Ordered on app for pickup around 10:45 at night. App said walk up to counter and my order will be ready. I get here at 11:00pm and the door is locked, even though the sign on the door says the lobby is open until midnight every night! A customer who was coming out let me in! The the night manager, a black lady, starts snapping at me about how they are closed, asking me how I got in! I told her, and again she said rudely "We're closed!". I asked her how I get my order and she said "through the drive thru"! Again I reminded her the sign on the door says the lobby is open until midnight 7 days a week! She then snapped at her employees to make my order. When it was finally done, she drops it on the counter, rudely tells me they're out of ranch dressing, the walls away! Didn't even ask if I would like a different sauce! The rudest employee, especially a manager, I have EVER seen at a McDonald's! Then as I'm walking to my car, I notice half the pickup lanes have employee cars in them, and hour before they're supposed to close! This will be short. We went in for breakfast. We stood at the counter for what seemed like forever with no reaction from multiple employees. Actually they all looked horrible. The way they handle customer service, especially online orders, is absolutely terrible. I normally understand orders taking a little longer because fast food places get busy, but I saw them make at least three orders before mine, made me wait 30 minutes in the store, just to later tell me that the order wasn't in their system or someone else took it, when they could have told me that the first time around instead of making me wait the extra 30 minutes. read more

Rating is for after hours: During the day, this a typical McDonalds, not the fastest but not the slowest. But after about 10pm, expect long wait times. I don't know if everyone is asleep, they only have one or two employees, they have huge rushes, or what but this place is SO SLOW. I did a delivery order. So I figured everything would be in my order seeing as how they had a little more time to make it. First it took an hour to reach me and I live only a couple miles away. (Ordered at 1924 and was delivered at 2022) Usually, I would go pick up my order on my own, however, this particular evening it was pouring outside, Im working on completing school, and I have my boys so I couldn't make it. This is the most insane McDonalds location lol - I know not to expect much from fast food but dang! I've been 3-4 times in the past few months and each time has been a crazy wait and seemingly understaffed in the drive-thru (yet when you go inside it's overstaffed somehow). We've backed out of the drive thru after not moving for 15mins, we've gone inside to see if it'd be faster...and indeed it's not, and the staff seem to be struggling in every interaction. The manager needs a very big attitude adjustment, I ordered two McGriddles and the guy on the mic says "just two McGriddles" I say yeah so I pay, pull up and get my food just to find out they gave me two pancakes with no sausage which is bizarre I've never had it happen before. When I pulled around to get my order fixed I was polite and showed the woman at the window what the problem was and she agreed that it was strange and that my order was incorrect so she goes to get her manager and this woman proceeds to lecture me saying I ordered just the buns which is both erroneous and condescending, she begrudgingly fixed my order after arguing with me for a while, I've just had too many poor experiences similar to this one at this location to justify leaving more than one star read more

No issues with the food. McDonald's food is what it is anywhere. My issue is with the very poor customer service and the extremely slow service. I come here as most people do because it's right next to our neighborhood. But service is so slow I honestly believe it would be faster to go to the one further down. Lastly they just need to get rid of their curbside service. I end up going inside all the time cause I'm waiting FOEREVER. I'm done with this McDonald's. No one should go here....its bad. If I could give no stars I would. The general manager at this location, Molly is her name, is one of the rudest, most disrespectful women I've ever encountered. She was calling her employees stupid. She claimed none of them knew how to do their jobs and that if she left her position, the whole store would go up in shambles. Tried to step her aside to tell her about how my blended coffee drink was straight liquid and ask her why she's being mean to everyone but she refused to talk to me. Sounds easy, but too complicated for staff here as it takes more than reading to have a job that pays $15+ hr, and, proves why wages don't equate smarts. Amazing how each location varies on quality of food and service. This location was one of the slowest at taking our order and getting us through the drive-thru. Unfortunately the dining room was closed forcing us through the drive-thru. This is not what we wanted. The competition across the street had been fully-open for some time now, time to get with it! We spent over 15 minutes in the line with 3 vehicles in front of us! Our food one received although was accurate, was cold. Fries were room temperature substantiating it had been sitting in the bag long enough to cool. Probably the worst McDonald's location you could ever go to, especially during evening hours. They can never seem to get orders right, the drive through lanes more often than not take 15-45 minutes to get through it probably wouldn't be that bad if staff/crew members were actually working and not standing around talking to each other. 99.9% of the time the French fries are old, cold and disgusting.. I've gotten food poisoning twice from this location. There's another McDonald's near 176th and Canyon & I highly recommend visiting that location any day, at any time over this location. read more

Even though I know better than to stop here (I usually make the extra drive to another location), I had two starving little boys who were up past their bedtime and I needed to feed them fast as possible. And they got the order wrong!! One of my kids asked me if I could ask them to remake his burger the right way and I said "NO! We can fix it at home."
