Just tried the new IF movie flavors! The bottom scoop is Blue's Boardwalk Bash and the top scoop is Blossom's Berry twirl! Blue's ice cream had a strong flavor of blue raspberry and cotton candy which was my favorite, while blossoms were so creamy and tangy! Service was amazing and kind and the ambience was clean! Ordered a small ice cream cake and it was perfect! It was a Valentine's Day cake and I asked them to make some changes- flowers instead of hearts and change the colors. They did a fantastic job on the decorating and my daughter loved it! It tasted delicious too! When I picked up the cake, the employees and manager were so nice and helpful. I had trouble with my coupon and they adjusted it for me. They are all so nice and friendly. Definitely coming back here again! read more

Baskin Robbins is ALWAYS hoppin! It's always a good time for some yummy ice cream! Be prepared to feel a little cramped I side the store. It is very small! No restroom and not too clean. Parking lot is small and shared with other businesses. No parking lot lighting at night. Keep the little ones close, it gets pretty dark. Made from scratch waffle cones. Need I say more?! They are soo good. I always get the pistachio almond ice cream. My husband goes for a pistachio almost mark. The melts aren't on the menu, but the do have them. Great, but expensive, ice cream cakes too! All in all, great little treat and worth the money. read more

Ice cream is decent but employees were borderline rude and really didn't care about the customer. To top it off, when my 4-year old needed to use the bathroom in the middle of us getting ice cream, they said she couldn't use theirs and made us walk across the street, and down the block a couple business to their nearest competitor: ice burg. Beware. Inside of store is filthy behind the counter and in the customer seating area. I was so disgusted that I didn't even order ice cream. I left a very unhappy. I ordered an ice cream cake two days in advance and when my brother went to pick it up they didn't have it. Initially, I was annoyed but then they refunded me for my order and my brother was able to pick out any cake that they had pre-made for free and was given 6 coupons for free ice cream. I think any other business would have then let it go, but the manager called me personally and let me know that the next cake I ordered would be on them. I've never had such a good experience when a company has messed up and feel like they actually cared for my business. They really turned a bad experience into a great one. read more

Just bought an ice cream cake. $35 with tax. Gave them $100 bill and they said they couldn't take it. They didn't look in the register and say they didn't have change, they just said no. When I complained they said it's too hard to deposit. I would understand if they said they didn't have the change or if I'd only bought $2. But they only had to give $65 in change. Poor service. Baskin Robins in Orem has been a favorite of mine for years. It always brings back great memories. I do not mind the price because the quality of the ice cream is superior to any ice cream I have tried and I eat alot of ice cream. I wanted to mention my visit yesterday because I took my 'crew' in and 'brooke' behind the counter handled the large order beautifully. I've been going to this location for years almost weekly with my husband. The service has gotten worse and worse over the years and the employees are lazy and rude. We always go on the weekend and they rarely have waffle cones ever! You ask them to make one and it's like your asking them to pull there teeth out! We went tonight for the last time and there were only us and a family that was sitting down eating their ice cream. They would not make a waffle cone cause the batter wasn't already sitting out?! I like their icecream, but I had a craving for a thick milkshake with their dark chocolate fudge icecream. I order saying, I please make it extra thick...the older woman ( I assume the senior manager) didn't respond and didn't make the shake thick. I was very, very runny. I was willing to pay extra, if needed. The shake was very runny and very disappointing, the service was extremely impersonal and almost robotically curt. I think managers int he service industry should serve the needs of their customers. I came away really disappointed and I'll go elsewhere for shakes. read more

Went in and order a banana split and they gave me very small scoops of ice cream compared to the other customers in the store. I lost my wallet and knew the only place I got down at was at Baskin Robbins. I called and asked if they had found a Black wallet. The employee that answered immediately said she never found anything. I was 100% sure I had left it there so I went in to look for it. Couldn't find it. I asked the two employees if they had found it and the girl said she didn't and the male employee went to go look while telling her he was looking for the wallet and they both seemed very suspicious. They both went to the back and the male employee pulled out a wallet and asked if it was that one, and sure enough it was! I'm happy I found my wallet but I'm very unhappy that the women claimed BOTH times they never found anything. Last time I'm going in to that store because that's just shady. read more
