Service was horrible!!!! Neha who waited on us was not friendly and seem bother by helping us. I was trying to use my Reward form my birthday scoop Rewards, I got the email For it but when I signed in the app not where to be found, Neha was just standing there. She tried telling me I need to enroll when I'm already enrolled an why would I have gotten an email today for it, I will not be back, this service was disappointing from her. I swear, this place has seriously gone downhill. Every time I attempt to get a little ice cream fix they are out of so much. The service is marginal. They all seem like they are there for a paycheck. I picked up an already made ice cream cake, price on the box was $22.95. The cashier charged me $24.95. I asked her why +$2.00 more, she said it was a 1/4 sheet cake and that is what they charge. It was ridiculous, I just paid it. Took it home and I think the cake was old, it was dry and tasteless (ice cream was fine). I complained to the company on their website, they said the local manager will contact me. Well there was NO email from the local office, and nothing from the company website. Oh!!! Thankfully I have restraint and was more like Jesus less like me, because this gals attitude is what pushes folks to what we see in videos, customers pulling workers over the counter for a good whoopin. That's how angry she got when confronted with lIcking her (not only fingers but her whole doggone mid arm to pinky), No seriously!! She was digging out the bottom of the bucket of ice cream so you can see how her mid arm to the scoop was in the bucket. No hand sanitzing water, no wash cloths to wipe, just a good ol' LICK UP THE HAND and proceed grabbing cones. I told her I didn't want the cone she just pulled (Not by the paper covered area mind you, she's grabbing them by the rim without gloves. Imagine how many licks she'd done before trying to serve me!! Looked like they had been slammed but there was no one when we went in on a Saturday. The dining room was trashed but no one was making a move to do any clean up. The kid behind the counter was playing on his phone and eating an ice cream cone. They didn't have many flavors on display. I wasn't expecting 31 one flavors but more than 12. wish I could give negative stars. we went for ice cream with some friends tonight and saw the worker LICK her hand and then proceed to get the ice cream out of the container . my friend then politely asks for a refund and says not to worry about the shake and the girl proceeds to YELL at her about it. this was the worst experience I could imagine. asked for her name, they wouldn't give it. asked who the owner was, they wouldn't tell us. Went 10 minutes until 10 pm and ordered a milk shake. The girl told me that they were not making milk shakes because it takes a really long time and our milk shakes are too liquid. She continued to say it would take between 4-6 minutes to thicken up. So why would you not just say you close at 9:30? Bad excuse not to work. She scord some delicious mint chocolate chip, and I got the sorriest excuse of a grilled cheese I've ever seen. I have gone to this location a few times for coffee in the morning and the morning staff are very polite but they have messed my coffee up the past couple of visits. I recently went there for the first time at night. I went two nights in a row for ice cream and the staff at night were rude both times. The first night I ordered a pint of ice cream and got home and realized the girl gave me the wrong ice cream. The next night I went there for an ice cream cookie sundae and the girl was very rude and short with me. The cookies on the ice cream sundae were hard, were not even warmed up, and the girl put only half of a scoop of ice cream. Went through drive thru tonight about 630 pm, ask if they had a flavor menu, was told no, because they change them all the time???? Ordered 3 cones 3 flavors, went to window ,ask girl for a menu of flavors, AGAIN same answer?? she took my money, opened window again, i said that sounds like a cop out and ALL flavors do not change? she looked at me and closed the window, came back with one cone and poured on the attitude when i ash her why she didn't answer my question, still no reply at all????
