    Vanilla Latte

The cutest little coffee shop on the corner of down town Puyallup. The service staff are always friendly and I love their vanilla latte. I also recommend the breakfast sandwich, it was very tasty.

I've been to elements a couple of times and overall it can be a positive experience. It's clean and the atmosphere is nice for students looking to study. The range of drinks is pretty ok, I'd give it a 3/5 simply because every single time of had their coffee or espresso it honestly tastes burnt as if they just let the espresso shot die out. Variety of food could use some work but not too bad. I'd love to see them add some in house menu items for food!! Overall if you're looking for a place to study or hang out with your friends elements is a nice almost hidden spot in puyallup. Just be aware of their coffee and food.

Honey cinnamon latte and avocado toast!

A great place to relax! They have delicious coffee, juice and food. Their avocado toast on naan bread is delicious. The owners and staff are friendly and work hard to make this place relaxing. Service is wonderful! They also have yogurt and a variety of toppings to choose from. And they don't go by weight like other places. I recommend trying it out! Great for meetings, family yogurt spot, or relaxing with friends.

Their containers on the fridge section. Might be a cheaper option to take.

Meh, we were there a couple of days ago and they only had like 2-3 choices available. My daughter was not thrilled. Their toppings did look a little fresh but if anything it should be: "choose your toppings and add some froyo!" They had 1 option for non-lactose and it was fudge- ew. They did have options on their frozen fridge. They had a buy one get one half off discount going on so we bought 2 little containers. One with mango "froyo" more like a frozen slurpee cause it was super sweet and red velvet froyo which did taste good but it had milk in it so I could not go beyond a bite. Overall not coming back, despite its awesome location accross from the park. But if we go up the road we can find one with more options for my daughter to choose and more options for mommy too.

Need some tea so I walked over from the library to the place with the signed that said open. Nice establishment that offers selections more the coffee and tea.. The lady behind the desk had great customer service. I spilled my Moroccan tea and she replaced it with no problem. I even pick up a great mug that kept it hot for hours. I sat and waited for the library to open enjoying the calmness of the atmosphere.

Cake batter with sprinkles, cookie dough and rolo's'. Enjoy the outdoor seating with a view of the park.

I tried them in the past apparently because I have photos associated to that visit (even bought a dozen). I obviously didn't remember until I started writing this review. First the location is pretty easy to reach. Small strip mall store front off Portland Ave. I walked in and there were two people ahead of me but no seating and hardly room to view the selection. There is a plastic COVID screen still up and pictures of people who have stolen from them. The selection of donuts is decent and apparently on the weekends there are speciality fritters. The owner operators are kind and so helpful (high praises!). I ordered one blueberry donut and one banana fritter. Both appeared to be well cooked and scrumptious. However, each of the donuts were over fried and tasted like old grease. The blueberry cake was full of blueberries but no real blueberry taste. The fritter was soaked in grease and no banana flavor. Sadly this is not on my list to try again.

It's like they looked at all the successful ice cream shops with the ice cream on display up front and said, let's do the exact opposite. Let's push the ice cream up against the back wall out of sight and then have customers guess what it looks like. They can choose whatever flavors we make up on the chalk board. Eye catching visuals don't matter On top of that, they have customers come in through one door on the side and then exit through a sliding glass door which has people standing in front of it because there is no where else to wait. Truly a bizarre and awkward execution all around which seems to make their poor employees easily flustered when things get busy. Their ice cream isn't worth mentioning really. We all found it flavorless and icy. We won't be giving them a third chance.

It's close to public parking that can get busy but we didn't have much trouble finding a place to park. I loved the ice cream flavor options available and of course, the premise of house-made ice cream. We each tried our own individual flavors and cones and we did enjoy most of them. Flavor wise this ice cream is there and is what most would seek out. It's there, it's bold and it's good. Where their ice cream missed for me was in the actual texture and creaminess. I found ice chunks in my mocha ice cream and that was a big disappointment to me. I want my ice cream to be ultra creamy and smooth not chunky and hard. It was a bit of a disappointment especially given the high price point.

So five stars and a review based on my observations as the spouse of a Dairy Bar ice cream loving man! Ha! We all have our Fair favorites. I need a scone and he needs an ice cream cone every time we go. And the Dairy Bar does not disappoint. Go early if you can- after dinner time the line is often about 20 minutes long. For the Spring Fair just the outside walk-up window is open. But for the fall Puyallup Fair the larger restaurant space is open. No tables and chairs but they usually have benches and definitely more service windows open inside. The line moves relatively quickly considering how many people are here. We always have great service and the counter staff is so friendly! Really - this type of customer service is so admirable considering they serve thousands of ice cream treats a day! The menu is nice and simple: Ice cream. Vanilla, chocolate or Strawberry. They can do swirls of two flavors too. My husband loves the vanilla and chocolate swirl cones. I swear as soon as they hand it to him he's immediately transported back to childhood. It's really sweet to see that gleeful sparkle in his eye when they hand over the giant swirl cone. I think this is a common occurrence here- lots and lots of families lined up always for that taste of sweet ice cream from the Dairy Farmers of Washington!
