Great service and clean. I see employees always staying busy when I walk by, not just on there phones or standing around. We went into the store on a Sunday, after a sporting event where the team won and we were able to get a free scoop. when walking in the store, there was a sign posted of that same team (LAFC) saying proud sponsor of LAFC. I had the screenshots pulled up of the promotion and the score to which with a screenshot of the ticket you get a free scoop. we waited there over 10 minutes while an employee called the store manager. At the end of the call, I was told that if I read the fine print it was LA stores only. I read all the fine print prior to going and it stated Los Angeles DMA, which is designated market areas to which Ventura County is part of. I couldnt wait there anymore so said we didn't want the ice cream. My son was eating his while we waited so the girl told me I had to pay for his otherwise it's stealing. She gave me 20% off but the whole thing was supposed to be free. I called and filed a complaint with Corporate and they told me that all complaints are routed back to the store and someone would call me within 2 days. That call has still not come. It's not the cost of the ice cream, it's the fact that it was supposed to be free, a little perk from a sports event we went to. read more

I'm in here about 2-3 times a week. I went in recently, ordered my usual, multiple smoothies for the family and I, the employee charged me regular price for everything. Extremely over priced if you ask me. I kindly said that there was a sign outside the store saying all smoothies on sale and she said well it expired. I responded with, well it's right outside right now, that's why I come so often. She calls her manager, taking her sweet time ( with ice cream suffering more and more) so now I tell her , are you giving it to me or not I don't have all night. Stopped in last night to get a clown cone and was pleased to see they appear to stock them regularly. Was less happy to see them in clearly labeled slots suggesting they only ever have a specific five flavors of ice cream and when I got my mint chocolate chip clown the ice cream was quite hard and the cone was quite soft, suggesting it had been there for a while. I might not pursue this favorite treat of mine here again, but the employees were all extra enthusiastic and made sure to greet me right when I walked in and thanked me as I left. The store is small but clean and had a good selection of flavors. All the fixins for a nice sundae and I like that they have ice cream cookie sandwiches. In addition to the cakes this store sells a selection of candles and cake top decorations, which I don't see at all BR stores. Could have gotten an extra star or two for having fresh clown cones rather than swishy-cone stale ones and having random flavors instead of only a few set flavors. read more

We go here often and typically have no issues but of course the one time we splurge on waffle cones, they were stale. We told the employee, who proceeded to just replace the first stale ones with ones that were even worse. We let her know again, and just got a "sorry " not a refund which was pretty disappointing. read more

Very good service!! I was extremely happy with the prompt attention we received from the young lady working. There was a small group ahead of us but they were helped quickly as well. I was offered a sample, which was nice! I tried the peanut butter cup flavor, but in the end I went with classic pralines n cream. You can't go wrong. My husband got a scoop of mint chip. The store itself was very clean. There were some small tables inside and out for us to enjoy our dessert. I also noticed the special on the window for $5 banana splits after 8pm, pretty cool! I would have gotten one but it's three scoops which is a lot, but would have been good to share!! Thanks, will visit again! read more

Once again ( for the last time) I placed an order ( 3 days ahead of time ), paid for it, went to pick it up ( they set the puck up time and date!) and not only was it not ready but they never filled it, and they could not fill it because their manager did not place the orders! This Baskin Robins is great. It's never too busy and service is quick (depending on who you get). They have a lot of flavors some change and others are always there. Usually everyone is friendly and fun and is a good place to get a cone of ice cream read more

Went in to the local 31 Flavors to get a Polar Pizza for a birthday. All of the Polar Pizza cakes were written with the price of $16.99. At the register it came to $19.99. I asked the employee why and he got another employee who apparently had more experience than him and she told me that "the register has it marked at $19.99. Even with pointing out that all the other Polar Pizzas were clearly marked to $16.99 she refused to refund the difference. If Baskin-Robbins wants to hire rude incompetent people, they lost the business of this family and all my friends. Never again will I entertain the idea of going in the Fillmore Baskin-Robins. read more

It is a month shy of being there a year and I would not be posting this complaint if it happened rarely. Staff is friendly, however they don't mix the marshmallow topping and it is clear/yellow awful tasting. After the third time, the owner was there, and he made sure they stirred the topping. I thanked him. He told me he owned the B.R. in Santa Paula as well. I told him I was surprised as they always had that particular topping done correctly. I only order with marshmallow topping when I get a sundae. This evening I went after a long month and there it was again, topping was clear/yellowish. I told the girl the consistence was wrong as well. I asked her if she stirred it, she said yes and that was just the way it was supposed to be. I told her that Fillmore's B.R. was the only one I have been to throughout various places (states even) who served the marshmallow topping like this. I told her I did try it once like this from fillmore to just be polite and it tasted horrible and I ended up throwing away the sundae. She said there was nothing else she could do and asked if I wanted it like that, if not she would then throw it away. I told her she could then throw it away. Please fix this ongoing problem and I will be happy to write a raving review. read more
