But there was one time I ordered for curb side pickup and no one came to me even after I notified them in the app so I ended up just walking in to pick up the order- no problem. Love the mini bundt cakes! It's such a perfect size and filling too. The cake is perfectly moist and icing is not too sweet. My favorites are the white chocolate raspberry, strawberry & cream and red velvet. There are about 40 unique designs and 10 delicious flavors. The owner and staff were nice and provided excellent customer service. I love how this came to town several years back. I was able to stop in the year it opened which January 2020, prior to the pandemic. The shop a good size, bright and clean. I need to go back soon and get my bundt cake fix!! LOL! read more

Cakes are always amazing and fresh here and theres always a BOGO offer for the bundlets! The employees are always so sweet that my mother and I make sure to stop by every month. My review is not about the product itself, but about the poor customer service I received at the location in Irmo, SC at 131 Harbison Blvd. I arrived at 6:35 pm, they were closing at 7 pm. I tried to order 2 dozen bundtinis but they told me they could not do a "custom order" because it was too close to closing time. There was no other customer in the store at all, and there were 2 young ladies at the counter just talking. I told them that it was fine if they were frozen, I wouldn't actually be needing them until the next day, and a "custom order"simply consisted of placing the flavors of my choosing in a box. Again, I was told no... they would not put my selection in a box because they would be closing in 25 minutes. I have placed this exact same order numerous times, it takes 5 minutes, plenty of time to have done this before closing time. At no time while I was there did another customer enter the store. The young lady was also rude, which was totally uncalled for. My last 3 visits to this location have been less than professional and I will not be going back. Unlike cupcakes, none of the frosting covering your lips as you try - and fail - to get a piece of dry crumbly cake. Nothing Bundt Cakes has done a few baby showers in my family and they are always a HUGE hit. We loved the pink strawberry for the girl baby shower, for example, and chocolate chocolate chip is amazing even for someone who doesn't like chocolate that much (cough cough - me). In addition to the events, they donated to a local high school's fundraiser that needed it, so they will always be worthy in my book! This was my second visit here and the service is WONDERFUL!!! Right when you walk in you are greeted and they are so patient with everyone deciding what to order. Fabulous perfect individual cakes for Mother's Day. Of course I had to buy one for myself, after all I am a mother to a few little humans and furry ones. Chocolate was my choice and boy was it scrumptious. Moist, flavorful and fresh. I usually avoid frosting because most of the times it's to sugary for me but this was not the case, that frosting was delicious, just right. I'm hooked and will be stopping by to try other flavors. Now let's get right down to business! Who can deny that their cakes aren't delicious, not me, they are amazing. But, the service is meh. We went in there 30 mins before closing, asked for a mixed box & were told NO that it was too close to closing & that we had to buy what was picked, even though they were not in a "choose a box" but rather all just sitting in the case. I'm not sure why, but they said that we couldn't get the box deal, but rather had to buy them separately or nothing. So instead of buying a box of 6 at the box deal, we bought two individual cakes & left. I kept my receipt to reach out to them about it & decided to just let it go, but I had another friend tell me they also had issues with this location as far as service.
