necessarily pay off - for example burrata with grapefruit and shaved chocolate was interesting but not very appetizing. Staff provided attentive and friendly service. Ambiance is cozy, dimly-lit, and intimate. Table top is well decorated. They have an impressive non-alcoholic wine and mocktail options. Whether you're seeking a romantic date night or a special occasion, this spot delivers on quality and service. 4/5 food 4/5 service 5/5 ambiance read more

The Waygu was decent. We were unfamiliar with a lot of the dishes and were upfront about it being our first time but they were very helpful explaining what different dishes were read more

Bastia overall offers unique flavor profiles on their menu, and honest/unapologetic Sardinian inspired dishes. Complementary bread service (+100 points automatically) 3 breads to try (semolina, foccacia, and a crunchy cracker type thing) and reaaaalllllyyyy good olive oil (so good i asked) We really enjoyed our experience here overall. We tried 3 "apps" from the top sections of the menu: blistered grapes, skate cheeks, and amberjack crudo. All 3 were well balanced and enjoyable - but each one left us wanting just a little more pop! A little citrus on all 3 would have pushed them over the edge for us, but were missing a bit of zing we're used to in creative italian cuisine! The polenta was the star of the skate dish for us. The crudo was good but needed more acid. The grapes were surprising - we ordered them for fun because grapes! Lol. We mostly were just wanting the foccacia it was served with to be warm or toasted. Entree's were good, i forgot to take photos. We ordered the swordfish skewers (which I enjoyed but my partner did not) which came on a bed of buttery black rice (yum!) and an aioli on the side (which was a miss for me and overpowered the fish). Additionally we got the whole orata, which comes with an olive gremolata on top that i was not a fan of (just too much of it) but came with a charred clementine to squeeze over the fish - something i had never tried but it was exquisite and the fish was prepared perfectly. The wine list is extensive, offering pretty much anything you could need from a pallet pleasing perspective. I had the malvasia orange wine and my partner had the cannonau, both were great. We made out at $235 (including tip) for 2 people and 2 glasses of wine (which to me is pretty good for a nice meal) and we left FULL (something atypical of the more expensive places in the city these days). Service was good with the typical misses - water glasses left empty over our entire entree course and empty wine glasses left on the table until we finished our meal. But our waitress was very knowledgeable and explained everything well on their menu. We are excited to return when they rotate their menu - and are keeping an eye out for Sardines on the specials list :) read more

This was my second time at Bastia and I loved everything from the decor to the service to the incredible food. I came about a month ago with some friends and enjoyed dinner on the patio. I've been raving about here ever since and was dying to go back! Our waiter was the nicest and most attentive guy, checking on us frequently and making sure everything was enjoyable. When you go, please, please try their pasta dishes!!! We tried the mandilli de saea and trofie with corn this time. Both were packed with flavor, but not super heavy or dense which I really appreciated. I would also recommend the shaved artichoke (never thought I'd like that as much as I do) as a light appetizer. Wine, cocktails and desserts were also incredible. 10/10 Bastia - can't wait to try your tasting menu in a few weeks! read more
Loved this new restaurant in fishtown. Food is AMAZING and so good. Really loved the swordfish (best one I've ever had) and loved the bread platter (better than parcs imo). The beets were my fav apps. Cannot wait to go back and try more. I went with a fish/veggie eater so need to go back and try all the meat dishes! The only one I didn't love is the ricotta dumplings gnocchi things - little too Smokey for me but, we got them veggie. Now for the service and atmosphere. I may be a little biased since I come from nyc but the atmosphere is lacking a little. The hotel vibe is perfect and homey but, that needs to continue into the restaurant slightly. Maybe by adding more plants, art or decor this could help. Very minor but, just my pov ! The service was good but, our waiter was a little tired - acted like he's been working there for 30 years when the restaurants only been open a few months. Not that every server needs a charm effect but, when you're paying over $100 per person for dinner you want the best service. All in all, I can't wait to go back and see this place grow! The food is amazing. read more

Very cute space in fishtown! The food was very good maybe a bit on the pricier side for brunch! Everything was very fresh and they share that it's all locally grown! read more

A truly amazing experience. Went in thinking the Michelin sign on the door was for the restaurant and learned it was actually for the hotel. Left the meal thinking the restaurant should actually be the first four Michelin star restaurant. Food was amazing, made even better by the service. Jason told us stories about the food and journeys the chef went on--you could taste the dedication in every bite. Get a couple plates to share. Must haves are the skate and pesto! read more

skate cheeks with polenta, jimmy nardello brown butter crisp and bronze fennel castelfranco with bulgarian feta, citronette, and walnut dokkuh sepia capunti with blue crab, o'vesuvio tomato and breadcrumb swordfish brochettes with walnut pesto, spiced labneh and venere black rice iberico pork secreto with sauce vin rouge, roasted shallot and purple kale sprouts Rating: 13/10. Life changing. We ate here in January, and it may as well be the best meal of the year because nothing could possibly be better. The restaurant just opened, and it's inside the lovely hotel. The interior is gorgeous with soft warm lighting. We snagged reservations at the bar, which turned out to be such a win--the bar is gorgeous and each of their bar seats is so wide and spacious, and the staff behind the bar are hilarious and so fun. My drink (i think it was called Garden of the gods or soemthing) was unbelievably beautiful and so so delicious, easily a new favorite. And then the food. There are no words. Everything hit. And everything hit in such an outstanding way. I have no idea how they cook with such flavor and exceptional handling of the ingredients. The iberico pork secreto was the special that night and it was so mind-blowingly good I am salivating writing this. If you do anything in Philly, this is a MUST visit. We so look forward to returning soon!! read more
