A little disappointing was my last visit to this Auntie Anne's location. Ordered 2 Jalapeño Pretzels, but they had to make it. So, paid for the items and came back for them after 30 minutes or so. Took them home to eat, but it was pretty doughy and salty! Jalapeños seemed old as well, not as fresh. Kind of a sournote since I expected the pretzels to taste delicious! I had a great experience, the place was so crowded on a Saturday that you couldn't hear yourself think. But when I got to the front of the queue the General Manager Jessica greeted me with a bright smile and got my pizza bits fresh from the case quickly and had me on my way in no time. I haven't had Auntie Anne's in years! I feel like they're smaller now, but I think it's actually because I've grown since I was a kid. They're a little oily but still have that great flavor. This location is one of those small booths in the middle of the mall. This particular one is located right in the front of the food court. You can't miss it! It's convenient when I'm running errands around the mall and need a quick bite that I can grab and walk around with. The pretzels are warm and the staff is friendly! All told, it took ten minutes to get through the line to get a pretzel dog, two plain pretzels, a lemonade and a Diet Coke. Called corporate, corporate couldn't handle my shit and told me a local franchise will call. It's been a week and no call. I will NEVER buy a pretzel from Auntie Anne's ever again and I am going to burn my stamp card. This is complete bullshit. You guys are losing business, a valuable customer and potential customers. Wanted something snacky, so decided to go to Auntie Anne's. Lucky for me, it was dollar pretzel day and they had the jalapeno pretzel for only a buck. Can't beat that! I ordered cheese sauce too, so it cost about $2 but it was still cheaper than ordering the pretzel at regular price. The pretzel was hot and flavorful, and was yummy with the cheese sauce. The service was quick and the cashier friendly. She told me that Tuesdays are dollar pretzel days and they offer a different pretzel each time. Okay, $6 for a pretzel, drink and cold hard cheese sauce or cold marinra. Seems a little expensive for the product, but... The pretzels are buttery delicious. We like Auntie Ann's pretzels - especially the almond one - although it seems like they never have it and we have to wait for it. Takes around 5 minutes to have it fresh. Mostly the people are friendly and helpful but I will say - they are not cheap. :) The new location is handy - in front of the boring food court - but if you want a good pretzel - worth the stop. If you get the Almond - a great dip is the Carmel - which comes with it - if you ask. read more

It's Auntie Anne's. They make pretzels. You know this. They have a bunch of different kinds. If you're typical, you get a dipping sauce and drink and a punch on your card. A little pricey for what you get but they are good at making pretzels. Lemonade hits the spot if you're thirsty. read more

They make greasy pretzels that really aren't that great, but no one goes to these places for the quality - you know what you're signing up for when you get in line. If you wanted a good pretzel you'd be at a bakery (and would most likely be paying around the same price). Looking for a greasy, fast fix that makes you hate yourself a little bit afterwards? Growing up, I remember being able to easily scrape together enough money from the couch for at least the basic salted pretzel at Auntie Anne's. These days, the prices have skyrocketed to where you need to mow some lawns to get the same experience. Times sure have changed, but they managed to put enough preservatives in the pretzels to keep them the same forever. Props to the corporate machine that has refined this product into money. Is the appeal watching workers working under hot conditions attempt to feed the howling masses of pretzel crazed shoppers? Usually this is a place to binge on carbs and salt, but on this particular visit, there wasn't even salt, so I am now providing my own. They have a pretzel of the day event going that is probably designed to sell highly profitable pretzels over less profitable ones. Can we already get to the vending machine that has robot arms and continually predicts when to put out the freshest pretzels? Then all we will have to stare at on a bad day is the lowly repair technician that is just trying to fix the machine so they can get away from all the shoppers that just want whatever magical formula they put in their pretzels. read more
