This Baskin-Robbins is combined with Dunkin Donuts. Customer service was very kind. The pint and Quart prepared ice creams and ice cream cakes are not visible like at other locations. So, I just left Dunkin/ Baskin-Robbins and they're out of most of the flavors including 2 of my favorite flavors of vanilla and reeses peanut butter cups. They might as well shut down. I wanted to give this place zero stars but I gave the 1 star to the customer service because the lady that took care of me was very kind and sweet. I also ended up getting a French vanilla iced coffee and it was just ok, I had better iced coffee. Sorry but I won't be back. read more

This location is a pit!! Absolutely filthy!! My husband, son and I stopped in this afternoon and they were out of a bunch of stuff. Several of their ice cream tubs were practically empty. The floors, tables and booths were a mess!! We will definitely NOT be back!! read more

Go ahead & shut it down. My husband went inside the store last night at 6:40 to ask about ordering an ice cream cake. Of course the guy they had on staff was the only one there and couldn't answer any questions like "if I place an order online will it be ready in 4 days?" He said come back tomorrow during the day when the 'cake lady' is in & she could help us. Okay I went in today a little after 5, inside the place was deserted & a couple of cars in drive thru yet 4 people roaming around "working" & only one person could "help" me. She said that I could place an order but it wont be ready by Friday because the cake lady is off tomorrow & needed it to have time to set. I was like "Okay? What about Saturday?" She disappeared in the back for about 3-5 minutes and said no she still needed more time. I promptly left, shaking my head. Odd because when I called another location & read their website, it said stores only needed 24-48 hours. Imagine that. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. We placed an order online for an ice cream cake with two weeks in advance to not take the chance of the cake not being ready on time. However, this place decided to do the cake that early from the date planned, freeze the cake, then give us an OLD cake. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, 100% not recommended. If you want ice cream on a Sunday two hours before the store is suppose to close DO NOT come here. Customer service is horrible, doors were locked early and customers are encouraged to drive thru. Even though there are people sitting on the lobby. So sad. Taking my $$ somewhere else. read more

I stopped at this location to order ice cream for my co-workers, they were out of the flavor I ordered so I asked if there was another flavor they were out of as I had to call & ask alternate flavor choices and they were only open for drive thru. The young lady told me she didn't know as I had not asked for a different flavor.... What??? I have to try to order to be told sorry we are out???I drove to another location where I was not only ablrvto enter the store but a helpful employee filled my order. I am unhappy as the first location is so much closer to my home & work addresses but had to let people know this is not a good location. I have had other issues at this location but this one tops all other visits - rude & unhelpful staff . I know the pandemic has killed the industry but WOW 31 flavors & you don't know which one is out until I order??? Sounds more like I don't want to scoop your ice cream & collect $$$ - also she claimed they were out of vanilla??? I love Baskin-Robins! However, this is the most horrible store ever. I too would give this store NO stars if it was an option. I'm usually easy going and will give a place several chances. Unfortunately, I've had so many issues with this particular store in the past few months. It's been rude customer service, lack of customer service, and finally they just pick and just what hours they want to be open when they have specifically displayed hours on the door. On the lack of customer service issue I walked in the store and waited a few minutes. Then I stated calling out to see if anyone would answer. Finally after about 10 minutes someone showed up with an excuse and apologized. I'm not sure if this store is a franchise or corporate store, however, it wouldn't hurt my feelings I'd they were to close. read more

Let me just tell you what a dump this place was I mean filthy and then the workers where so rude!!! I asked if they had any roll cakes and the smart girl said what and I asked again. She later told me I needed to be more specific. The owners of this facility need to be more specific with who they chose to work for them. Apparently they no longer serve banana splits or banana royal. At the time I ordered a banana royale the employee looked at me as if she didn't know what I was talking about. Then I asked about banana splits and she said no, all while another employee kept shrugging her shoulders as if she didn't know what I was referring to, when she's been the one continuously serving me since they opened. I've read the reviews and they weren't that favorable. So I was hesitant on going there. But, Sonya changed my mind. She worked extra hard to help me with my sisters birthday cake..
