The condensed milk flavor is so good though, probably one of my favorites and it goes with so many of their other flavors like the Vietnamese coffee or black sesame or the mango sago. I usually get a small sized cup, which allows you to pick up to two flavors and up to 3 toppings (for extra cost). If you just want just mochi topping for example, they'll just give you all the extra to encompass the equivalent of 3 toppings in a small plastic cup which is pretty great. I've never experienced a wait whenever I've gone, but I've heard the line can be crazy long but moves quickly. Their hand packed pints of actual ice creams are good too, albeit a bit pricey. But that genmaicha ice cream really was great and tasted like the real thing. Support small businesses and support this spot! It's too good not to give them a try.

The menu pricing was a bit cut off or blacked out on the end (see photos). There was only one staff helping us at the time. So we had to wait a bit but overall they have so much more than just candy and deserts. They have drinks, snacks, and sandwiches (jam only currently). Overall, it's just like any other michoacana stores. It was colorful, bright, clean, and has so much to select. The restroom was locked with a keypad but I didn't need to go so I didn't ask.

We had the best experience here. We tried to order a birthday cake for my 7 year old boy. I called and asked if they can make customized cake for next day, right away they told me yes and we can pick it up by 4 pm(the Arcadia Baskin Robbins refused to take order the day before unless we are OK to pick up at 8 pm next day) Then we spent more than 30 minutes over the phone to discuss the style and color. They also sent me the previous cake photo to my cell phone so I have more choices. My husband and I were impressed about the customer service they provided. My grandmother was there couple weekends before, she told me that they help her out very patiently & nicely. She told me there was Hispanic guy name vinny believe he is manager was awesome. He help her out every time she been there (thanks a lot ). I been there before I had bad experience with service, but I decided to go there on Friday night , I had great experience . That store changed lot since July 2016 . That store is under new management I believe,coz they're going to do re grand opening on MAY 6 . I am definitely taking my family on May 6 . Just visited this store. It is very clean and they have decorated it for Halloween. Looks great! Grayson and David were friendly and helpful with suggestions for my order. Very professional. They were both busy cleaning when I walked in. So refreshing to see employees working and not on their cell phones or standing around talking. Reminds me of the work ethics required when I was working in the restaurant/ fast food industry. Very refreshing! I'll definitely go back! read more

I go to hand the woman taking our orders the gift card to pay. She looks at me funny and states, "oh, our system is down right now, so we're not accepting cards... Do you have any other form of payment?" Um... No. And a very basic rule of customer service is that if a system is down, you let the customer know about BEFOREHAND. Not while they're ordering, and ESPECIALLY not AFTER! Crazy!!! So, I tell her we just won't be able to purchase these, and while I'm sliding my gift card back into my wallet, she peered over into my wallet, noticing a few dollar bills sticking out and loudly pointed out the obvious fact; "But you have cash!" Uh, yeah, I do. But I already told her, 'I don't have another form of payment', verbatim. She had the audacity to ask me "Well, but, how much do you have?" She's already overstepping boundaries, being completely unprofessional, and disrespectful. Can she not just believe me when I speak? I told her it's not enough, and not my money to spend, and left it at that. I cannot believe the audacity she had to be so nosy. Pinkberry! Start giving your employees a 101 on how to be professional. She wasn't a teenager, and truly has no excuse for her poor manners. I've seen her working months prior. They were also selling bibles and pushing religious propaganda just a few weeks ago. (To which I heard it was shut down...) If you like supporting a business that overcharges, has some of the worst service ever, and pushes their opinions on to its customers, please visit this location. From now on, I'd rather take the longer walk a few blocks away and give my money to Yogurtland. At least then I can choose what I want. (In case you were wondering, we left empty handed. She just threw them away for us. Probably why their portion sizes suck, so they wouldn't have lost much anyway..)
