I was actually a little concerned about the hearing of the employees who have to work there for several hours every day. Because the music was so loud, we couldn't comfortably eat in the main dining area, so we moved to a small room in the back. It was quiet there because there was no music, but unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitoes flying around. We all got bitten by mosquitoes. As for parking, there was a sign that said "Parking at Rear," but the parking area behind the building cost $5. Overall, I enjoyed the bingsu, and the staff was okay, but the extremely loud music, $5 parking and the mosquitoes in the back room made the experience less comfortable. The pandan sauce definitely helped make it easier to eat. I probably wouldn't eat the bread by itself though because it was super hard and didn't really have much flavor. Usually can't go wrong with Baskin Robbins. However what makes this Baskin Robbins so unique, is the cakes. You can tell these people take time make sure EACH looks amazing. That's not including how delicious they already are on the inside. I procrastinated and needed a birthday cake for my niece (same day), and found the nearest Baskin Robbins. The cake display was the first thing I saw walking in. They had a huge selection with all different flavors. The elder lady that helped me was very sweet (I think her name was Marilo). I picked out the biggest cake (Oreo with chocolate cake on the bottom inside ) and She offered to write on the cake. They had a winnie the pooh toy on display and I got that as well (Keep in mine I was supposed to order this in advance). She packed it with some candles and I was set to go! Just like that it looked as if I ordered the cake weeks in advance. Trust me. if you're need of a cake come here. read more

This Baskin Robbins honest has theeeee nicest ice cream cakes I have ever seen. I needed a cake for my cousin's 23rd birthday and was gonna go to Food 4 Less for a quick cake but drove past Baskin Robbins and decided to check it out. Coming in, their display case was the first thing I saw. I was greeted by Marilee (I believe her name was), and she helped me pick out a cake for the event. I picked out the circle cake( Oreo Ice cream with chocolate cake ). By the time she was finished writing on the cake, it looked as though I ordered it ahead of time. The writing, the frosting decorations - ON POINT. Definitely coming here for all future birthdays! read more

The only Baskin-Robbins location you need to go to!! It's quite a bit of a drive for me but if it means great service and perfect cakes then so be it! No matter how busy it can get, I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello.
