Please make this make sense. I asked for a 2 scoop sundae with nutty coconut and pistachio almond... my friend got 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip. With toppings included on the sundae it barely even reached the top of the cup. The girl helping us had a completely bad attitude & seemed bothered when I told her my order. She said something under her breath to her coworker as she was putting my toppings and glared at me afterwards. I come here often and this was the first time i've experienced this. Usually she's super nice but to have ordered the same amount of scoops and paying more for toppings and it looks like this?! smh. read more

Caroline was an awesome associate, we've been to this location a couple of times and customer service needs improvement. But she was awesome, really attentive, happy, and nice person. You need more associates like Caroline that work there instead of the other rude associates you have. read more

After this review, I sent an email to their management and I have not heard back until just recently - I nearly forgot about it. But the owner replied to me and said he was a new owner that just took over in December, so maybe that's why it took a while. He said that the store did not exhibit the values and behavior that he requires as an owner, and sincerely apologized. We decided to give it another try again, and the two ladies working the counter that night were very happy and willing to help. They currently have a special promotion for first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers. Go in with your badge and you'll receive a "VIP Card", which allows you a scoop for 99¢, only valid at this location! This will go on until 3/17. read more

The last two times I've come here and got a two scoop Sunday they have been mega small scoops. Why?

I come here pretty often it's one of my favorite places! I have never had an issue before but today after ordering the same thing I order every time I was disappointed to see that my cup was nearly only halfway full. I'm sure the girl making it must have been new but there was only her making ice cream for all the customers in the store. At least train new employees with how to make everything before sending them out to be the only one on the floor. With the cup being only this full it is definitely not worth $8 for this ice cream. read more

There really is something for everyone at Baskin-Robbins! I was so happy when we moved to the area some years ago and I could start coming here again! My go to is either chocolate or Daquiri ice. Totally different flavors but they seem to fit most of my moods. I found this store to be nicely updated and really clean. The staff were welcoming and let us taste some flavors before deciding. read more

I went to this location last weekend and ordered what I been ordering for 30 yrs a Jamoca shake . The young lady with long Dreaded braids made me a shake and asked me if I wanted whip cream and cineman I thought to myself thats never been offered in 30 yrs on that shake and it ended up not being Jamoca . I just went in again today and ordered my same shake with the same girl around 8:30pm this time I stated "pleaae make sure its jamoca, I came in over the weekend and ordered a jamoca shake and recieved something different". She asked well rolimg her eyes "Who helped you and what day" . I told her "you helped me and it was the weekend maybe Sunday im not sure" n she replied very rude "I don't work Sundays" . So I told her "it was the weekend it was you becaues your the only one that looks like you that works here unless you have a twin" And she had the nerve to tell me to "calm down" . Then afte everything was made i apologized for upsetting her she ignored me and mmmmm at me with a rude face .. so then I asked for her name so i can make a complaint on her. she refused to give it to me . I wonder why maybe becaue she knows she is rude and doesn't want her manager to find out . If Google allowed me i would give a zero becaues of that rude lady and her rude attitude . Normally, I wouldn't write reviews for a chain. Let alone, an ice cream parlor. But I know that this location is privately owned and the customer service that I received recently was BEYOND terrible. Last Friday, I came in to order an ice-cream cake for a 6-year old's birthday. I was told that I could only have 2 flavors for the selected size, so I chose chocolate and vanilla. Saturday comes, I pick up the cake and everything seems okay. I get home, we blow out the candles and cut the cake to discover that it was strictly vanilla and there was no chocolate whatsoever. The child was rather disappointed. I called to let them know about the mistake, but was told that the person who was in charge of making cakes was gone for the day, so I should try again tomorrow. Sunday, I give them a call and I think it was the manager that I spoke with? I explained the situation to her and was quite frustrated at this point, because I was told once again.... that the cake person was not in. I felt like I was being given the run around at this point and asked if there was anyone else I could talk to. She told me that it was just her and that she "WAS" going to consider giving me a discount, but since I had an attitude and so much to say, then "never mind." Before I was able to respond, she hung up! What kind of business are they running here? It was not a discount that I was seeking. I didn't care about the money. It's the principle of it. I ordered a cake w/ chocolate and did not get ANY chocolate at all. It's not like I was able to see the inside of the cake upon pickup to confirm what the flavors were. I understand that mistakes happen, I totally do. It's the way that they chose to handle the situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION IF YOU CAN. Have visited frequently in the last 4 mo., always leave at least a 50% tip. Today went in, no one else was there when we arrived, we were the only customer. Orders 4 drinks. The guy seemed to be in a really bad mood, was impatient and annoyed with us, snapped at me about whip cream not being on milkshakes at one point. Like, Jesus, dude, it's ice cream. I asked him for a drink carrier (4 large ice cream drinks). He snapped at me that he was ringing me up. $37 and change total for the order, gave him a $20 bill tip because he was CLEARLY not having his best day. He didn't even say thank you, just barked for the next person in line. He won't see us back, that's for sure. Please pray for him! read more

I asked for three flavors, was super clear on it and the dude nodded, and instead of asking me, he only gave me two flavors. I was super excited to try these new flavors and was super disappointed to find out the dude completely screwed me over. I only pay for the Quarts so I can have three flavors. Very good ice Cream, good service, the main drawback on this location is the ease of getting in and out of this store parking lot, You basically can only turn right, so if that is not the way your going you will have to go to the Walgrens parking lot, and go to that street so you can get going the right way, They have a pretty good selection of ice cream, and it tasted better then the Ben & Jerrys one I was at earlier (Was on a ice cream kick lol) The prices here are more reasonable to. read more

The service there has really gone down hill. I went in tonight asked for a Oreo layer sundae. They put in maybe half a scoop of marshmallow. When I asked for a little more because it wasn't enough I was told I would have to wait because they were out. I did wait, and they helped two more costumers before they could finish my order. Once they put marshmallow I was charged for EXTRA marshmallow. Maybe train your people a little longer. Costumer service would be a great topic to go over. read more

Sometimes pretty crowded but thats unavoidable. Everytime I have came in I have been greeted right away and taken care of quickly. Everyone has been very polite, attentive and quick at their job. Great place for dates, families and any group. Not much seating but great selection and one of the nicer locations Iv been to. Friendly staff who put up with a lot. Parking isn't always the easiest but is there with many ice cream options inside. Not all pints of ice cream flavors available tho. read more

Neighborhood Baskin Robbins that satisfies our sweet tooth:) Located on Pac Ave, nestled between a Chinese restaurant and coffee stand, slow down so you don't miss the entrance! Plenty of parking though and this place does get full quickly. The employees are always friendly and efficient, young students perhaps? They carry a large assortment of flavors, hence the name. Person (younger female) behind the counter on 11Jun18 was very friendly and didn't seemed bothered by my questions and requests for sample(s)...unlike last time a young male worker was far from friendly!! i like the parkland location but i can tell you the employees and owners at the lakewood location do not care about there customer i complain to whom ever was in charge still nothing was done and to make mattered worse i was out 10 dollars and got no ice cream it was made wrong i feel sorry for any one that goes to that location read more

If you're coming from the opposite end, there's no left turn to get to the establishment unless you make a u-turn. Employees are friendly and quick... most likely college students from nearby. read more

My Husband and I have been customers of Baskin Robbins for a long, long time. We have always been happy with the service and the employees working there. We did stop by this location today to buy a soecuak treat to have with our daughter being here from Iowa visiting. HOW VERY DISAPPOINTED WE WERE TO FIND OUT THERE WAS NO CHOCOLATE ALMOND. . . how very sad we all were . . that is our favorite flavor . . .
