If you want to be given attitude and eat some pretzels come here. Fiancé and I came here on Monday the 11th around 5 pm, and the girl taking our order asked us 3 times if we were sure we wanted our order, saying "are you sure, its expensive" "this takes 10 minutes to make" "are you sure you want that". No one else in line either so its not like we were it holding up. When we confirmed yes, we do want it, her and the other 3 workers rolled their eyes and turned around whispering they couldn't believe this. I understand it sucks, working sucks, but why work at a food service place if youre going to get mad at someone for ordering things in your menu? I have no doubt ordering the bucket is an annoying request, thats why we will only order if for specific occasions, like having a terrible day and just wanted to splurge on buying some food thats bad for us and drown out our worries. Then we come here and get attitude from every teenager working. Obviously not the place for them to be working if you can't save your attitude, annoyance, and eye rolls for your back room out of site of the customer like literally everyone else does at their customer service job. We even tipped $20 because we felt bad for the inconvenience of having to have them make it, wish I could take it back now. At least our pretzels were good and the lemonade was decent. read more

We were walking around the mall and wanted to stop by for a snack, so of course Auntie Anne's is a must go! As we walked up and were trying to decide what we wanted, the employees were welcoming and patient with us as we can be very indecisive. Once we decided, they were happy to take our order and were kind enough to give us freshly made pretzels. They called us and handed us our order while we waited at table nearby. Their customer service was friendly to all the other customers that stopped by and their station was clean and organized. They also had a variety of different delicious snacks from pretzels, pretzel dogs, and pretzel nuggets. It was nice to see as other Auntie Anne's from other malls will have low or no pretzels on display. We had our dogs with us, and they even offered us some pup cups for the fur babies, which was super kind of them. read more

Waited 10 min for a dang pretzel on my lunch break. One person on register & two others avoiding to assist with their "lunch rush line" of 10+ people Online order printed when I first got there. Employee passed it off & by the time customer (behind me) came to pick up. It still wasn't ready... 3 employees should be able to kill a line & not have people waiting. I waited for 10 minutes for a cinnamon sugar pretzel, and they gave me one from the old batch. Then as I waited another 10 minutes For a new one, the girl who remade them rolled her eyes. Then not to mention my total was 4.09 and I give the cashier 10.25. He tries to give me back 5.91 which wasn't correct. He was supposed to give me back 6.16. Then he makes a snarky comment like it's gonna be the same. Like no you dummy, do your math!!!! How the hell are you a cashier when can't even to basic math you fool!!!! Needless to say, customer service sucked, pretzel sucked, and this location definitely needs a class on customer service and basic math for cashier. read more

Got a soft pretzel and a small Powerade as a snack while shopping at the mall. The teen guy working the register didn't pay attention and went to hand me a lime drink of some kind when I asked for grape Powerade. He quickly apologized though and got the right drink in a new cup. Pretzel did it's thing. I loved Auntie Anne's as a childhood favorite and still squeal when I go to the mall and want a pretzel to nibble on but usually I am always (somehow) full when I go to the mall... (effective for past couple years) and pass on the pretzels. On a personal level, I would give this place 4 stars (just because)... but I think it would fall more into the category of 3- 3 1/2 stars mainly because of the ridiculous overpriced menu items... $3+ for a single pretzel? Ew. I could probably just make them at home... but just isn't the same. As for the taste and quality... We ordered a frost and got charged for it even though they were out of them so the employee gave us a lemonade wich is still 2 dollars cheaper than what we ordered. After that we ordered pretzel nuggets which were not done cooking so we had to wait 15 minutes once our order was ready we ended up getting pepperoni nuggets. As it turns out the worker heard us say pepperoni nuggets which were more than the normal nuggets once we got refunded we got the correct food we ordered and did not bother trying to get refunded for the drink because the first process was already difficult enough. Horrible worker name Alex, didn't even take our order just stared at us. He was to busy high fiving his friends and ignoring his customers. He didn't put our five items in a bag, just handed all the food for one person to carry until we asked for a bag. Gave us a horrible attitude, zero respect. Didn't even wait for us to finish our order to cash us out. Lastly I watched as he picked his ear before handling other customers. It was around 7PM on December 20th that he has done all these activities, I hope his boss sees this and teach him better work etiquette. read more

A great place to get a quick snack. They have plain Pretzels, but also some different Pretzels, such as the pizza pretzel and the jalapeno pretzel. Select your favorite dipping sauces and you have yourself a nice snack. read more

YUM!! This place has the best lemonade ever! When I was in high school I used to always order a regular salted pretzel with chocolate dip. For a long time they no longer and the chocolate dip option... Now it's back! I suggest the dipping pretzels and Hershey's chocolate dip. This is the best Auntie Annes in the area! The service is always great no matter how busy they are. Food quality is great as well and the pretzels are tasty (golden brown and never burnt)! There are many flavors and varieties available to order and if they don't have one ready, they will whip out a fresh one right out of the oven. They do have discounts and deals during the week so if you happen to be at the mall it is definately worth the stop! read more

I love auntie anns but every time I come to this one the food is always old stale or burnt.

As i was in line waiting for my food i noticed a young lady that worked there with blue in her hair, she was making the food and trying to get the food ready for customers as she continually picked and scratched her nose continuing touching the food, i found this disgusting and repulsive so I exited the line along with the person behind me that noticed this as well. i did notice her name tag said Mariah I will never even think of eating there again. read more

Normally I love Auntie Anne's, however, this location never gives spectacular service. Consistently the pretzels are burned, and not even a little, but often scalded. Some of the workers are often quite rude and are not willing to assist or correct their mistakes, but most of the workers are quite nice, so the select few that do not help make the entire place look bad. They are supposed to give mall employee discounts and rarely actually do so when given the knowledge that someone is an employee. Overall it is not terrible, but there are much better places in the mall to get a quick snack or meal. read more
