I've eaten here a lot over the last 10 years. My last two times through the drive thru have convinced me not to return. The woman taking the orders and giving food at the window is super rude. Last time through she dropped and F bomb at me after I pointed out I got the wrong order. Didn't catch her name but it's the same person called out in the other reviews who has alt hair and facial piercings. I like the food, but the experience at this store is just awful. read more

I wouldn't recommend this specific Wendy's. They are quite lazy in preparation and I truly don't believe they care about quality of food. I came here and ordered bacon fries, chicken nuggets, and a sprite. Our sprite was brown so I of course didn't give it to anyone. I poured it out and bought my kid a bottle water down the street at the dollar tree. What really upset me was that we ordered baconator fries and the bacon wasn't chopped, crumbled, nothing. They just put strips of bacon. I started to break it up myself and then stopped to get a photo. Typical like going to this Wendy's as it's the closest but they mess up my order too much, I order a Dave's single with ketchup only as I don't like eating other condiments as of personal reasons but they have proceeded to put lettuce on my burger multiple times and even telling them just ketchup only and nothing else they still proceed to mess up my order. Their food is okay as being a Wendy's. Regarding their service, horrible. Constant lines, mix-ups and straight laziness. They also charged me for my jr frosty when I had showed them my free 2024 frosty keychain. After I asked them if it was $0.00 they said yes and still charged me for it. This is the 2nd time they have done this and with the same employee working the window. Instead of talking, maybe work a little bit more and make your drive thru line empty. If Wendy's is providing the free Jr. frosty key chain with my purchase the year of 2024 and 2025 they should actually follow through and provide it when shown. I fixed it at the window and they rolled their eyes. When I said don't roll your eyes at me they said "it's not you, it's just there's no manager here today and I have to grab them to change your order". Food accuracy is on you. Management is on you. Ordered multi items from this location on June 25 and missing two items, choc chnk cookie, and contact doordash, but refused to give a refund in the amount of $2.38. I also tried to contact Wendy's but no answer. The workers need to check to make sure all items are in bags because customers paid for those items. My husband and I went to Wendy's today and we wanted to get chili because we had a craving for chili. We parked and headed towards the door finding out it was locked because there was a paper taped to the door that said the lobby closed was short-staffed. So we got back in the car and pulled into the drive-in line. It took at least 30 minutes just to get to the call box to order while waiting we saw 4 staff members pushing the food cart with 3 small boxes to a staff member's car. So who was working the store? Then when we got to the window I saw someone open the door and went into order. There was no paper taped on the door saying the lobby was closed. I asked about this and she kind of ignored me. Missing an item from our bag, went back through drivethru and noticed my pub fries were ice cold...shredded cheese not melted, pub cheese cold, even the fries were cold! Staff is very rude and the manager was terribly unprofessional. Had my daughter waiting 20+ minutes for her food with no explanation of why it was taking so long. When I called to find out what the hold up was the manager got an attitude and hung up the phone. I don't trust this place, especially the manager.
