Food took 45 minutes, and the $42 filet ordered medium-rare arrived medium-well. After sending the steak back, we waited another 30 minutes before having to track down a manager for assistance. By the time a properly cooked steak arrived, the rest of the party had finished eating and their plates were cleared. While the manager apologized, comped the steak, and served the re-fire herself, it could not salvage a completely botched celebration. Avoid this place. I cannot fathom why it has so many positive reviews.
