The burgers here are delicious - as many have compared, I would say they are akin to an In and Out burger, which is one of my favorite burgers. If I went back, I would bypass the fries. I knew that the dog was a puppy so they didn't meet the service dog requirements. After getting my order I asked to speak to the manager and a gentleman came over and identified himself as the General Manager. I suggested that they train the staff to address this situation so customers didn't have to. He than stated that they aren't allowed to ask any questions regarding an animal inside their food establishment. I feel that the General Manager, was indicating that he was knowledgeable about animals in food establishments and that he too had a service animal himself and that the establishment didn't have an obligation to protect customers from animals that are not service animals. As a General Manager he should have known the information that's below and should've addressed the issue instead of a customer. As stated before I'm a frequent customer and as of this evening I will no longer be a customer due to the way the General Manager dismissed my concerns of non service animals in their food establishment. The cheeseburgers are still lack luster but it is clear that whoever has been managing the clean up crew is doing g a way better job of maintaining their deep fryers and as such the consistency add quality has been improving over time. The service is generally slow, and even though it makes sense because of the variety and specificity you can give to your orders (which they are pretty consistent at getting right) , I still wish it wouldn't take 15 minutes to get though the drive through line to pay. Depending on the day and time, it has been MUCH longer.
