The place might look good and appealing but you're in for a big surprise when you checkout. It's by weight, which is not a good idea to take your little ones there! Especially if you have a lot of kids! Got two medium sized frozen yogurt that ended up costing $16 & some change. The yogurt is light in weight but the add-on is where the weight's at! NEW OWNER! AND IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE Literally the best yogurt shop I've been to, and I go to many (its kind of my favorite thing). The yogurt is creamy, thick, and delicious. The decorations in there are so cute, and I love the inspirational quotes they have up. The new owner definitely made some great changes, because I can tell how much cleaner the place is, and how attentive the customer service is than before. Even the bathroom could be compared to Bucees, yall! Its that level. Cleanliness is the first thing I notice, and they are on top of it here. They have all the normal toppings you see at most yogurt places, but I was really impressed by the popping boba! It adds so much to the yogurt. I was told that they also offer smoothies with boba, which is awesome. They have a bunch of toppings and sauces, I really enjoyed stopping by here with my kids. They thought I was the coolest for letting them add their toppings to the yogurt. Who doesn't want to impress their kids?! We are in town for a soccer tournament & are staying with our team nearby. What better way to cool off after a HOT soccer match than with a little froyo! It was so yummy with all the great flavors & toppings you come to expect. But the service was incredible. As you can imagine, the inside was full since no one wanted to sit out in the balmy weather. We snagged a table after someone left but there was only one chair. The few times I have been to this location have been a disappointment. The yogurt is good, their spoons are cute but everything else is lacking. Their toppings bar is always low, almost empty. There is no atmosphere. The employees are goofing off most of the time and everytime I go I always have to ask them for more toppings (like the boba) since its out. NEW OWNER!!! He is SO kind! As soon as we walked in, I immediately noticed the subtle changes inside. It was CLEAN, picked up, organized. Much friendlier & welcoming than what it was before. It was a pleasant surprise. Tutti Frutti closed for a bit and the new owner recently bought it. Anyway, we go in and he tried to give us sample cups but I politely declined since I always get the same thing. When we went to pay, he told us he recently bought it and the look on his face and tone of voice really showed how proud he was about it. He gave us a discount since we live in Nassau Bay & because I mentioned that I go often! He was really cool. He did a great job cleaning up the place and the machines are sooo much cleaner now. First off I'm not a huge Froyo fan only because many Froyo flavors can be too tangy for me. Good news is there are plenty of flavors in this place that are not tangy! (Label above flavor indicates whether it's tangy or not, yeah!) There are also sorbets here that are yummy! Even lactose intolerant folks can have their Froyo since soy is a base for several flavors. Place is clean , staff is helpful. Also another Yelper ( Lee ) has a coupon source (see her review) I call up ( on Google) when I get there n I always save at least 10% n sometimes 20% off. Always having a craving for something sweet and the yogurt at Tutti Frutti usually does me good. The location is great, minutes from my house and near other dining options. Lots of parking and there is both indoor & outdoor seating. They provide lots of yogurt flavors- but rarely have peanut butter which was my fav (apparently it's seasonal?) The tart is good, like the cake batter too, so everyone should be able to find a flavor that suits them here. They have a large topping bar- but to be honest, it doesn't always look fresh, sometimes the bins are just empty or there are a few scraps left. Again, it's 50/50 so you might stop in and get a well stocked toppings bar. I feel like the staff here is never slammed with business so everything should be stocked and fresh. In regards to the staff- that's where this place could use some major improvement. Ex: last night my family and I went in, not too late, but within an hour of closing. We weren't greeted, we weren't asked if we needed anything, she didn't even say a word when we checked out and surely didn't thank us for coming in. I understand most of their staff are younger kids but come on- this is basic customer service. They don't even have to serve you! The best part is- their receipt has a space for a tip! Why would I leave a tip to an employee who didn't even serve me, much less, speak to me? I don't come here for the device obviously. Overall- bring your kiddos & family here for a good dessert! Sadly, I learned tonight that the quality of all Tutti FruttI locations are not the same. When my husband and I drove up, first thing we said was this place is no where as busy as the location near our house. 3 or 4 of the flavors were out of order and the toppings bar was mostly empty. The KitKat piece I got was stale. The consistency of the yogurt was off. It was more icy and less creamy. The one employee sat behind the counter on his phone until someone he knew showed up and he went outside leaving the store unattended for at least 5 minutes. Something was constantly beeping. The floors were dirty. The table we sat at had 2 adults sitting there before us. When we sat, the table was filthy. It obviously had not been cleaned since before them. read more

Even at 43 cents per ounce, I wouldn't hesitate returning here to enjoy some more froyo! Loved the variety of creamy favors today, pretty much sampled every one of them :D. The worker was friendly about it, so I didn't feel too embarrassed about it, haha~ All the flavored are very intense- one bite of almond, and BAM! It was like having an almond party in my mouth! Nice place and good selection. I love getting one of the tropical flavors and then putting tropical fruit on top. The fruit I have had has always been fresh. The toppings bar is well maintained. There are palm trees all around this location so it feels very tropical. The staff we have interacted with have all been very pleasant. The only think I don't like is where the bathroom is located, but that's pretty minor. But the yogurt is great and I like that they are open later than many other yogurt shops - til 11 pm. read more

Update: I changed to one star after getting sick later that night. I contacted health department for unsanitary conditions as well. We come to this location because of variety, but the staff is not interactive, stand over you like a vulture, and the cleanliness is absolutely pathetic. Fill your froyo and then add your toppings. I asked if they have a stamped card and they said they might have some in the next few weeks. Tiny sample cups to try as many flavors as you'd like. I tried a little bit of everything and was almost too full to buy a cup. The hubby and I spent almost $8 (nope, I wasn't the piggy; he was!). He overloaded his cup with flavors of mango, blueberry, coconut, raspberry, kiwi-strawberry sorbet, and then topped it off with kiwi pieces. I filled my cup only half-way with flavors of yellow cake, cheese cake, mint chocolate, chocolate, and then topped it off with cheese cake pieces, strawberries, Reese's butter cups, granola, and almond slices. This shop changed owners or management a few months ago, and it has gone downhill since then. The younger kids that used to work the register were replaced at first with two men that were not very friendly and didn't understand English well enough to understand our comments. Eventually we saw a younger woman working there, but that didn't help the issues with the shop. What used to be a clean floor has had toppings crushed all over it by foot traffic. They have brought in an ice cream counter that sticks out into the walkway--I guess frozen yogurt at the fro-yo place wasn't enough? They change the flavors out with the seasons too. So, if pumpkin is your thing they have it in the fall! My flavor suggestions: Nutella, almond, cookies and cream, cake batter. This is our favorite frozen yogurt shop in the Clear Lake area! We come back here as often as we can! We are always very happy with the selection of flavors and huge variety of toppings! This place has yogurt machines where you serve yourself, and then add your own toppings buffet-style. My favorite flavors are mango, coconut, cheesecake, and strawberry! I always had the little jelly balls in mango flavor and lots of fresh berries and kiwi as toppings! It is so delicious and refreshing! My son and husband love the pomegranate/raspberry flavor! The choices of toppings are great for kids, because they really love to choose candies and try something new! They also have ice cream here that they dip out for customers. We have not ever tried, it but it is good to know it is there if we ever want some. They are always friendly and give us as many sample cups as we want! We all love to try samples of new flavors that they rotate in! This place has indoor seating with a tv playing music videos. They also have outdoor patio seating with a fountain at the end of the patio. It is a pleasant atmosphere over there! Family stopped on our way through town. Skip it. We had never been to a froyo place and got a look when we needed help figuring out where the containers are kept. They're on a back wall. There was no indication the product is weighed and when I asked for a small, assuming I'd pay for a small, it rang up an astronomical number. The cashier had an attitude when asked for napkins. This place probably stays in business by cashing in on excessive prices? I honestly don't know. In any case, the service is severely lacking.
