This is the 3rd time I have ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait where the ice cream barely came above the top of the cup. If the dome lid was replaced with a flat lid, the contents would have fit fine. In years past, the ice cream will fill the dome lid and the ice cream would have touched the top of the dome lid. Such a disappointment. read more

2 stars because the a food was a 4, Ice Cream was a 5, cleanliness of the kids chairs was a -3 and the flies were freaking everywhere. I know this isn't a 24hr restaurant, management needs to bring in someone with attention to detail to come in and clean the floors, chairs, seats, corners and small details that all the new employees consistently miss due to inexperience. And for goodness sakes, put up some fly traps from closing to opening every single day, I spent the whole meal chasing flies away from my family. Slow moving, long lines, the blizzard was not as cold as I expected it to be. They must not do the flip over trick at this location. I asked why the prices were slightly higher than advertised online and they said it was their franchise owner's decision. I love DQ! Something about that old feeling from when grams took me here after church every Sunday... but his particular one is so hot and soooo cold. Truly depends on the day. You can't run a business like that. Their drive through is AWFUL. Someone is going to get hurt! The staff is al aye so nice though! Which is what keeps me coming back! I'm faithful to the butterscotch dilly bar and the peanut buster parfait! I always get both and save the dilly bar for another day! Lol! The new berry cheesecake blizzard is on point! There was a double line of cars on a hot Sunday afternoon. Luckily, my wife and I had a similar situation earlier in the week so I got in line. Other cars were allowing room for parking lot maneuvering and in short order I was ordering. I got 4 blizzards (it seemed every car I saw get something had 4 or more items) and they were almost ready when I got to the window. By the time I paid I had my precious sweets. I stopped in a DQ last night for a Blizzard. First time in a couple years. I ordered a small Blizzard and was shocked to be told the price was $4.99. I stepped back and looked at the menu board and that was indeed what they had listed. Today I looked on Google to check the price of a small Blizzard and it showed $3.69 which is in line with what I had expected . I called DQ national customer service who informed me that the normal price was indeed 3.69. I looked up a couple other items I had noticed and found the pricing at this unit was about 50% higher than Googles list. I went to get food, used my card, which does not have an active chip. I was told they can't not swipe my card as it is against the rules... The team was RUDE and I have NEVER had a company refuse to use my card. Their logic ... If they swipe it I could contest it with my bank to get a refund... You can do that regardless of the payment method..they were just lazy and didn't want to follow through.. Just went to another place who ran my card 3x then swiped... Like every other place. The tanks on their septic system have been a problem for years. The tanks are constantly over flowing into the library parking lot. The alarms that alert you to a full tank go off all day! It hasn't shut off for over two weeks. Employees have told me the septic has backed up into the building as well. Heath department has been called so many times. On a hot busy day the smell is horrific. read more

Beyond irritated with this location. I purchased about $40 worth of food ( 2 meals/ 2 kids meals 2 blizzards ). I called in august 2 days after we went through the drive thru because the 1st person i spoke with was beyond rude the night of. Called the 2nd day and was able to speak with the manager. Unfortunately i could not find my receipt at this point ( i had it the day of when i tried calling the 1st time i might add ). Gave him my order information and said he would call back. Mind you the fries for all of them were soggy/ a plain cheeseburger had ketchup ( no cheese ). The chicken strips for the other two were beyond over cooked. The blizzards were supposed to have xtra graham cracker- we got barely any and were charged for it. The fact that i am trying to bring a bank statement saying the amount of purchase is still NOT ENOUGH. DON'T waste your time/ money at this location. read more

This bathroom is so uncomfortable! There is no privacy at all and a hole in the door so if anyone comes in, they can see you! Eye contact in the bathroom is a no go. And anyone can come in while your inside the one stall inside the bathroom. The doors don't even shut all the way. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

As usual, a vast majority of reviews left online are done by people who arent satisfied, or by people who are unsatisfied with just one visit despite plenty other good ones. Anyway... I've been going to this location for about 5 years and I've got to say, it seems to be one of the best fast food restaurants in the area. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and orders are rarely wrong and quickly fixed if so. Best of all is the food. The burgers, chicken, and fries are always served hot. Something I rarely get the luxury of at other popular fast food restaurants. And DQs desserts are excellent like always. You may pay a bit more for the food here but the service and quality is definitely worth the difference. I highly recommend their chicken items. read more

Love this place but the burger has been dry the past 3 times need to fix this because fries are usually great and shakes are good. One thing don't deep fry fish and then put fries in the same oil because it picks up the fish taste!! Service is always fast but you might need to re-visit because it is comprising the taste! Great speed and customer service as always, but they have exponentially raised prices 3 or 4 times in the last year without a change or improvement in product and without corresponding escalation in costs. You can't continue to try and compensate for poor non-dessert products, by charging more to your loyal fans; unfortunately as the lines get noticeably smaller, the prices go up rather than putting loyalty as a priority. Small blizzards are now almost 5 bucks. A medium blizzard is the same price as meals at other competitors. Too much competition to support the greed of these owners. They have done a great job training their team, now I would love to be able to go back and give them my money because I respect their business ethics but at this point, I can't bring myself to reinforce them for this kind of greed. read more
