It's quite entertaining to walk around Bass Pro. Taxidermy animals, large fish aquarium, great helpful staff, tons of fishing poles, sporting goods for all with clothing to match. You will be amazed each time you visit. They have a large parking lot and WiFi.

Who doesn't love this store! It's like walking into the Pacific Northwest. Let yput imagination run wild. They have absolutely everything the best outdoors enthusiasts need from clothing apparel to the best fishing equipment ever. Did i also mention they have boat repairs? The staff here is super friendly and helpful at the Mesa location we came on for spices and a kit for smoking our own bacon but we ended up grabbing some of their yummy fudge this store the GOAT of all your camping needs I highly recommend coming here and they also offer a Military discount

Was in the area and found myself with about 2 hours of quality time for just myself. Came in with an open mind as I know Bass Pro has "everything". Mainly came in for scouting camping-related items and boats. I know 2 extremes, but that's what I like about this place. I stumbled across some good information with help from the staff and, on the way out, decided to grab myself a few under $20 items from the bins in the front.

Had never been in a bass pro shop before. It has everything you can imagine for outdoor life. The interior wildlife displays are truly amazing. I can't imagine every store looking like this. The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were fair to high on most things but I believe the quality was there to justify it. If I need outdoor stuff this is the place.

Why did the fisherman bring a ladder to Bass Pro Shops? Because he heard the fishing gear was on another level! Bass Pro Shops is a great place for outdoor lovers. They have a lot of items like fishing gear, hunting tools, camping stuff, and outdoor clothes. The store is fun to visit with indoor waterfalls, fish tanks, and animal displays. The staff is helpful and friendly. While wondering, we saw many epic deals and even bass slippers. But these did not make it into our cart. From cabin gear to hunting supplies, there's a selection for everyone. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, Bass Pro Shops has everything you need for your next outdoor trip. P.S. might want to send some employees out to the parking lot to collect all of the carts in the parking lot.

It's been a LONG time since I'd been in this store and since I had time to kill before the Papago Brewing event, I thought I would look around. Look I did...and bought a few items as well! Also signed up for their club rewards. Like Cabela's, I enjoy Bass Pro Shops and all the amazing things they offer. The employees are very helpful and friendly and make you feel like family!

Bass Pro will always be a fun place to visit, shop, and take the kids for a stroll. They were sold out of a lot of Glock brand accessories which I came in for but still had a good time walking around and checking out the exhibits and things on special. You will find so many things on sale that you may end up with more than you came in for. Service was good and the staff behind the gun and ammo counters typically knows their stuff.

Here's which one I bought for my big trip to Finland and Norway next month!

I love Bass Pro but it almost feels like they don't want to sell guns. Very slow process and lack of help.

Ladies do not bother to look for clothes to purchase. There's no one to let you into the fitting room. Waste of time.

I came here a few days ago looking for vertical ascend gear out of caves. I was greeted by Jason and he was really helpful and knowledgeable. I needed very specific gear, and Jason was very patient with me and showed me where I could find sit harnesses, chest harness, chest ascender, hand ascende, foot loops, etc. I didn't find exactly what I needed but got a good idea on the things I need to build a personalized vertical gear set for myself. And of course, while I was looking for cave gear, I wandered around looking at all the fabulous gear they have, I was like a kid in a candy store. I could spend hours in here. I started looking at hydration packs as I need to replace mine and found a very nice military edition and will come back to purchase this soon. I also saw plenty of Petzl bags, and very tempted to purchase another. They also carry so much Petzl gear, you will be in heaven here. Also, some great hiking shoes and some sleek, but we'll performing water shoes. I then wandered into kayaks and Jason even showed me the Padillac they have! I've gotten into paddleboarding and kayaking for the summer and now want one of each! This place rents them and sells them. I then went to check out some wetsuit gear, and they have a really nice selection of wetsuits, gloves, booties, etc. I really love this place and it is definitely gonna bankrupt me, but so worth it. High quality gear, more extensive selection than REI and the staff here know what they are talking about. If you need something specialized, this is the place for you. I'll be back here soon!

Gradually, that has diminished and this last time, it was a struggle to find some nice shirts. After much perusing, did manage to find a couple but they weren't as good deals as I've found in the past. I will continue to shop here. It's just really getting difficult to score decent deals. I guess I will just have to wait until the season changes again and hope there will be better deals.

As soon as I walked in, I realized it's Dick's Sporting Goods clearance center. The store was huge and had a ton of merchandise. I immediately went to the women's clothing section and I was in heaven! I found a bunch of high end beautiful golf apparel that they also sell at retail prices at their competitor's sporting goods store. The prices were pretty good but if you found a 5 on the ticket, you got an additional 50% off. If you found a 6, it was an additional 30% off! I ended up getting 6 beautiful items for only $131! I did my calculation and it would've cost me $454 if I had paid retail. Deals on top of deals! Major score, made me very happy:) So glad I found this store and extremely happy with my purchase. I definitely will be back very soon!

They took their time showing us everything and explained it all step-by-step so we felt completely comfortable and confident. They never made us feel rushed or silly for asking questions, and they made the whole experience exciting instead of overwhelming. Their patience, kindness, and knowledge made all the difference for us. We are so grateful for the outstanding customer service and support. If you're new to RV or travel trailer life, this is definitely the place to go! Thank you again for making our first experience such a great one!

DO NOT BUY A CAMPER HERE!…read more I never write reviews like this, but our experience with this Camping World has been so awful that I feel it's important to warn others. What should have been an exciting first-time purchase turned into a nightmare that had dragged on for over a year with endless frustration, damage, broken promises, and complete lack of accountability. Our salesperson, Brielle, started off friendly enough. We told her we were first-time buyers and specifically wanted to look at used travel trailers to start small. Instead, when we arrived on-site, she only showed us brand new ones and pushed us to buy right away. We made it clear we wanted time to think about it, but she kept calling and pushing us to come back. Against our better judgment, we returned and decided on a new trailer we liked. Brielle told us that if we put a deposit down that day, the trailer would be held for us and taken off the lot. We trusted her. A few days later, we came back to finalize the purchase but Brielle was "too busy" to meet with us. Before we signed we needed to clarify why we were being charge 1500 dollars for a "Dealer prep fee" and another 1,995 dollars for a "Desert Protection Fee" that ended up doing nothing. We had so many questions, yet were shuffled into the finance office with Steve, who rushed us through paperwork and used scare tactics to push an extended warranty we didn't even want. We were confused as to why we were signing before even seeing the trailer, and he told us it was "being cleaned and prepped." When we finally saw it, our hearts sank, it was not the same trailer we had put a deposit on. This one had multiple issues: a broken table that was placed incorrectly so no one could sit behind it, missing trim throughout the trailer, non-working outdoor speakers, and no outdoor TV mount. Brielle was still nowhere to be found. Another rep came over and promised us everything would be fixed right away, assuring us it was "no big deal." We wanted to believe them. During the final walkthrough, the tech told us we were "all good to go," but when I checked the hitch myself, there was no safety pin installed. If we had driven off like that, it could have caused a serious accident. That alone should have been a huge red flag. Once home, we found even more problems and immediately contacted Camping World's service department. We purchased in April, and the trailer went in for service in May but they only managed to fix the table (which was done incorrectly). We brought it back again in July, when our service rep Tori told us that the replacement table they ordered wasn't even the right one for our camper, but we agreed to take it because we were desperate to just use the trailer at this point. Before we could pick it up, Tori called with devastating news: someone at Camping World had crashed the trailer and had ripped the awning off, damaged the side of the camper, and torn the decals off and that no one would admit to doing it. We were furious. We were told they'd fix it and order replacements, but weeks went by with zero updates. Mind you this whole time it is sitting on their lot while we are having to pay our monthly payments on it, which we brought up multiple times and no one seemed to care. By October, Tori no longer worked there. I had to call multiple times before finally being connected with Leda, who informed me that none of the parts or decals had ever been ordered. After expressing how upset we were, I asked to speak with her supervisor. Eventually, Rick Williams, the service supervisor, and Brian, the store manager, got involved. Rick told us he would make it "good enough" so we could at least use it for Thanksgiving since they had already had our trailer for months. He also mentioned refilling the propane and water tanks, which was strange since the camper had never been used. He also noted failing molding and trim that would need to be replaced later. We used it for our Thanksgiving trip, but sure enough, had to bring it right back to service afterward. By April 2023, when we went to pick it up again, we discovered that almost nothing had actually been fixed. Every promise made had been broken. Every timeline they promised was missed. Rick was no longer there and we were passed off yet again to another person to reach out too. We reached out to the new service manager, Christopher Pettit, multiple times, copying him on emails. He never responded once which is completely unacceptable. We've been patient, understanding, and cooperative, but this entire experience has been one long nightmare. What was supposed to be a joyful first-time trailer purchase had turned into months of frustration, disappointment, and stress. Camping World has shown zero accountability, zero communication, and zero respect for their customers. Do not make the same mistake we did. Buy your camper somewhere else, anywhere else, and spare yourself the trouble and terrible customer service we endured for years.
