Eye catching visuals don't matter On top of that, they have customers come in through one door on the side and then exit through a sliding glass door which has people standing in front of it because there is no where else to wait. Truly a bizarre and awkward execution all around which seems to make their poor employees easily flustered when things get busy. Their ice cream isn't worth mentioning really. I swear as soon as they hand it to him he's immediately transported back to childhood. It's really sweet to see that gleeful sparkle in his eye when they hand over the giant swirl cone.
