came here with a friend recently, the service is good. it was my first time trying the Cookie Monster ice cream and it was pretty good, tastes exactly like what you'd think which is blue vanilla ice cream with cookie and oreo bits. we got our ice cream in waffle bowls and the only thing i will say is that those bowls were stale. the worker got them out the display and so they were premade, which is fine if they were fresh or made relatively recently but no they were stale, and we came pretty early in the day like 12 pm, so i wonder how long ago they made it. other than that, the ice cream itself was good the service by the worker who took out order was as well.

Honeslty?! who doesnt love baskin robbins!!! I remember going as a child and get one single scope cone and it was $.95 cents!!! Now its like $5 bucks. Anyways i got their mint chocolate chip shake thats the best flavor there!! And i got my hubby oreo cookies and cream shake both for $14.00 a little pricey?! but i guess time has changed. I went there and i noticed there open signed was off.. of course right away i yelped them to see if they were open it says till 10! i went in there and it was super quick love fast service-always!!

One of the 2 cake toppers they printed for me.

They have the standard BR flavors both in scoops & already packed containers as well as their famous ice cream cakes, but they can also take your picture & print it out so you can put it on your cake (Safeway doesn't do that any more!!)!! Very nice people & very helpful!!

Came here the other day on a whim. It was close to 9PM after a long work day and this place was on our way home... so why not?! Located along Mission Boulevard, and across the street from the cemetery (ooOOo spoopy), this Baskin Robbins quietly sits in the corner. What do I mean by quietly? Apparently, they don't like to advertise their specials here... will talk more about that later. When we arrived, there were three people behind the counter - all their backs turned towards us. We look over the flavors we wanted, and at this point it's been several minutes with no greeting whatsoever. I swore I thought I saw one of them turn around and look at us, only to turn back around to help her associate. ANYWAY, we were finally welcomed once the guy of the group turned around and was surprised to see us. We joked that we'd been there for like 30 minutes already, his face turned red. We ordered: Double scoop pralines and cream on waffle cone Double scoop pb chocolate and cookies and cream in a cup Dude was extra helpful and apologetic for ignoring us. When about to pay, he discounted several things that were actually specials at the store, like a waffle cone discount, and another one that I forgot. Talk about quiet... Also, before we left, he handed us a bunch of coupons - one attached to the receipt, plus two more that were for an ice cream pizza (?!), and other things. The next day was $1.31 scoop day (every 31st of the month!), and we came again LOL. Served by the same guy who recognized us hahaha. The SO got the same thing, and I got pb cup to go with my pb chocolate. Still super delicious and a decent proportion too. Thanks for helping us out guy. We will definitely be back!

Best ice cream cake!

Before 2008, I never visited a Baskin Robbins store to buy ice cream, much less buy an ice cream cake. After leaving USA in February 2009, I began living in Sokcho/Seoul South Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, etc. for well over three and a half years visiting a local Baskin Robbins store. I discovered I liked visiting the above Baskin Robbins locations while away from USA because all the Baskin Robbins store locations regardless of where the stores are serves REAL American ice cream and real ice cream cakes consistently! So many Asian ice cream stores in Far East Asia served real weird flavors such as red bean, black bean, ginger, sea weed ice cream flavors~YUK! What I discovered finding so cool about Baskin Robbins is taking your favorite flavors & toppings you selected, mixing your ice cream flavors creating your personal confectionery delight. The most impressive point about Baskin Robbins are the employees who are surprisingly knowledgeable which ice cream complements another ice cream flavor and also, knowing which ice cream will compliment a certain cake flavor. I never ate Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes not until I was living in Sokcho South Korea: I attended a lot of birthdays! Upon returning to California, I began visiting Baskin Robbins San Francisco Bay Area locations due to my memorable, influential, frequent visits visiting the Baskin Robbins overseas. Yes, I admit I am now a Baskin Robbins fan! So my fond memories of eating Baskin Robbins ice cream overseas is the simple fact that Baskin Robbins made me feel less homesick because Baskin Robbins serves authentic American ice cream flavors. NO sea weed ice cream for me, thank you! BTW: Baskin Robbins offers two 1/2 gallons of ice cream-your choice of flavors for $10.00. Sweet!

Been going here for a while before I've been checking in. Anyways, service here isn't that bad... Came to get my FREE Birthday Ice Cream cone with the coupon. The employees I ever see are high school students. Doesn't bother me that much, I just get my ice cream and go. I do think they give smaller portions than other Baskin Robbins. I know this because of what people have told me who have worked there. Also, I kinda compared it to the one in Union City. I remember one time they were advertising a seasonal flavor and didn't see it in the front and asked them about it. Turns out if I hadn't have asked about it, I wouldn't have known it was in their back freezer.

Very clean. Great service.. my husband couldn't make up his mind about which flavors he wanted and he kept changing it. Gratefully the lady was patient with him . Ice cream was same as always but we enjoyed it and had a nice time. Thanks!

I recently stopped by their tent when they were at the Hayward Block Party, and the experience was exactly like visiting their store. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made sure you were taken care of. I love that they don't just bring their products to an event, they bring the same great customer service and aloha vibe with them too. One of my favorite things about Macs By Icky is that even after going months without visiting the store, they still remember me! The last time I stopped in, I ordered the Mac Nut Latte, and the guy at the register looked at me and said, "No Ube Latte today?" The Ube Latte is my usual go-to, so the fact that he remembered that made me smile. It's little things like that that make you feel appreciated as a customer instead of just feeling like another person placing an order. Bravo to the entire Macs By Icky team! You guys consistently deliver great drinks, but it's the friendly service and the way you remember your customers that really makes you stand out. Keep up the amazing work, Macs By Icky!

Really cute little ice cream setup at the Ferry Building Farmers Market! I got the Banana Pudding…read moreflavor and it was SO good. It actually tasted like fresh banana pudding -- not just banana-flavored ice cream. There were big pieces of banana and lots of wafers, and the wafers tasted homemade. I loved that they got soft from the ice cream but still had a little bite to them. Tee was so nice and helpful when I was trying to decide what flavor to get. Then Dee looked at my ice cream and immediately goes, "You need caramel for that one." He was absolutely right. Tee had already recommended caramel too, so I knew I had to listen! The whole experience was quick, friendly, and the prices are honestly really reasonable for San Francisco. You can tell Tee and Dee are a husband-and-wife team who really know their ice cream and enjoy what they do. Such a cute find at the Ferry Building and definitely worth stopping by. They're tucked all the way at the far back right end. Definitely recommend the Banana Pudding with caramel!

Walking up, I studied the sign (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=AO9hUvftUpPcTEimUMgddg) and inched closer. The gentleman standing to the right told me to order at the truck window. I chose to try the strawberry cheesecake ice cream (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=__e_pd-gjml4X4wC2VS56w). (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=MlJ91oYUXckTqGKvSLyTig) since it was marked limited supply on the menu board (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=24&select=AO9hUvftUpPcTEimUMgddg). I tried a few spoonfuls after adding magic shell chocolate (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=Gfpmh3W00kcDudZ5ZU0JFw) but the ice cream still hard so I decided to wait about ten to fifteen minutes to soften before continuing. It made the world of difference as the ice cream was smooth and creamy, a mix of the cheesecake 'crust' with strawberries and bits of the cheesecake filling. I would get this again. Being a huge Magic shell fan, it wasn't enough and I didn't want to walk back to get another squirt of two for my remaining ice cream. Might be better with the more liquid or dry toppings. With summer almost upon us, this is a welcome addition to the Saturday market especially on the balmy warm Saturdays. Big thanks to Demetri for showing me the ropes and sharing their background with me. Will be back as the weather warms.
