There was a meatball I tried and that was a very good meatball with sauce, 9/10. Carbonara was also a bit salty and heavy but hey, it's pork fat, egg yolk, cheese, and starchy salty water. Assuming they didn't cheat with cream, it was a smooth carbonara by carbonara standards. 8.5/10 and could be 9.5/10 if it was a little less salty.
